As I can see there is no sidebar on the shop page that you provided screenshot from. So, go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product page layout > enable sidebar for the shop page and product categories. After that go to Appearance > Widgets > add the product categories widget to the shop sidebar widget area.

Do you want to use a different footer for the shop(product categories pages) than for the simple pages? Then create footer for the shop page using Static block and then go to Pages > edit the shop page and choose the newly created footer in the 8theme Page options for the Footer https://prnt.sc/1s20onq
