Unable To Enter Into Header Builder - by 3InTheMorning

Hello, I am having an issue entering the X-Store header builder. The page never loads. It spins forever and I cannot edit any of the header elements, product page elements..etc…
I have already cleared cache, disabled non-essential plugins. I need assistance please.

Try to update your browser, disable additional browser extensions, and clear cache.

Hi,
I saw your screenshot. But I have tried this with a Mac, using Chrome, Firefox, Safari
I have tried it on a PC with Chrome, Firefox. Still same error. I have include a short screen grab video, of what is going on. I am at a loss at this point, and would appreciate your further assistance.

Did you change the Dashboard access https://prnt.sc/1ur6asb ?
Please, provide us with correct WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail again. Also, tell me what errors do you have in the console while opening header builder?

Hello, thank you for getting back. The issue is the same, I cannot access the header builder. It will not load the customize.php. I have included a link to a video that shows the error in action.

Hello,

We found that issue appears if you save your changes as Draft https://prnt.sc/1vtx7p3 Our developers are working to fix this issue and release the fix in the next theme update. Till that happens use Publish option instead of Draft.
