    Hello @Terpsauce,

    We would like to inform you that within the Single Product Builder of Elementor, there is a specific widget called “Waitlist” You can place this widget anywhere you prefer, and it will automatically appear only for products that are out of stock (please note that in the editor, it is displayed by default). You can view an example here: https://prnt.sc/VkrUteO_jKlW.

    We have added this widget for you, and as a result, a button is now displayed on out-of-stock products, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/02HedKtnASVX. You can further customize the button through the widget’s settings according to your preferences.

    If your main request has been resolved, we kindly ask you to mark this topic as closed.

    Hello @Yasir Alam 8Theme,

    We hope you are doing well.

    You may try using the following code snippet to ensure that all slider items have the same height:

    .elementor-widget-etheme_product_carousel .swiper-wrapper .swiper-slide {
        height: auto;
    }

    You can view the frontend result here: https://prnt.sc/QzE1G6vo8x-w

    Hello @rayee,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to suggest that you try performing the same actions using a different browser, as we have attempted to replicate the steps shown in your video and everything is functioning correctly on our end. We tested both while logged in and using incognito mode.

    Additionally, you may also consider testing from a different device to further verify the results.

    For your reference, we have attached a video demonstrating our testing process.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @mcoolzh,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please note that the import of Elementor Popup templates is available only when using the official Elementor PRO plugin with an active subscription. Currently, you are using the free version of it – PRO Elements plugin, which provides access to many Elementor PRO features without requiring a purchase. However, it does not support the import of templates.

    If you would like to access the full functionality of Elementor PRO, including template import, we recommend purchasing and installing the official Elementor PRO plugin from their website.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @llipoelastics,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please note that this particular widget is designed to function as a slider by default. If you wish to display it in a grid layout, it would require some custom modifications. However, we recommend using the widget in its intended layout for optimal performance and compatibility.

    You may refer to our demo for examples of its proper usage:

    Dear @llipoelastics,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    In this case, we recommend using the “Spotlight Categories” widget from the XStore Elementor collection on your shop page, placing it in the desired location. This widget is specifically designed to display dynamic categories. When viewing a product category page, it will automatically show only the subcategories of the current category. If no subcategories are available, it will instead display the default list of product categories.

    We kindly suggest adding the widget and reviewing the results to see if it meets your requirements.

    Dear @rayee,

    Thank you for your message. We have followed the steps you provided during our testing but were unable to reproduce the issue.

    Could you kindly clear your browser cache and check again? If the problem persists, we would greatly appreciate it if you could record a video of the issue using a screen recording extension on your computer, rather than a mobile phone. This will help us better understand the steps you are taking, as videos recorded on phones can sometimes be unclear or blurred.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @Jamall,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    You have the option to define custom image sizes for the posts displayed on your blog. Please refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/AFFEVHYRXZt2. For instance, if you set the image size to “full” the posts that appear on the frontend in a masonry layout, as per your current settings will look in next layout (please see image 01 in the private area for reference).

    If you prefer to maintain high image quality while displaying them in a square format, you may continue using the “full” image size and apply the following custom CSS:

    article.blog-post .wp-picture img {
        aspect-ratio: 1/1;
        object-fit: cover;
        object-position: center center;
    }

    For instructions on where to place custom CSS code, please visit our documentation here:

    Dear @Belinda Lindhardt,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We kindly ask for clarification regarding your request about the “Upgrade to the cart” feature, as mentioned in your post here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/salesmax-license-not-activating-using-the-divi-theme/#post-441839.

    Could you please specify what you booster do you mentioned in this context? If you are referring to the “Double the Order” booster, please note that this feature retains the original products in the cart and adds the same items again with a discount, as configured in the booster settings (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/salesmax/).

