We found that issue appears if you save your changes as Draft https://prnt.sc/1vtx7p3 Our developers are working to fix this issue and release the fix in the next theme update. Till that happens use Publish option instead of Draft.

Issue was caused by the Lazy loading option of the W3 total cache plugin. I have disabled that and enabled Lazy loading for the images in theme settings.

Hello,
Cache plugin created to cache pages CSS, JS etc. So, if you keep cache plugin enabled then you need to clear the plugin cache and browser cache to apply your style, js changes.
If your site is under development then it would be better to disabled the cache plugin. Enabled that once you finish the development process.

No, it’s not in preview mode because I’m even is not logged in. Strange, because faced the same issue in the incognito mode. Anyway, once I disabled the Remove Unused CSS (Beta) option and enabled the Combine JavaScript files option, flushed plugin cache then everything works fine. Check again.
Downloadable product is the default WooCommerce option, it’s not related to our theme and we don’t have any options for this in theme settings. Contact WooCommerce plugin support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ with your question, theme support is able to help you only with theme settings.
1) Because you tried to create footer using Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin and created an empty footer. I disabled and removed mentioned plugin. Use built-in Static blocks option to create/edit footer content.
2) Add admin strings to string translator https://prnt.sc/1vpip7x
3) Use admin string translator if you add custom texts to the mobile panel https://prnt.sc/1vpjfik or store core plugin translation if you use built-in mobile panel items https://prnt.sc/1vpjnar
4) Use a string translator to change that text.
5) Disable all the plugins that you don’t really use because every additional plugin calls JS and CSS and slows down the page loading speed. Also, install cache plugin and use modification and combine options to speed up the site loading. Optimize all the images that you use, https://tinypng.com/ cool tool to optimize images.

Issue caused by the Polylang plugin. If you want to use Polylang for the WooCommerce products you need an additional plugin https://polylang.pro/downloads/polylang-for-woocommerce/
I have disabled Polylang and the products are there.
We are theme developers, unfortunately, we don’t look for third-party plugins for customer purposes, it’s not included in theme support.

2) a) What exactly do you need from that page? Variation swatches or product description?
b) You can choose the position of the brand on the single product in the Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop Elementor > Brands https://prnt.sc/1vp3ogp
If you uploaded brand image then you’ll get the brand image on the single product, if you remove brand image https://prnt.sc/1vp3y15 then you’ll get just brand title there
c) You disabled the breadcrumbs for the whole site in Theme Options > Breadcrumbs https://prnt.sc/1vp4cwd So, that’s why it’s missing for the single product page too. If you want to disable breadcrumbs for the simple pages only then use page options https://prnt.sc/1vp4jcv don’t disable breadcrumbs for the whole site.
