    Dear @Nicolo,

    We hope you are doing well.

    We have made some modifications in your child theme in the folder specified in the documentation of that plugin. However, it appears that the wp-admin access has been changed, preventing us from verifying the uncached version of the reviews. Since you have a CDN and the WP Rocket plugin activated, we are unable to check the latest updates.

    Could you kindly clear the caches and review the changes? If the correct version of the reviews is still not displayed, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the updated wp-admin access details so we can further investigate.

    Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to your response.

    Dear @Annabel,

    Could you please check the issue now? It appears that both our built-in infinite loading feature for products on shop archive pages and the separate plugin, “WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination”, were being used simultaneously. As a result, we have deactivated the plugin to prevent product duplication during the loading process.

    Please let us know if everything is working correctly on your end.

    Dear @prosenberg,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We recommend trying our “Shop Archive Builder”, which is based on the “Elementor page builder”. This tool allows you to enable sticky sidebars and access many other useful features.

    At this time, we do not have plans to address the sticky sidebar issue, as it is a highly specific and unique bug that we have been unable to replicate in our local environments.

    For more details on how to use our “Shop Archive Builder”, please refer to our documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/.

    Should you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

    Hello @Nicolo,

    As you can see, the issue appears to be on their side, as they have modified files that should not have been overridden within the plugin. The theme’s overrides should take precedence in such cases.

    Additionally, they have provided their documentation outlining how to ensure compatibility by making the necessary customizations within the child theme. It would not be logical to override their templates within our theme, as only a small number of customers have encountered this issue. Maintaining additional files in our theme for just a few clients is not an ideal approach, especially when these modifications can be implemented within their respective child themes.

    If you would like, we can provide you with a solution. However, we kindly ask that you share the correct FTP access credentials for your website in a private area so that we can proceed accordingly.

    Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

    Best regards,

    Hello @albaghlisponge
    As a temporary solution you can try to add next custom CSS to add to your Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:

    .etheme-product-has-fadeIn-content .etheme-product-grid-more-info-inner.limited-height {
        overflow: visible;
        max-width: unset;
    }

    .etheme-product-has-fadeIn-content .etheme-product-grid-more-info-inner.limited-height ~ a {
        display: none;
    }

    Hello @Denurade,

    By default, the advanced stock status widget is not displayed for out-of-stock products. It appears that you would like to modify the colors of the simple stock status. There are specific settings available for adjusting these colors, which you can find here: (https://prnt.sc/-MzumWOz1agf).

    Dear @Armia,

    We hope you are doing well.

    We would like to inform you that you are currently using the XStore Archive Products Builder to create the content for your shop page. Therefore, the settings for the “breadcrumbs” element should be configured directly within the editor, rather than in “Theme Options”.

    At this time, we have noticed that the breadcrumbs on your shop page have a green background. You can view the issue here: https://prnt.sc/piMWlvEla4bj.

    Please feel free to adjust the settings accordingly. If you need any further assistance, do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @BT,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Our progress bar feature is designed to meet the majority of our customers’ needs. However, it does not currently include specific settings to configure conditions. If you require a free shipping bar that is displayed only under certain conditions, we recommend installing an additional plugin to accommodate this functionality.

    Additionally, we encourage you to submit any feature requests or suggestions on our task board at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. Your feedback is valuable to us as we continue to improve our products.

    Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

    Dear @Amit R,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Regarding the “Add to Cart” button action, an alert is displayed when only variable products are selected for addition to the cart. As shown in your screenshot, the button next to the selected product displays the text “Select options.” This indicates that the product in the table is a variable product, which requires a variation to be selected before it can be added to the cart.

    Regarding the “Estimated Popup,” you can configure its content in the Wishlist settings under the Theme Options section. For further details, please refer to the documentation available at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-create-and-manage-wishlists-in-xstore/.

    I hope you are doing well.

    Could you kindly check with your developers whether the issue persists when the Sticky Sidebar option is disabled? To deactivate this option, please navigate to Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop Layout (https://prnt.sc/Hhyu2o5Sin38).

    If the issue is caused by this setting, would it be possible to keep it disabled, or is it essential for your shop layout? Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

    Dear @Gracu_,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We are pleased to inform you that we have made some improvements to your builder templates. Below are the details of the updates:

    1. Shop Page Builder:
    – We have replaced the “Products Grid” widget on the Shop page builder with the “Archive Products” widget.
    – The “Archive Products” widget is designed to display products based on the WooCommerce query of the current page, ensuring better functionality and alignment with your shop’s needs.

