XStore and XStore CORE causing critical errors / style loss.

    Hello,

    I’ve debugged my site locally and found that updating xstore and xstore core plugin causes my site to loose the styles and sometimes even critical erros. Please help!

    Hello,

    Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to update theme and check the issue in more detail.
    Did you make any changes in child theme files? Did you copy any files from the parent theme to child theme?

    We can’t see your site still. What access should we use to pass this popup – https://gyazo.com/93011601cb5a4c2435d9b80571643d1e ?
    You forget about FTP access. We need FTP: FTP host, FTP username and FTP password with access to your WP installation files. Contact your hosting provider if you don’t know what FTP is.

    Hi Rose,

    I will need an email address to add your support to access the ftp information. I will be adding you as a collaborator on flywheel.

    In the meantime on the private side, I have provided the flywheel user name and password.

    We did not get FTP but we were able to update theme via Dashboard. Check now, please.

    Great. Thanks for letting us know!
    Olga did the update, and a bit edited CSS code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS. I can’t give more detailed explanation, because Olga is on vacation now and during the next 2 weeks.
