    Hello @Martin,

    We have noticed that your website is utilizing a large number of plugins. This could potentially
    lead to errors, and affect its overall speed. To ensure optimal functionality and avoid such issues, we kindly ask you to manually review each plugin currently in use on your website.

    Let us know the results after you test with only required plugins activated.

    Dear @Zamgra_Legacy,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    As illustrated in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/61RoPLvdpowf, the product short description field in WooCommerce is limited to a basic text editor and does not support editing via Elementor. This limitation is inherent to WooCommerce itself and is not related to our theme.

    Therefore, we kindly recommend contacting WooCommerce support directly for further assistance: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/. Additionally, you may consider posting your inquiry on the Elementor support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/.

    As an alternative solution, you can implement a simple accordion-style layout using the HTML and elements. More information on this approach can be found here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Reference/Elements/details.

    Using this method, your product descriptions may appear similar to the example shown here: https://gyazo.com/7c9bca0f3bf515a86367ce4aa841228c.

    To further enhance the appearance, you may apply the following custom CSS. For guidance on where to place custom CSS in your theme, please refer to our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/

    Here is a sample CSS snippet:

    details summary:before {
        content: '\e905';
        font-family: 'xstore-icons';
        font-size: 0.7em;
        margin-right: 5px;
    }
    details[open] summary:before {
        content: '\e904';
    }
    details summary {
        font-size: 20px;
    }

    We hope this information is helpful. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Toesi,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We are still in the process of identifying the root cause of the issue you reported. In the meantime, we kindly ask you to disable the animations for sections and containers (https://gyazo.com/401477fde88ac2911931a4a60994f7ae) on the affected page and check the results again.

    As the investigation may take some time, testing the page with animations disabled will help us narrow down the potential cause more efficiently.

    Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Dear @Elon,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please note that our response times may vary depending on the volume of inquiries. Typically, we respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday) and within 48 hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). However, we often reply sooner. We kindly ask that you refrain from submitting multiple tickets for the same issue, as this does not expedite the response process and may delay support for other users.

    As we serve a large number of customers through our support forum, we strive to allocate time fairly and respectfully to each request.

    Regarding your concern, it appears that a recent update to the Elementor plugin has affected the functionality of the “Live Copy” feature in our theme. In the meantime, we have provided a workaround by sharing the requested sections, which can be downloaded and manually inserted into your website.

    We have also added your request to review the “Live Copy/Paste” feature to our development team’s To-Do list. Our developers will investigate this issue as soon as they reach the corresponding task.

    Additionally, we would like to remind you that our XStudio feature offers a wide range of pre-designed sections that can be easily imported into your website. You can learn more about this functionality here:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/

    If there are specific sections from any of our demos that you would like to use, please let us know which ones, and we will be happy to provide them for import.

    Dear @creatoys,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that our system utilizes JavaScript triggers for adding and removing products from the wishlist. The available triggers are as follows:

    1. xstore_wishlist/adding_product
    This trigger includes the following arguments: products, product_id.
    Example usage in your JS file:

    $(document).on('xstore_wishlist/adding_product', function (event, products, product_id) {
        // Your code here
    });

    2. xstore_wishlist/removing_product
    This trigger also includes the following arguments: products, product_id.
    Example usage in your JS file:

    $(document).on('xstore_wishlist/removing_product', function (event, products, product_id) {
        // Your code here
    });

    We recommend reaching out to the developers of Klaviyo to inquire about the appropriate methods for integrating their tracking code with these JavaScript actions.

    Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Elon,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We have thoroughly reviewed the issue; however, it appears that the error originates from the Elementor plugin files. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a direct solution in this case.

    As a workaround we recommend using the table layout, which allows you to modify, create, or remove any templates built with Elementor. Additionally, we suggest waiting for a short period and then checking again, as such issues can sometimes be caused by WordPress caching requests from plugins. These cached requests may take some time to clear.

    Also you can think about submitting a support request through the official Elementor support forum:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @heliodiaraujo,

    We have re-examined the issue and discovered that certain files within the XStore Core plugin folder were modified. Please refer to the following screenshot for details: https://prnt.sc/fjOIim1mTU_G. It appears that a specific file was manually removed by someone with access to the server. This missing file was being referenced by another file, which led to the errors you encountered.

    After restoring the missing file, the website is now functioning properly. You may verify this on your end.

    If no one on your team made these changes, we strongly recommend updating your FTP and WordPress admin credentials, as this could potentially be the result of unauthorized access. We also advise contacting your hosting provider for further assistance and security recommendations.

    To prevent similar issues in the future, please avoid modifying or deleting any files within plugins or themes, as this can lead to unexpected errors.