    2. Search Results Page:
    – We have created a dedicated Search Results page.
    – This page mirrors the content of the Archive page but includes the “Search Results Products” widget instead of the “Archive Products” widget, providing a more tailored experience for search queries.

    You can now review the updated Search Results page at your convenience.

    If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @Armia,

    The pages in question utilize specific breadcrumb colors, which can be customized through the custom CSS section in Theme Options. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/XaJHkVZ3nU4c.

    Additionally, we have resolved the scrolling issue with the account element. Once you activate the off-canvas type, the fields will now be scrollable, allowing customers to easily fill in their information.

    Dear @Amit R,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Please note that the file in question contains a preloaded template where the string you are attempting to modify is already defined. If you would like to override this and set a custom text for the title on Thank you page shown on your screenshot, you can use the following code snippet. Simply add it to your child-theme/functions.php file:

    add_filter('woocommerce_thankyou_order_received_text', function($text) {
        return 'Custom string on thank you page';
    }, 100, 1);

    Dear @Rakesh,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    Firstly, we kindly request you to ensure that the Quantity Discounts Sales Booster is configured correctly by setting both the minimum and maximum values for the intervals of your products. At present, it appears that only the minimum interval value has been set, while the maximum value remains at the default of 1, which could potentially be causing the issue. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/EgdYZEhVJLLD.

    Additionally, if you are using any plugins that modify product prices, this could also contribute to the incorrect display of discounts.

    To assist you further, we kindly request that you provide us with the correct wp-admin access so that we can review your settings and help resolve the issue.

    Thank you for your cooperation. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @MiguelFlorian,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly check if the issue you are experiencing might be related to the current permalink structure active on your website? We recommend trying to change the permalink structure to a different type and saving the changes.

    Additionally, please ensure that the shop pages are correctly configured across different languages in accordance with the documentation provided by your multilingual plugin. You may find it helpful to review the plugin’s tutorials or, if needed, submit a support request on their official support platform.

    Dear @Abdelrahman Abdalla,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly clarify the configuration of the plugins you attempted to implement on the Checkout page built using our theme? Please note that certain plugins may not function correctly if the pages are created with builders that utilize a custom content structure.

    If you wish to configure the content of such pages with custom fields, we recommend using the default WooCommerce shortcodes, which can be found in the WooCommerce documentation here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/page-shortcodes/. These shortcodes can be used in place of our Elementor widgets, such as the Cart Page and Checkout Page widgets provided by our theme on those pages.

    Additionally, some plugins rely on specific hooks for customization. By using the WooCommerce shortcodes, these plugins should function as intended.

    If you encounter any issues or require further assistance, please provide us with detailed instructions regarding the settings you wish to configure in the plugins. Kindly also share the FTP credentials for your server so that we can assist you more effectively.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @JiPanditJI,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    In this situation, we kindly recommend creating a staging website by reaching out to your hosting provider. This will allow us to conduct necessary tests using the default theme, implement changes to theme files, and verify the results.

    Unfortunately, testing directly on your live website is not advisable, as it may disrupt the layout and configuration of your site. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

    Dear @JiPanditJI,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We previously reached out to request your assistance in testing the functionality of your website with the CDN temporarily disabled. Specifically, we mentioned:

    If possible, we kindly request you to temporarily disable all CDN services and test the functionality. This solution may help address the issue, as it appears to be related to caching. The functionality works correctly in a logged-in browser session where such caching is not present.

    Unfortunately, we have not yet received a response regarding this request. Without the results of the testing with the CDN disabled, we are unable to proceed with providing a solution to the issue.

    We kindly ask you to perform the requested test and share the results with us at your earliest convenience. This step is crucial in identifying and resolving the problem effectively.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Hello @Derek0310

    ?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments is the default WooCommerce request to update cart in header and also wishlist. Unfortunately, the theme does not have options to speed it up. You can read this topic and maybe find any solution suitable for you https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wc-ajaxget_refreshed_fragments-5/
    Or you can disable Ajax Cart Fragments – Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Always Load Wc-Cart-Fragments > off. Ajax Cart Fragments option allows you to sync the number of products in the header mini-cart if you open your site in a few browser tabs.
