    Dear @Hassan,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We have reviewed your setup and noticed that you have created multiple templates using the “Products Grid” element (as shown here: https://prnt.sc/Az6AgO-WomW7). However, this element is not intended for use on such archive pages. It seems that the documentation, which provides details on the correct usage and configuration of the “Archive Products” page, was not fully referenced. You can find the relevant guide here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/.

    Instead of creating multiple templates, you can use a single template and replace the “Products Grid” with the “Archive Products” widget (https://prnt.sc/IPefe1_oEX6c). This will ensure that products on shop, product category pages, product tag pages, and other archive pages are displayed dynamically based on WooCommerce queries. Additionally, the filters in the sidebar will function correctly, as they will filter products based on the current query. When using the “Products Grid” widget, all products are displayed statically, meaning filters will not work as expected.

    Currently, the only difference between your templates is the banner (https://prnt.sc/EiIePP7YlmL-). However, this can also be displayed dynamically by using the “Archive Title” widget (https://prnt.sc/sWtTnG_rwT_j). Similarly, for archive page descriptions, you should use the “Archive Description” widget (https://prnt.sc/q8_9c5rE9JVK), which will dynamically display content without requiring multiple templates.

    The settings for any category in the backend (https://prnt.sc/EiPbDgqQFoni) will be reflected on the frontend as shown here: https://prnt.sc/bBQgBWmTSxsF. Your archive editor should be structured as follows: https://prnt.sc/juZIkOCiLbL4. As mentioned earlier, products should be displayed using the “Archive Products” widget (https://prnt.sc/X7ei6XxS0d-0).

    Additionally, we noticed that your banner differs based on the product category. This can also be achieved dynamically with the following configuration: https://prnt.sc/XQAtr7KdAVGx. You can also set a fallback image (https://prnt.sc/VF44Qqs_nlos) in case a category does not have an assigned image, which can be configured here: https://prnt.sc/HCKbwSOGCR7z.

    Once everything is set up correctly as described above, your filters will function properly as well: https://prnt.sc/5_d7oh8ZA7E4.

    Note: the content of title, description may not be just the same as on frontend as it is dynamically so once you set the widgets, you can check the frontend for correct view.

    Please feel free to access the site and check the settings accordingly. If you need any further assistance, do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @feeldesign,

    We previously requested a screenshot and other details to better understand your concern (https://www.8theme.com/topic/background-images-not-resizing-on-tablet-landscape-mode/#post-434352); however, we have not received a response. Without this information, it is difficult for us to determine the specific areas where you would like to reduce the spacing.

    Additionally, if you are not experiencing this issue on other websites, it is possible that different units for spacing elements or a different builder, such as Elementor, are being used. We kindly suggest checking this on your end first.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hello @MAHDAR,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, our theme does not include functionality that allows editing this specific page using the Elementor builder. However, if you are interested in modifying the content of this page, you may refer to the following files:

    et-core-plugin/packages/xstore-wishlist/xstore-wishlist.php
    et-core-plugin/packages/xstore-wishlist/templates/wishlist.php

    Please note that these files cannot be copied to your child theme for modifications. Any changes made directly to these files will be lost after updating the plugin. Therefore, if you choose to modify them, you will need to reapply your changes after each update of the XStore Core plugin.

    Should you require any further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

    Dear @Jamie Gill,

    I hope you are doing well.

    Please find below a video from our testing, demonstrating the same filter in action: https://gyazo.com/ffaf282c73911ae40e0e5f5d695df820.

    Other category filters that contain products display them correctly. However, since the product categories are shown above the filtered products, users need to scroll down to view the results, as demonstrated in the video we previously shared (https://gyazo.com/8c1a2f650429536fe700fd28d86735ff).

    Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please feel free to reach out.

    Dear @sai wagh,

    We hope you are doing well.

    We have implemented the following custom CSS to align the section content at the top on mobile devices: https://prnt.sc/z7dNBqBiEqzB.

    Regarding the AMP issue, it appears to be caused by the caching system on your website. We can suggest the deactivating the AMP version and continuing with the original version for better performance. However, if you prefer to keep using AMP, you may try disabling the CDN to check if the issue persists.

    Unfortunately, AMP code is highly specific, and it may not function correctly with certain caching systems.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @pageantapp,

    I hope you are doing well.

    The wp-admin access you previously provided is no longer valid, which prevents us from checking your website.

    Regarding your inquiry about displaying all departments, we have noticed that it is not possible to view all items correctly on your website due to the fixed header, which restricts scrolling through the department items.

