I am using Woo Country Restrictions plugin to hide the price and add to cart button, and replace them with a custom message based on the country.
Unfortunately with single product builder, it does not hide the add to cart button and doesn’t display the custom message. It only hides the price.
It works fine when single product builder is off, and with 2024 theme.
Is there a way to make it work with single product builder?
Hi @Laurent,
It seems the Woo Country Restrictions plugin is not compatible with the Single Product Builder with Customizer. Could you please try switching to Single Product Builder with Elementor instead: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/?
You are welcome to submit a feature request on our request board at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you further.

The site was built using WPBakery. Is there any conflict using Elementor at the same time for the single product builder? The long description area of the product pages also uses WPBakery.
One more question, if I change the builder to Elementor, will I lose the current customizer design, or can I revert back at any time?
Dear Laurent,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that if you decide to transition to the Elementor builder, the current designs configured with WPBakery Builder will not be displayed on the single product pages.
Please be assured that you have the option to revert to WPBakery Builder at any time should you need to do so.
We strongly recommend backing up your entire website before making the switch to ensure that no data is lost during the transition.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,

So I tried Elementor as you suggested and I am getting the exact same results. It is hiding the price but it is not hiding the cart, and it is not showing the custom message.
Dear Laurent,
We hope this message finds you well. Based on your query, it appears that there may be compatibility issues with the Elementor plugin.
We kindly suggest reaching out directly to the plugin’s author to address this matter effectively.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
