    Dear Nicolo,

    We hope this message finds you well. We kindly request that you review the URL stated when you clicked on each category image, as there appears to be an issue where all categories are combined when filtering the products. This functionality should mirror the product filter found on the left sidebar.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Hi @Aure,

    Please try adding this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

    @media (max-width: 600px){
        tr.woocommerce-shipping-totals.shipping {
            display: flex;
            flex-wrap: wrap;
        }

        .payment_box.payment_method_paysera,
        .woocommerce-privacy-policy-text p,
        .woocommerce-terms-and-conditions-wrapper .form-row label{
            padding-left: 0;
            text-align: center;
        }

        .order-review {
            padding: 15px 5px;
        }
    }

    Hope it helps!

    Dear @NJS Teknologi,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the mobile menu element has been specifically designed for mobile device screen sizes. To enhance user experience and interface functionality, we have implemented adjustments by concealing this feature on desktop versions and enabling it exclusively on mobile devices. Additionally, we have modified the z-index value to optimize performance.

    We kindly request that you review the recent modifications at your earliest convenience. For your reference, please find below the links to the screenshots illustrating the current setup:

    We hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that the AJAX feature is currently operational exclusively within the categories section. It has not yet been implemented in the following three filters: All Products, New Arrivals, and Sale.

    Hi @Nicolo,

    The sale count function is coming from the WooCommerce plugin not from our custom code: wc_get_product_ids_on_sale();

    After taking a look closer at the code, we could see that WooCommerce also count the sale of variation products:

    		return $wpdb->get_results(
    			"
    			SELECT posts.ID as id, posts.post_parent as parent_id
    			FROM {$wpdb->posts} AS posts
    			INNER JOIN {$wpdb->wc_product_meta_lookup} AS lookup ON posts.ID = lookup.product_id
    			$outofstock_join
    			WHERE posts.post_type IN ( 'product', 'product_variation' )
    			AND posts.post_status = 'publish'
    			AND lookup.onsale = 1
    			$outofstock_where
    			AND posts.post_parent NOT IN (
    				SELECT ID FROM <code>$wpdb->posts</code> as posts
    				WHERE posts.post_type = 'product'
    				AND posts.post_parent = 0
    				AND posts.post_status != 'publish'
    			)
    			GROUP BY posts.ID
    			"
    		);

    Please double check your variable products, it seems they’re on sale also.

    Dear Tal,

    We believe that by default, the WP-Rocket plugin does not cache content for users who are logged in.

    To activate caching for logged-in users, we kindly ask you to review the guidelines provided in the following link: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/313-user-cache.

    Dear @Teya Bozhilova,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We would like to inform you that the customization you are requesting involves extensive coding and unfortunately falls outside the scope of our standard support services.

    However, we encourage you to experiment with the following custom CSS code to adjust the width of specific elements (such as the 1st, 4th, 5th, etc.):

    .et_blog-ajax article.blog-post:nth-child(6n+1) {
        width: 40%;
    }

    Additionally, you may find this tool useful for identifying which elements you wish to modify: [CSS Tricks nth-child Tester](https://css-tricks.com/examples/nth-child-tester/).

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear Razi,

    We hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that the custom CSS code currently implemented is causing the product titles to occupy excessive space within the grid. The specific code in question is as follows:

    .etheme-product-grid-title {
        min-height: 35px;
    }

    We kindly request that you locate and remove this segment of the code to help optimize the display layout.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.
