Hello @Tlp,
As you may already be aware, the “Delay JavaScript Execution” feature in WP Rocket is one of the most effective JavaScript optimization techniques. It postpones script execution to prioritize site rendering. You can find more details, troubleshooting steps, and technical notes in these articles:
– https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1349-delay-javascript-execution
– https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1560-delay-javascript-execution-compatibility-exclusions
When this feature is enabled, certain elements on the website will only render after user interaction (e.g., mouse movement, clicks, etc.).
Please note that website speed optimization falls outside the scope of our standard support services. However, we would be happy to assist you through our Customization Panel. You can submit a request at the following link (https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel). Kindly be advised that customization services may incur additional charges.
If you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,

Dear @Kingsley,
We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
Let us know the results.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
Dear @Janina,
We hope you are doing well.
Apologies for the delayed response, as we were away over the weekend.
We have reviewed the expired webinars but were unable to identify any CSS classes specifically for expired items that would allow us to apply custom CSS to hide them.
Unfortunately, in this case, we recommend reaching out to the plugin’s author team for further assistance.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,

Dear @abhinav,
We hope you are doing well.
Apologies for the delayed response, as we were away over the weekend.
Could you please confirm if you would like your categories archive to appear as shown in the following screenshot?
(https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/53550679?key=5af455b393d0bed6a3cfb835b190e453)
If so, you can create a Products Archive Template using the template builder and then assign this template to your product categories under the Condition settings. You can find more details in our documentation here:
(https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/)
We hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.

Hi @R.Cristofor,
Done! Can you help me with color corection to appear like your checkout colors? For now its showing white
We guess it could be you’re using the dark mode then the checkout element is always in white colors.
I have activated both multistep and default checkout. I multistep version, but it has issues with the Sameday module for Easybox. Specifically, when selecting Sameday Easybox, the map of available Easybox locations should appear under the name. In the standard checkout version, it does appear, but in the multistep version, it does not. Additionally, I want the order summary to be displayed before payment, followed by the payment section and pay button. These are the only major issues I currently have.
It requires many customization codes to achieve this. For any additional customizations beyond the default functionalities, we kindly invite you to submit a request through our Customization Panel at https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. Please note that customization services are subject to additional charges.
Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear @Tlp,
The code in question simply disables the Ajaxify feature of the XStore theme. The Ajaxify feature allows content to load dynamically based on the visible scrolling area of the window, thereby improving website performance by reducing loading time.
If you are using the WP-Rocket plugin, we recommend enabling the following feature to further enhance performance: (https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1349-delay-javascript-execution).
Additionally, we suggest converting all images to the WebP format to optimize loading speed and reduce file sizes. You can find more details here: (https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1282-webp).
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Hi @Aya Mohamed,
Please try adding this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:
.product-view-mask3 .content-product .footer-product>*:hover,
.etheme-product-hover-mask3 .footer-inner>*:hover,
.etheme-product-grid-item .footer-inner .button:hover {
background-color: #FF8C42 !important;
}

Dear @Sparc,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to inform you that we have created a do_hook shortcode using custom code within the functions.php file located in your child theme. The code is as follows:
add_shortcode( 'do_hook', function( $atts = array(), $content = null, $tag = '' ) {
if ( isset( $atts['hook'] ) ) {
do_action( $atts['hook'] );
}
return;
});
To implement this, we added the shortcode above the checkout form as shown below:
[do_hook hook="woocommerce_before_checkout_form"]
As a result, the Apple/Google Pay option is now displaying correctly. You can view the outcome here: https://prnt.sc/abA76oC-T1u0.
Could you kindly review this and confirm if everything is functioning as expected?
Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hi @Peter,
Please copy this file from the xstore parent theme to xstore child theme in the same directory:
/wp-content/themes/xstore/woocommerce/content-product.php
On the line 895, 899, 915, 916 – comment out the codes like this:
//if ( in_array('product_page_addtocart', $product_settings) && ! $just_catalog) {
if ( ! in_array( $view, array( 'mask', 'mask3', 'light', 'overlay' ) ) ) {
do_action( 'woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item' );
}
//if ( $with_quantity && ! ($product_type == 'variable' && etheme_get_option( 'swatch_layout_shop', 'default' ) == 'popup') ) {
$q_args = array(
'min_value' => apply_filters( 'woocommerce_quantity_input_min', $product->get_min_purchase_quantity(), $product ),
);
if (
$product->managing_stock()
// $product->get_stock_quantity()
) {
$q_args['max_value'] = $product->get_stock_quantity();
}
echo '<div class="quantity-wrapper">';
woocommerce_quantity_input( $q_args, $product, true );
woocommerce_template_loop_add_to_cart();
echo '</div>';

Dear @Offcomer,
We would like to inform you that the issue you encountered appears to be a known bug related to the Elementor Pro/Pro Elements plugin when used with the latest version of WooCommerce:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/27130#issuecomment-2659263497
To resolve this, we have applied a temporary fix to your staging site, and everything is now functioning correctly. The implemented solution is as follows:
add_action('wp_footer', 'n2t_wp_footer', 100);
function n2t_wp_footer(){
?>
<script>
function checkAndRemoveDuplicatedCarts() {
const woocommerceCartForm = document.querySelectorAll(".woocommerce-cart-form"); // -> check the selector in your site
const cart_totals = document.querySelectorAll(".cart_totals");// ->check the selector too
if (woocommerceCartForm.length > 1) {
for (let index = 1; index < woocommerceCartForm.length; index++) {
woocommerceCartForm[index].remove();
}
}
if (cart_totals.length > 1) {
for (let index = 1; index < cart_totals.length; index++) {
cart_totals[index].remove();
}
}
}
/* UPDATED SECTION */
window.onload = addMutationObserver;
function addMutationObserver() {
// add a mutationObserver
//https://developer.mozilla.org/fr/docs/Web/API/MutationObserver
var targetNodeObserver = document.getElementById("cart"); // use the ID of your cart widget
var configObsever = {
attributes: true,
characterData: true,
childList: true,
subtree: true,
attributeOldValue: true,
characterDataOldValue: true
};
// callback function
var callbackObserver = function (mutationsList) {
for (var mutation of mutationsList) {
if (mutation.type == "childList") {
console.log("node changed.");
} else if (mutation.type == "attributes") {
console.log("attibute '" + mutation.attributeName + "' has changed.");
}
}
checkAndRemoveDuplicatedCarts(); // it launch the function here when there is a change
};
// create instance
var observer = new MutationObserver(callbackObserver);
// Observe the node
observer.observe(targetNodeObserver, configObsever);
}
</script>
<?php
}
To ensure the same fix is applied to your live site, could you please copy this code into the functions.php file of your live environment as well?
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
