Store page. Doesn’t show more than one product.

Здраствуйте!

После обновления, на странице магазина показывает только одну модель и много номеров страниц внизу. Хотя фильтры не выставлены. Подскажите, пожалуйста, в чем может быть проблема? https://prnt.sc/1rwt2js

И подскажите, пожалуйста, при выборе фильтра, на секунду панель фильтров переходит в право, а потом переходит на лево (эффект длиться меньше секунды, но выглядит не красиво). В чем может быть проблема?

Hello,

1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If this is not the fault of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, we will check it more deeply.
2/ Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Включить Липкую Боковую Панель > Off

Я поочередно отключал плагины, ну нечего не изменилось. У меня не обновляется Quform, может быть в этом проблема? Как я могу его обновить?
Данные доступа в Private content area.

Hello,

Issue with the number of pages on the shop page was related to your filter settings https://prnt.sc/1s1v7nc I removed that and it displays the number of products that you set in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product page layout.

Checked the shop page and don’t see any issue with the sidebar https://gyazo.com/5bb446341d7b54c36b8ab683ca938eeb

Здраствуйте,

Спасибо за Вашу помощь! Сейчас стало все хорошо.
Я пробывал отключат этот плагин (когда перебирал), ну у меня не получалось исправить проблему.

Проблема с боковой панелью – я отключил, по Вашему совету, липкую боковую панель (хотя она была удобна). Если ее включить, эффект появляется (при выборе фильтра) -2/ Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Включить Липкую Боковую Панель > Off

Hello,

I see. It’s related to the script that calculates the height of the products and adds position styles for the shop sidebar. So, everything is ok once script is loaded but during loading time you may see the wrong position of the sidebar for a second. You can enable the site preloader to hide the page till it’s fully loaded.
