Woo Commerce, Social google login and paypal payment isse

    Dear Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I recently installed your product, and everything was working perfectly initially. However, after setting up Google Kit and switching to the Organic theme, I started encountering several issues. Below are the details:

    Google Login Issue:

    Customers can log in using Google, but when they click on My Account, they are prompted to log in again. This issue only appears after switching to the Organic theme; it worked fine with other demos.
    Main Issue – WooCommerce Error:

    The primary problem I’m facing now is with WooCommerce. It is giving me a TypeError: readcall. This is severely affecting the functionality of my store.
    Google Kit Setup Failure:

    After installing the Organic theme, Google Kit doesn’t function properly. It works without issues on other demos.
    Payment Issues:

    Stripe and PayPal were working perfectly before, but after switching to the Organic theme:
    PayPal stopped working entirely.
    Some transactions are automatically refunded after some time.
    Frequent Patch Requests:

    The system keeps asking to apply patches repeatedly.
    Performance Issues:

    Other demos were very slow, which is why I opted for the Organic demo. While it is slightly faster, WooCommerce, PayPal, and Google Login keep crashing.

    Request for Assistance:
    It seems the Organic theme is causing most of these issues. However, I would prefer to continue using this theme due to its performance benefits. Could you please assist in resolving these problems, especially the WooCommerce TypeError? If the issues persist, I may have to consider an alternative solution.

    After login via google its went to my account then click home and click then my account icon thats ask me login again.

    Please fix the Organic demo its not working with cuurent xstore fully.

To help us identify the root cause, we kindly request that you temporarily disable the CDN feature on your website and then check whether the Google login and payment system function correctly.

    This step would be highly beneficial for our developers in determining whether the issue is related to the CDN configuration on your server or if it originates elsewhere. Additionally, we have not received similar reports from other customers regarding Google login and payment issues, which suggests that this may be a localized issue related to specific configurations or the caching system on your server.

    Once you check for the google login and paypal payments without CDN active, please, provide us the feedback about your testing results.

    Additionally, could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Dear Support,
    Thank you for your response. I appreciate your assistance.

    I am able to make the payment, but I am still experiencing issues with Google. I have provided FTP access details on to the private content area.

    Regarding Cloudflare, I understand your concern. However, removing Cloudflare might make the site even slower, as Cloudflare helps with performance and security. Could you please advise on the best approach to resolve these issues while maintaining optimal site speed?

    Additionally, if you can log in to my WordPress dashboard, you will see on the order page that both PayPal and Stripe payments have been processed successfully, and refunds have also been completed.

    Thank you for your reply. I will check and update ytou tonight for paypal payment but i saw you have added woocomercer cart. and regarding google login i just put all credentials. please check and fix.
