    1) Do you use Cloudflare CDN? Clear CDN cache to apply our fixes and check the header after that.
    2) If you don’t want to load the mega menu with Ajax then go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Load mega menu using Ajax > off.

    XStore AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) is a plugin released to help improve the mobile browsing experience. It is created to render the page faster by only loading the text, media, simple styles without scripts and many styles that Elementor or WPBakery plugin generate, so it supports the WooCommerce page (because pages come with simple styles and texts) and does not support pages created Elementor/WPBakery.

    You can install plugin from XStore > Plugin Installer. After plugin activation, you can find all the plugin settings under XStore > AMP XStore.

    Hello,

    1) Compare option works and you can use the custom SVG till the default icon is missing. All the other options of the compare feature work, do not? Our support asked you about access to pass that to developers, gave you custom code to change the color of the links. Our developers are out of the office, so they will be able to fix the issue tomorrow only and I informed you that you’ll get a response once they fix the problem. Why the support is bad? Just because we did not solve the issue immediately?
    But we clearly mentioned that reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun https://prnt.sc/1gr5wdn Did you have a chance to take into account that information.

    2) I don’t know what caused the issue with the Sale products but it’s absolutely not the theme update. I have opened one of the products that you had in the list, pressed the Update button, and after that Sales element displays the sales product. So, maybe something was wrong with the DB after the WooCommerce plugin or WP update but not because of the theme because even default WooCommerce shortcode (if you tried that to test if this is theme or WooCommerce plugin issue https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#section-9) displayed wrong products.
    Now I don’t see problem with that section.

    Anyway, I’m absolutely sure that you have some kind of additional CDN or server cache because even if I switch to the parent theme I see that child theme is in use while checking your site in incognito window https://gyazo.com/f5c64c8212f55a0874f4f11e88fcfc91

    That’s why you don’t have problem with the site while you are logged in (because it’s uncached version) and you have the issue because incognito displays a cached versions with out of date files or something.

    So, ask your hosting provider is they have any additional cache tools for your site.

    Don’t think that’s related to the update, looks like some glitch.
    Sticky header always ignores the admin bar. The script calculates the position of the header and does not take admin bar height. But your customers do not have admin bur, so it should not be problem for you.