    Dear @creatoys,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We have reviewed the code and would like to inform you that, by default, WooCommerce does not display the sale price of products in email templates. As shown in the following screenshot https://prnt.sc/W4ILX5MzKOOj, the regular price is displayed when using the default email templates (not those created with a builder), even if the product has a sale price set https://prnt.sc/7zAvTSBOKmP2.

    If you wish to display the sale price in the email templates, you may consider applying a modification using the following PHP filter:

    woocommerce_order_formatted_line_subtotal

    https://prnt.sc/UNxmHC_6ktEX

    However, please note that such customizations fall outside the scope of our basic support services.

    Should you require assistance with this customization, we kindly invite you to submit a request through our customization service at: https://www.8theme.com/account/.

    Please be advised that our support is provided in accordance with the Envato support policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our support guidelines.

    Dear @Martin,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response. We have been experiencing a high volume of support inquiries recently, and we appreciate your patience.

    In order to better understand and investigate the issue you reported, we kindly ask you to provide comparison screenshots of the same orders containing the same products—both with and without the issue present. This will greatly assist us in identifying the differences and pinpointing the root cause.

    Based on our initial assessment, the issue may be related to the Variation Swatches feature, which is a built-in functionality of the XStore Core plugin and is not available in the default theme. To help us further, we would appreciate it if you could also provide comparison screenshots of the same products in orders with the XStore Core plugin activated and deactivated.

    Additionally, we recommend testing whether the issue persists after disabling the Variation Swatches feature. You can do so by following this link: https://prnt.sc/JTato3gS6VDb.

    Your cooperation will be invaluable in helping our development team identify the relevant area of the code and work towards a solution.

    Thank you very much for your assistance.

    Dear @M,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you please confirm whether it is possible to display such details using the default email templates? Additionally, have you come across any WooCommerce documentation that explains how to display this information using custom code snippets?

    Our understanding is that if such snippets are available, the relevant information should be automatically rendered within the appropriate widgets across the email template. Currently, there are no prebuilt shortcodes available for displaying bank details. If you would like us to consider adding such a shortcode, we kindly invite you to submit a feature request via our task board at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/.

    To assist us in exploring a possible solution for your case, we would appreciate it if you could share a screenshot of the default email template or show us how such details are expected to be displayed in the default emails.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @Rok,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Since you are utilizing the Archive Products Builder based on Elementor, you have the flexibility to create multiple layout templates with specific display conditions. This allows you to assign certain layouts exclusively to category archives or other taxonomies as needed.

    You can fully customize the content of each archive page according to your preferences. For more detailed guidance, please refer to our official documentation available at the following link:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

    Please, create separated topics for different questions without mixing all together in one topic.

    Dear @regencycigaremporium,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We would like to inform you that there are no known compatibility issues between Elementor PRO and our theme. We have thoroughly tested this plugin, and many of our customers are successfully using it without any reported problems.

    Upon reviewing your debug log, it appears that the majority of the issues are related to the following plugin:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/hide-categories-products-woocommerce/

    Specifically, we noticed multiple entries in your log indicating errors associated with this plugin, such as:

    [28-Mar-2025 14:18:32 UTC] hide-categories-and-products-for-woocommerce: term not found: all-out-kings

    Please note that all the error messages in your log are dated March 28, 2025. As of now, there do not appear to be any similar error logs present on your website. It is possible that these issues were related to previous plugin installations or updates.

    Dear @Omar Quddam,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Regarding your inquiry about uploading a profile image during account creation, please note that this functionality is managed by the WooCommerce plugin, as the account creation process is handled through their code. If you would like to suggest this feature as an enhancement to be included in our theme, we kindly invite you to submit your request via our roadmap page: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. This will allow us to monitor the popularity of your suggestion based on votes from other customers.

    As for your question concerning the display of images for shipping methods, this feature is also not part of our theme. It is likely related to the plugin or custom functionality you are using to display those shipping options. We recommend reviewing the WooCommerce documentation on how to add thumbnails for shipping methods, which can be found here: https://woocommerce.com/document/shipping-icons-and-description-for-woocommerce/. For further assistance with shipping method functionality, we suggest posting your query on the WooCommerce support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/.

    Please note that our support is limited to issues related to our own products. For any questions or issues related to third-party plugins, we recommend contacting the respective plugin developers directly.

    Dear @Toesi,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inquire whether the issue you reported appears exclusively on long pages, such as the homepage of your website. Have you been able to reproduce the same issue on any other pages?

    It is possible that a specific widget on your homepage may be contributing to the problem. If you haven’t already done so, we kindly suggest duplicating the homepage and removing the widgets one by one to identify whether a particular widget is causing the issue.

    Please note that we conducted a test using an iPhone device, and the issue did not appear on our end.

    Should you have any further information or updates, please feel free to share them with us.
