Can you tell me what the problem was?

This domain is just for testing.

I will install the theme again on another WordPress site so I want to know the cause of the problem so it doesn’t happen again.

Hello,

We are not sure why it doesn’t work for you. Such situation can be caused by a conflict with a 3rd party plugin or maybe something from the server side causes it. We can help you with the import manually, just provide URL and temporary wp-admin access.

Hello,

Try to disable all the plugins that you have installed before the demo content import and only after that start the import process. If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check the issue.
