Hello,

Never update Core plugin before the theme update. Follow this article and update the theme first – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update , then Core – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update

I’ve checked your site and see latest versions of the theme and Core. Have you sorted out?

problem occurs once again…its totally disgusting
this time i didn’t update any plugin or theme
i just added a plugin: auto update manager
doing basic settings woocommerce
please make a solution for me…i am missing my deadline.

but how i avoid this issue?

Hello,

Please, never update just XStore Core plugin without XStore theme update.
Watch and follow video tutorial on how to update theme https://youtu.be/xMEoi3rKoHk
You need to update theme to version 8.0.6. Do you have any error messages if you use autoupdate (Dashboard > Updates > check the XStore > click update theme)?

i used xstore child theme..it shows Version: 1.0….you mentioned 8.0.6…
but on update page shows “Your themes are all up to date.”

Finally got the point…after edit woocommerce home + setting…site deisgn brokes again…it’s confirm. please make a solution for us…it’s looks like worst experience using xstore theme…though i recommend this theme to our client. And on theme update section:
“An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
last four days i am just stuck on this…please make a solution.
Note : i take backup from old version again

Try to update theme now. If you face any issues after that with the home page editing let me know but don’t downgrade theme again. We need to check the issue to help you to fix that.

Hello,

What do you mean by “edit WooCommerce”? Do you mean create and edit products or what?
Please, provide us with video or screenshot of the issue for better understanding of your issue. Because you jump from question to question within the same topic and I don’t understand what exactly does not work for you in addition to theme update that was fixed on your site.

Skip the home page creation and logo uploading steps https://prnt.sc/1s6fl5p Because using of these options resets all theme options you set before.

You are welcome. And looks that it’s not the only XStore problem but WooCommerce bug. We have already created support request about this to plugin author https://wordpress.org/support/topic/uploading-of-the-logo-in-the-personalize-my-store-section-reset-theme-options/
