    Hello,

    1) I see that you installed 2 page builders and use both of them on your pages. Every of the use page builders is heavy (a lot of styles and scripts, requests). So, we would recommend you to choose one of them (Elementor or WPBakery) and recreate pages created using another builder. After that disable another page builder.

    2) Optimize images, because at this moment it takes a lot of page size https://prnt.sc/1pmehvn

    3) Try to replace the revolution slider on the home page with the other slider element. Loading of the slider element takes 3s.

    4) Check the list of plugins that you use and disable plugins that you really need. Every additional plugin slows down the site.

    5) Enable CDN.

    Neither our theme or WooCommerce have such a widget. Shipping information displays on the cart and checkout pages.
    So, if you want to show it on a single product it requires additional customization. You can submit customization request here because customization service is not included in our support.

    I tested your site and don’t see any problems with the number of items in the cart https://recordit.co/KVueqJgMWx

    So, I don’t understand what is wrong for you with the cart. Problems with the cart count could be if you disable Ajax refresh fragments or if you use cache plugin that caches the cart actions and it’s not related to our theme. The Storefront theme will display the same issues.

    Hello,

    Nope because fix requires changes in theme and core plugin files. We need access only to wp-contet folder of your WP installation. So, you may create limited FTP access to that folder only if you don’t want to share access to the whole root directory.

    “Choose whether to extend the prepaid subscription term by the amount of days subscription was paused or suspended.”

    So if this is checked, then the subscription will be extended on the paused interval, as if no payments were needed.
    If not, then all missed payments should still be collected – it works just as pausing from regular payments, but doesn’t remove the need for user to pay the agreed amount later.”