    To resolve this issue, we suggest the following solutions:

    1. “Limit the number of displayed items” – After the seventh item, you can add a “Show All Categories” link that redirects users to your shop page.
    2. “Disable the fixed header” – This will allow users to scroll through all department items without restrictions.

    If these solutions are not suitable for you, please provide us with the correct wp-admin credentials so we can explore a custom CSS solution. However, we cannot guarantee that this approach will be fully effective, so we kindly ask you to consider the suggested solutions first.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @Dr Aqeel,

    I hope you are doing well.

    Could you kindly conduct a test using any default theme, such as “Hello Elementor” or “Storefront”? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with feedback, including screenshots or videos, in case there are no issues when testing with a default theme.

    If the issues persist during such testing, we recommend checking the “Elementor support forum” or their “official documentation”, as this would indicate that the issue is not related to our theme. Please note that our support is exclusively provided for projects developed by our team.

    Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our support policy.

    Dear @Kristjan,

    Thank you for your suggestion!

    Could you kindly provide your advice or consult with your developers who conducted these tests to confirm whether it would be acceptable to modify the following line of code in XStore Core plugin:

    $args['s'] = trim( $this->request['query'] );

    to the following version using the sanitizer function:

    $args['s'] = sanitize_text_field(trim( $this->request['query'] ));

    If this modification is appropriate, we will implement this improvement globally in the next update.

    We appreciate your feedback and look forward to your response.

    Dear @Danny,

    We have provided a solution that hides the loader on specific sections while your page is loading. However, if you prefer to keep the loader visible in these sections, you can simply remove the custom CSS we added in the Theme Options.

    Additionally, ensuring that your WP Rocket settings are correctly configured will help achieve fast loading and proper rendering of styles. For guidance on configuring WP Rocket, we recommend referring to their official documentation or reaching out to their support team.

    We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our support policy, as our assistance is limited to our own projects and does not extend to third-party plugins.

    We hope you are doing well.

    Please check the Customizer now. We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. We needed additional time to thoroughly investigate the fixes of your website’s Customizer, which required significant effort to identify the root cause.

    In summary, the Customizer was set to ‘draft’ mode, which prevented it from loading correctly. We have now adjusted the settings accordingly, and everything should be functioning as expected. Kindly review it at your convenience.

    Dear @Ben,

    We hope you are doing well.

    As you are currently using the Customizer header builder, we would like to suggest enabling the following option to resolve the notices appearing in your console: https://prnt.sc/hxmtNZeyjl_m.

    Additionally, since your website utilizes the Elementor plugin, we highly recommend migrating your header builder to the Elementor-based version. This builder offers a more user-friendly and intuitive design, making modifications easier and improving the overall UI/UX experience.

    You can find detailed documentation on the Elementor-based header builder here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/.

    Dear @feeldesign,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The questions you have regarding content customization for your customer are not related to our theme, as they do not pertain to any bugs or issues within the theme itself. In this case, you may need to adjust the content by modifying the padding and margin values with responsive settings. This can be done if the “Responsive WPBakery” module is activated under “Theme Options → Speed Optimization”.

    If you would like us to suggest specific adjustments, please provide more details regarding the exact elements you wish to reduce on your pages, as shown in your screenshots or videos. Your clarification will help us assist you more effectively.

    Dear @VincentC,

    We hope you are doing well.

    For optimal UI/UX, we recommend placing the switcher in a more visible location, such as the header or footer, rather than keeping it hidden within the menu. If you agree with this approach, we kindly ask you to adjust its placement accordingly across the mobile version of your website.

    Dear @Jamie Gill,

    We hope you are doing well.

    After reviewing your case, we believe that the second solution we suggested would be the most suitable option. However, if you prefer to proceed with the first solution, we have disabled the Masonry option for you. This adjustment was necessary as the Masonry option caused conflicts in displaying the correct layout when showing both products and categories simultaneously on the page. Additionally, this change ensures that the filters function correctly.

    Dear @Mohammad Sarker,

    We have carefully reviewed the possible solutions for the issues you described in this topic. After conducting our tests, we did not encounter similar issues on our testing websites.

    Upon further investigation, we noticed that your website has a CDN enabled, which could potentially be causing the login issues with the Google authentication system. To help us identify the root cause, we kindly request that you temporarily disable the CDN feature on your website and then check whether the Google login and payment system function correctly.

    This step would be highly beneficial for our developers in determining whether the issue is related to the CDN configuration on your server or if it originates elsewhere. Additionally, we have not received similar reports from other customers regarding Google login and payment issues, which suggests that this may be a localized issue related to specific configurations or the caching system on your server.

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your feedback. Please let us know the results of this test at your earliest convenience.

