Problem was related to your hosting, it is very slow. Base demo content was not imported and you saw issues on frontend. Seems the default xml file was too big for your WP. That’s why we have imported all content manually step by step: firstly pages, then posts, projects, products etc. Check now your site and tell me if you need something else.

If you got “Permission denied” then try to change permissions to 777 with recursion for /wp-content/themes/royal/framework/tmp folder and re-import content. If it does not help provide FTP and admin panel accesses.

This effect works for 2 and 3 products per row only, because there is no space to place all information that mask contains if you set 4, 5 or 6 products per row.

You may import our theme demo content. It will create new posts, projects, products and pages, but should not affect the existing ones. To be on the safe side, do the backup of all your files and DB.
Also provide admin panel and FTP accesses, we will take a better look at slow site problem.

If you want to translate some Theme Options go to WPML > String translation > scroll down and press on “Translate texts in admin screens” link.
You’ll see list of fields, choose the fields you’d like to translate “empty_cart_content” & “empty_category_content” and press “Export selected strings as PHP code to be added to the theme code” button. Include the following PHP in theme-functions.php. After that go back to String Translation section and translate necessary content http://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/

No, you should use other media queries for tablets (min width 481 -767, max width 767, min width 768 & max width 979) depending on what exactly and where exactly you want to change. The one that we used in your custom.css meant for mobile devices only.

Your issue is related to PHP memory limit or max post size for WordPress. If you can’t upload theme via dashboard you should try FTP way.

Edit your Register page and check if you select Custom Registration Page template https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/assets/images/image_28.png
In case this template was selected, but there is no Register page, you need to provide temporary admin panel and FTP accesses, so we’ll be able to check what can cause you issue.

1) Theme is compatible with child theme and you can overwrite parent theme files even in subfolders, but you need to follow the instructions http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes . Very likely you read this topic inattentively, because we did not find functions.php in idstore-child folder where you should used get_stylesheet_directory() to include files that reside within your child theme’s directory structure.
2) There is no option in our theme where you can add text instead of logo. It supposed that our clients would use image as their logo and upload them in Theme Options > Header. That’s why if you want to use text you need to edit php template files, not CSS styles!
3) We have changed text in your header. Changes were made in child theme functions.php and header.php. If you have php skills you understand how it was implemented.

If you want to change css styles you should create and use custom.css in parent theme! You can be sure, all changes placed in this file won’t be lost after update.

Remove changes from custom.css.
Go to Theme Options > Responsive > set 1600 for example instead of default 1200px. And page wrapper width will be 980px for screens less than 1600px. Set more then 1600 if you want 980px width even on large screens.
