Did you follow the instructions from your hosting provider? Theme support does not manage the server settings. So, you need to fix the errors of the server settings with your hosting support.

1) Do you have any errors in the server error logs?
2) Go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme) and check the orders page. Is it still slow?

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > disable Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources option and try to edit the heading after that. Don’t forget to clear the plugin cache after your changes.

We have disabled the Emil builder and made test order. We got a new order email https://prnt.sc/NyFk4Htd2Vyl . Then we changed the status of the order to on-hold and there is no on-hold email even if the email builder is disabled https://prnt.sc/o3BUdHcrh7iJ So, email builder is not the reason of the issue. Provide us with the video of your order with the enabled Storefront theme and on-hold email that you get when the Storefront theme is enabled. Because I think that you won’t get the email even with the Storefront and that you need to contact WooCommerce support about this.

Hello,

Our theme supports both plugins. So, you can use the one that you like more. WPML has more options (String translator, multicurrency etc, you can check the list of the WPML feature and Polylang features and compare) in my opinion but if Polylang suits your need then there is no problem to use that.

2) Because banner is added for the shop page only (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > banner content https://prnt.sc/E0TnZxaZp58W). If you want to show that for the category go to Products > Categories > edit the category and add the Static block shortcode to the product description https://prnt.sc/2leN9alfxV-2 Then it will appear for this category. You can use different banners for different categories.

It’s because of the default padding for the page content. Go to Theme Options > Custom CSS > add the below code to remove that padding

I think you need to contact your hosting provider about this because option to disable plugin is missing even if our theme is deactivated and default WP theme is active https://recordit.co/pZrAlfCdoh
So, probably you have some setting in your server that does not allow WooCommerce plugin deactivation and we can do nothing with this.

Block with the image should be higher than the description side to see the sticky effect (for example if you disable the product gallery slider). In your case image block is smaller, so any sticky effect for the description.

Using of 2 page builders slows down the site speed because builders have a lot of scripts and styles. So, we would recommend you to choose one of them as the main builder and recreate pages/blocks created using another one.
I have updated the theme on your site to the latest version. Try to edit headers now, please.
