    Dear Hanzla Nadeem,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We’re writing to inform you that the issue you were experiencing should now be resolved.

    Within the ‘Customize > Additional CSS’ section of your website, the following custom CSS code was previously active:

    .et-mini-content {
        text-transform: none;
        text-align: start;
        color: var(--et_dark-2-white);
        background-color: #f6e2dc!important;
        top: 100%;
        position: absolute;
        z-index: 99999;
        opacity: 0;
        visibility: hidden;
    }

    This code was causing an override of the mobile background color setting in your theme options.

    To rectify this, we have commented out the specific line of code responsible for the override:

    /* background-color: #f6e2dc!important; */

    With this adjustment, the theme option for the mobile background color should now function as intended.

    Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi @Zg007,

    Hello, the dark bar under the yellow bar is missing as in the desktop version.

    The blackbar under header looks good on my end: https://prnt.sc/fK5PUINdQTUA

    There was a syntax error in the custom CSS codes, we’ve already fixed it. Now everything is fine.

    Hi @jimmy-17,

    We guess there was a cache issue with the WP-Rocket plugin. We’ve disabled the WP-Rocket plugin and now the messages are displaying: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/23828910?key=399d8c94d487bfd184552571f4353b4b

    Hi @jimmy-17,

    The WooCommerce Quote plugin is not compatible with the Fixed Added To Cart Message option(it’s under Theme Options > WooCommerce(Shop) > Single Product Builder > Add To Cart & Quantity > Fixed Added To Cart Message).

    When we enable this option, the HTML structure of Fixed Added To Cart Message will be changed so the Javascript of WooCommerce Quote plugin can’t locate it to add the messages.

    Everything is fine when I turn off it: https://prnt.sc/QoBNBcVjcLOe

    Please clear the cache and check again.

    Dear @Zg007,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We are reaching out to you for further confirmation regarding the issue you reported with the positioning of the blackbar on your website when viewed using different browsers.

    According to your previous communication, you observed the following:
    – On the Chrome browser, the blackbar appears below the header, as shown in the screenshot: https://imgbb.com/6YVxT87
    – On Firefox, the blackbar is positioned above the header, as indicated here: https://imgbb.com/B4W7MX9

    However, upon reviewing your website on our end, we have found that the blackbar consistently displays below the header in both Chrome and Firefox browsers. Unfortunately, we were unable to replicate the discrepancy you described. Here are the screenshots from our checks:
    – Chrome: https://prnt.sc/ufpEz52angPj
    – Firefox: https://prnt.sc/wnZUqsnvUCIQ

    Dear @Zg007,

    We would like to recommend that you consider utilizing WP-Rocket and W3 Total Cache as they may prove beneficial for your needs.

    Furthermore, we kindly request that you perform the following adjustments:

    1. Navigate to the following file within your theme directory: xstore-child/style.css, specifically at line 198. Once there, please modify the existing custom CSS code from:

    .btn.bordered, .btn.bordered.small, .btn.bordered.medium, .btn.bordered.big {
        background-color: #FFF !important;
        color: #FFF !important;
    }

    to the updated version below:

    .btn.bordered, .btn.bordered.small, .btn.bordered.medium, .btn.bordered.big {
        background-color: #FFF !important;
        color: #000 !important;
    }

    2. We have observed that on both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers, there is a persistent black line appearing above the yellow header. The issue can be viewed at the following links:

    – For Chrome: [https://prnt.sc/ufpEz52angPj](https://prnt.sc/ufpEz52angPj)
    – For Firefox: [https://prnt.sc/wnZUqsnvUCIQ](https://prnt.sc/wnZUqsnvUCIQ)

    3. Please insert the following custom CSS code into your theme by navigating to Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

    body .mobile-header-wrapper .sticky-on .header-main,
    body .sticky-on .mobile-header-wrapper .header-main {
        background-color: #ffda00;
    }

    We hope that these instructions will be of assistance to you. Should you require any further support, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @smalameri,

    We trust this message finds you well.

    1. For an expedient resolution, we recommend the application of custom CSS. Kindly insert the following code snippet into the designated area located at Theme Options > Custom CSS > Mobile (0 – 480px):

    .home rs-slide rs-sbg-px {
        width: 250px;
        height: 250px;
        left: 50%;
        transform: translate(-50%, 50%);
    }

    2. Alternatively, you may consider adjusting the images for optimal display on mobile devices by following the guidance provided in this resource: [Display Different Images on Different Screen Sizes](https://www.sliderrevolution.com/faq/display-different-images-on-different-screen-sizes/).

    We hope you find these suggestions beneficial.
