    Hi

I am trying to setup judge.me, the star ratings appear on product archive pages while they do not show on homepage product widgets.

Judge.me asked me to add a shortcode to product widgets but I cannot find a way theme customizer to do so.

Here is the link to the shortcode I want to add: https://help.judge.me/en/articles/8398919-adding-judge-me-widgets-using-shortcodes. When I contacted judge.me regarding the issue they asked to contact theme developer to edit the theme files.

Can you help on this, please?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, WebDev,

We are delighted that you have selected XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme of choice.

We would like to kindly inform you that while we strive for broad compatibility, we cannot guarantee that our theme will be fully compatible with all third-party plugins. In certain instances, additional customization may be required to ensure seamless integration between the theme and the plugin. Please be aware that such customization falls beyond the purview of our standard support services, as it is not feasible for the theme author to ensure compatibility with the multitude of plugins available.

Should you wish to incorporate a plugin shortcode onto your homepage, we recommend editing the page via Elementor. You can then insert the Shortcode element as outlined in the plugin’s documentation, which can be found here: https://prnt.sc/m_-djfDKAxnt.

For any further support or if you require our assistance in editing your homepage, please do not hesitate to provide us with temporary administrative access to your WordPress site.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

Hi, thanks for your reply. I think you misunderstood my query. My issue is not to add shortcodes to homepage but I want to add shortcode before titles in product grid/slider widgets because judgeme star ratings are not showing on them while they show on products archives. Is there any way this can be achieved?

    Dear @WebDev,

We would like to inform you that we have successfully integrated the following code snippet into the functions.php file:

    add_action('after_etheme_product_grid_list_product_element_title', 'add_custom_jugmee_reviewdfg');

As a result of this addition, the star rating feature is now visible on the homepage as well. We kindly ask you to review the implementation at your earliest convenience. The current display can be viewed via the following screenshot link: https://prnt.sc/0r4tUu-0ypt8

We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your confirmation that the feature is functioning as expected.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hi 8Theme team,

I apologize that the version of backup includes a lot of wrong codes that will make my site very buggy so I can’t roll back to that.

Would it be possible to install it again, please? I sincerely appreciate your strong support. I am willing to leave the highest rating and review to any place to show my appreciation.

    Thank you

    Hi @WebDev,

Unfortunately, the add_custom_jugmee_reviewdfg function is not the custom codes from us, so you have to contact to the old dev again.

    Really sorry for this inconvenience!

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
