Facing major issues with header on my website i5academy.com

    Major issues with header when we visit other theme pages its shows desktop menu. and also its do not update the latest changes done by us, we publish the changes and also it perform well but when we come back letter changes are as it’s just like we have not made any changes last.

    Guys – we tried multiple times and after we save most of the changes wipes out. we spent lot of time but seems it wont workout. Is there a way to cancel the subscription and get refund of the theme purchased?

    Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site, please. We’ll check the issue in more detail.
    Also, tell us what changes did you do that do not appear on your site? Provide screenshots for better understanding.

    Hello,

    1) Keep this option enabled to get correct header for the mobile devices https://prnt.sc/1ptxjhv
    2) There is option to create separate header for the page if you need that. Use multiple headers option https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc
    3) My account page is ok https://prnt.sc/1pu2yya once I set the heading padding for the desktop in the header builder settings https://prnt.sc/1pu3gwb

    Let us check these out, can you please also help on side bar/panel which is not showing up. despite css and php loaded which were shared by your team.

    This issue still not done correctly by your team when we started testing we found & logged that issue still persist, on header the we have place the icon background color & placed 13 px on button published but after logged out & in testing we found this result as shown in screenshot.when same settings are there we still facing this issue on single product  page no changes in configurations.
    We provided full access to you still your team also did not done this at all.

    looks like Your theme is broken we are contacting you since long, we don’t have more time to spend on this theme, kindly refund money, there is no meaning to talk more in such topics so long, we have wasted more then one [1] month, also your support system is worst ever We faced since long, for each and every settings we have to contact you through this worst system on 8theme

    Kindly take your key back and REFUND our money.
