    Dear @Nitin Sharma,

    I hope you are doing well.

    Could you kindly check the issue now? It appears that the Elementor page transitions are blocking the actions of certain toggles and simply triggering redirections upon clicking. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/QnoEiduJX8RI.

    You may now verify that your mobile menu toggle is functioning correctly. Additionally, we have activated our loader from the Theme Options, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/N434C9YKvvs_.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Creativelayers,

    First and foremost, please note that we are not responsible for any custom modifications you make to your website, including the addition of custom scripts.

    Additionally, the access credentials you provided grant us only limited user permissions, which do not allow us to edit the page. As a result, we can only inspect the code using the browser’s developer tools.

    Upon reviewing your implementation with inspector, we noticed that you have added a library script (https://prnt.sc/0NUXvMKU0U2w) that is already included by default in WordPress scripts. We kindly recommend avoiding the use of such scripts loading within the HTML widget of Elementor. Instead, we suggest adding such snippets via the functions.php file of your child theme for better compatibility and performance.

    At this time, you may try modifying your script as follows and check if it resolves the issue:

    jQuery(document).ready(function($){
        $(document).on('click', '[data-showme]', function(){
            var showme = $(this).attr('data-showme');
            $('.all-images').hide();
            $('#' + showme).show();
        });
    });

    Should you require further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

    Dear @Diana,

    We kindly suggested enabling the XStore Ajaxify feature as, upon inspecting the page source, we noticed that your website is built using the Elementor builder (please refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pLsfla5njjIT). If you would like to activate the Ajaxify feature, you can find it within any Elementor widget under the “Advanced” tab → “XStore Ajaxify” https://prnt.sc/aHvbqJeygu2F.

    Regarding your site speed comparison with the default theme, we encourage you to also evaluate the extensive functionality that our theme provides. Does the default theme offer the same variety of advanced features and customization options that allow site owners to modify any page effortlessly? This is why we recommend following our documentation on performance optimization to enhance your website’s speed (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/).

    Additionally, could you please share the specific page where you are experiencing issues with images not loading correctly? We have checked several pages, and all images appear to be loading properly on our end.

    Lastly, the admin access credentials you previously provided are no longer valid. It seems they have been modified, and we have not received updated credentials. Kindly share the correct login details so we can further assist you.

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Dear @chrisbond,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Unfortunately, the newsletter element does not include such an option. However, you may consider utilizing the functionality of Elementor popups, which is explained in their documentation. You can find more details here: https://elementor.com/help/how-do-i-create-my-first-popup/.

    Dear @Kingsley,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Since you have manually installed and configured this plugin according to your specific requirements, we kindly recommend reviewing its configuration with your development team. Once you disable the plugin we previously mentioned, please check whether the issue persists.

    If you are considering changing your hosting provider, you may explore the next option from our partners here: https://prnt.sc/TuCzHwljw6Sl.

    Additionally, we kindly ask you to create separate topics for each of your inquiries instead of combining multiple questions into one. This approach will help us address each issue efficiently and provide you with the best possible support. We appreciate your cooperation in following our support guidelines and time management practices.

    Should you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

    Dear @Officina 2.0,

    As you are using the Single Product Builder in the Elementor plugin, please note that you need to add a separate widget to display the stock status. You can refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/LnUceXf6ffiJ.

    Once implemented, the stock status should appear on the frontend as shown here: https://prnt.sc/xF9vV1-hmeJt.

    Could you kindly check and confirm if everything is working correctly now?

    Dear @Creatica,

    We have reviewed the functionality of the language switchers in the mobile menu and found that the WPML scripts do not function properly when the switchers are loaded via AJAX. Currently, the mobile menu content on your web-site is loaded using this method.

    As a solution, we recommend switching the mobile menu type to “off-canvas” (please refer to the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/WemXuKF9Y626). This adjustment should allow the language switchers to work correctly.

    Additionally, we suggest reaching out to WPML support to inquire about this issue. They may be able to provide further insights or improvements to their global scripts to ensure compatibility with AJAX loading.

    Thank you for your understanding. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Youcef,

    The issue occurred because the price was set as “79,90” with a comma separator, which led to incorrect calculations when updating the cart. To resolve this, we have adjusted the price format to use a dot instead, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/WI_RBFnOpbT2. As a result, the issue has been fixed, and everything is now functioning correctly: https://gyazo.com/1d02b252572d993c5f081b8b184ebda5.