    Dear @wssrob,

    We would like to kindly remind you that any changes made directly to the project files will be lost with each new update of plugin. For this reason, we strongly recommend implementing such modifications in the child-theme/functions.php file, as this ensures that your changes are preserved.

    However, if you choose to modify the files of the XStore Core plugin directly, we advise you to save a copy of the modified file on your local PC. After updating to the latest version, you can then reapply your changes to the updated file as needed.

    We implement such loaders for certain widgets to prevent layout issues while their corresponding CSS files are still loading. However, as per your request to remove these loaders, we have applied the following custom CSS:

    Dear @Outfitsdealer,

    We hope you are doing well.

    1. The filtering by product sizes is based on the default WooCommerce functionality and operates in the same manner as it would with a standard theme such as Storefront. Upon reviewing the filtering system, we found that products displayed after applying size filters are correctly shown, as they all contain the selected values in the “sizes” attribute. However, this does not necessarily mean that only available products will be displayed. If you wish to show only in-stock products, we recommend combining this filter with another one based on stock status or reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance.

    2. The quick view feature is integrated alongside the “Add to Cart” button, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/Y7D9iTuF5Mn0. However, if you prefer to display only the “Quick View” option, we have applied the following custom CSS: https://prnt.sc/h7xSKDkDP538.

    3. We have enabled the following option in the Header Builder under the Shopping Cart widget: https://prnt.sc/3j–M4IwnvxS. The resulting display can be seen here: https://gyazo.com/d77ae6fad50f8af9ce9d102f7b1b1615.

    Dear @Jamie Gill,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We have noticed that your shop page is currently set to display only categories, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/9TwOs1je02cg. In such cases, the filters are unable to display products because the content is restricted to categories only.

    To resolve this issue, we suggest the following solutions:

    1. Enable Products and Categories Display: You can adjust your shop page settings to display both products and categories. This will allow the filters to function properly.

    2. Create Multiple Layouts: You may consider creating different layouts—one for displaying only product categories on the main store page and another for other pages such as product categories, tags, or taxonomies. For detailed guidance, please refer to our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/. This setup ensures that the main store page displays only categories, while category pages will include filters and product listings.

    Please let us know your thoughts on these solutions. We look forward to your feedback.

    Dear @Mauro,

    We hope you are doing well.

    We have identified that the first sizes data values for certain images are assigned the “auto” value (https://prnt.sc/A8PNVtRy5elm), which is configured by default in WordPress. This behavior is officially documented in their documentation.

    Additionally, since multiple customers have reported similar issues regarding incorrect image proportions, WordPress has provided a solution. To address this, we have added the following snippet to the child-theme/functions.php file on your website:

    add_filter('wp_img_tag_add_auto_sizes', '__return_false');

    For further details, you may refer to the official WordPress documentation: https://make.wordpress.org/core/2024/10/18/auto-sizes-for-lazy-loaded-images-in-wordpress-6-7/

    Regarding your inquiry about why this issue does not occur with AJAX-loaded categories, the reason is that WordPress applies this behavior only to images that are initially visible on the page. If a section is loaded via AJAX, these filters are not applied to the images within that section.

    Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Dear @wssrob,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to check the comparison feature on your website, as the necessary buttons do not appear neither on the product pages nor on your store in products content. However, by default, the comparison table includes such items, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/gwDMQSK9LSOz. If these items are missing on your site, we recommend reviewing the settings in your Theme Options under the Compare section.

    Regarding the sorting of attributes, this functionality is not available by default, as it is a rather specific customization. However, if you wish, you may refer to the following snippet for sorting product attributes (snippet is just as an example and you should write your own keys and values). Please note that our support does not cover additional customizations. If you require further assistance, you may submit a request https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel or implement the necessary changes manually.

    Snippet to be added in “xstore-child/functions.php”:

    add_filter('woocommerce_display_product_attributes', function($attributes, $product) {
    	$custom_ordered_attributes = array();
    	if ( isset($attributes['attribute_custom02']) )
    		$custom_ordered_attributes['attribute_custom02'] = $attributes['attribute_custom02'];
    	if ( isset($attributes['attribute_custom']) )
    		$custom_ordered_attributes['attribute_custom'] = $attributes['attribute_custom'];
    	return $custom_ordered_attributes;
    }, 10, 2);

    Before: https://prnt.sc/5HL1J6YxxgOw
    After: https://prnt.sc/VP8k4aDL5Kw1

    Product settings: https://prnt.sc/k18Lbfgm8R6X

    Important Note: This sorting method will apply globally across your website. Please ensure that all necessary attributes are included to avoid any unintended omissions.