    For even more accurate calculations, we recommend rounding the price to 80.

    Dear @Tommy,

    If you review the screenshot provided above https://prnt.sc/WkhojRPg2_34, you will notice that the active theme in the screenshot is Storefront. The styling issue is present even with the default theme, indicating that this should be addressed globally by Elementor.

    Additionally, we kindly request that you avoid combining multiple questions within a single topic. This particular discussion was created specifically to address the styling issue of the ‘select’ field, which is also not correctly styled with the default theme, such as Storefront.

    Since these global styles are generated by Elementor, it is not possible to override them with a higher priority from any theme. Therefore, the necessary improvements should be made within the Elementor plugin’s code.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @mitys,

    I hope you are doing well.

    We would like to bring to your attention a known issue in Elementor related to sorting items within the Select2 field. You can find more details about this issue here: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/13078.

    If this issue has not yet been resolved, we kindly suggest exploring alternative sorting methods within the widget, such as sorting by ‘Title,’ ‘Menu Order,’ or ‘ID.’ Additionally, you may consider using a different ‘Spotlight’ widget, which could offer more flexible options and an improved UI/UX design, as it has been developed from scratch.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Kingsley,

    We hope you are doing well.

    We would like to follow up as we have not yet received your feedback regarding testing with the Storefront default theme. Without this information, it is difficult for us to determine whether the issue is specific to our theme.

    Additionally, we noticed that you have the “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” plugin activated, and most of the fields appear to be deactivated in its settings (https://prnt.sc/vWqPtm0RZhZp). This could potentially be the cause of the error on your checkout page.

    Could you kindly try deactivating this plugin and then test again? Furthermore, we recommend conducting a test with only the required plugins activated, without any custom-installed ones, to help identify the root cause of the issue.

    Please let us know the results at your earliest convenience. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Dear @softwarecy,

    We have conducted a thorough review and identified that one of your attributes does not adhere to the recommended slug naming convention. Specifically, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Y4fRKl1_su_L, the attribute contains non-Latin symbols, which could be the potential cause of the issue.

    We kindly request you to update your attribute slug to use only Latin symbols as per the recommendation and check if the issue persists afterward.

    Dear @Lisa,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please note that the requested functionality is not predefined in our theme by default. However, you can achieve this by copying the following file:

    xstore/woocommerce/content-widget-product-slider.php

    to your child theme at:

    child-theme/woocommerce/content-widget-product-slider.php

    Once copied, you can make any modifications you require, including adding “Add to Cart” buttons to products or customizing the content as needed.

    Dear @Tommy,

    I hope you are doing well.

    Could you kindly create a staging environment for us where we can further work with FTP? Additionally, please provide us with the correct WP-Admin access. We would appreciate it if you could ensure that the latest versions of the theme and plugins are maintained in this environment.

    Please note that our structure in product grid widget is customized and does not rely on default hooks, as this level of flexibility would not be possible otherwise but we have own once that could be used for making the full compatibility with Germanized plugin. Once the staging website is set up, we will review potential solutions to ensure compatibility between the plugin and theme code.

    Furthermore, could you confirm that there are no issues with the free version of the Germanized plugin and that the problems only arise with the PRO version?

    Thank you for your assistance. We look forward to your response.

    Dear @R.Cristofor,

    We hope you are doing well.

    We have uploaded the same fix for your staging website. Additionally, to ensure proper button alignment, we have applied the following custom CSS: https://prnt.sc/zkPgu4rNsecb.

    Regarding the patch issue: If the patch reappears after being applied, we kindly ask you to review the latest response on this topic: https://www.8theme.com/topic/patcher-shows-updates-available-even-after-i-applied-them-a-hour-ago/#post-363427. The provided solution should be helpful for you. Please add the following code to your “child-theme/functions.php” file:

    add_filter('xstore_patches_done_reset_on_update_themes', '__return_false');

    Note: There is no need to download any additional files, as this code is already included in the latest update that has been released.

    Additionally, we kindly recommend creating separate topics for new issues rather than combining multiple concerns into a single thread. This will help us assist you more efficiently.