    If your intention is to suggest specific products based on different product variations using the Cart Addons feature, you can configure the Cart Addons booster with the following settings:

    1. Create a booster and set it to display only for a specific product (or product variation) (via the Filters/Apply to section): https://prnt.sc/5Jjd2T2YSwXP
    2. Configure the product (or product variation) to be suggested: https://prnt.sc/zx6mG8mExAJ0
    3. When a customer adds the specified product variation to the cart (e.g., Lava Cake Delta Vape Cartridge – 20ml: https://prnt.sc/nRWUcrZ1Wxek), the Cart page will display the suggested product (as configured in step 2): https://prnt.sc/T4SPkBb0ht6N. The customer can then add the suggested product by selecting the checkbox.
    4. If the customer selects a product variation that is not configured to trigger a Cart Addon suggestion, the recommendation section will not appear. For example, in our case, the Cart Addon is only set to display for the 20ml variation and will not apply to other products or variations: https://prnt.sc/C-uCKT3B25My
    5. Once the checkbox is selected, the cart will be refreshed via AJAX, and the suggested product will be added automatically: https://gyazo.com/eef038f5ba77169a1fd2f7b90680bb17

    We hope this helps clarify the functionality. Please let us know if you have any further questions or if you need assistance with the configuration.

    Hello @Trey Smith,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Regarding your question:
    “Can I add more than one Product Combo Deals box to a product page?”
    Unfortunately, no. The Product Combo Deals feature is designed to be displayed only once per product. This is because the add-on products are synchronized with the main product, and as such, it is not possible to add multiple Product Combo Deals for a single product by default.

    As for your request concerning product sorting:
    WooCommerce returns the product list based on the query type you select (e.g., Related, Upsell, or Cross-sells). If you have configured the module to display specific products, they will appear in the order in which you added them in the selection field. Please refer to the following screenshots for clarification:
    – Selection Order: https://prnt.sc/RSp5MLk4Y6RM
    – Frontend Display: https://prnt.sc/6a7_MlK7Ey9Q

    To adjust the order, you may reset the selection field and manually re-enter each product name in your preferred sequence. After saving the changes, please check the frontend to confirm the result.

    If you require further assistance, kindly provide us with more details about your desired outcome, and we will be happy to help configure the booster accordingly.

    Following the implementation of the previously provided solution, we have made improvements to the layout of the Cart page items in our latest updates. Specifically, we have restructured the presentation of product details on mobile devices, resulting in a global enhancement of the code. As a result, the previous code is now outdated.

    Dear @infomrprod,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing the issue, we have identified that it is caused by custom CSS added on your end via Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS. We kindly ask you to remove the custom CSS lines and check the result afterward. For your reference, please see the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/VSI7U0C5U8g-.

    Please note that we are not responsible for any issues arising from custom CSS modifications made independently, as this is not a bug related to our theme but rather a result of your own customization.

    Dear @Gen Vape,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    After investigating the issue on your website, we discovered that disabling the “Link Whisper” plugin resolved the problem, and the page is now saving correctly. It appears that the issue may be related to the plugin, particularly in how it interacts with certain Elementor widgets—such as the Archive Product Description widget, which generates content based on taxonomy.

    We recommend reaching out to the plugin’s developer for further assistance in identifying the root cause of the conflict.

    In the meantime, we have implemented a fix within our widget code to address the issue on our end. You are welcome to check the updated functionality at your convenience.

    Dear @Juergen,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Kindly refer to the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/4GS9Tpm5eoN1. It appears that a minimum font size has been set in multiple settings, which may be affecting the layout display.

    After resetting the font size, the variations table displays correctly, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/yR3mZHKGq4OS. Additionally, you have the option to set the variations table to a vertical layout by following this example: https://prnt.sc/2dDPPY1fzKR_, which will result in the following layout style: https://prnt.sc/-K2a1Vp7P9KQ.

    Dear @CMS DEV,

    We kindly invite you to review our documentation available at the following link:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-hooks-filters/

    Please note that we continuously work on improving our documentation, and the list of available filters and hooks is updated periodically.

    If you have coding experience, you may also explore the XStore Core or XStore theme files locally. This can be helpful, as it may take some time for newly added hooks to be reflected in the documentation following an update.

    Dear @Rok,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We kindly recommend reviewing our documentation as a first step:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

    Additionally, we have attached a few screenshots to assist you in configuring the conditions for custom layouts on taxonomy (brand, category) pages. We are pleased to see that you have successfully created a separate template for XStore brand pages, as shown here:
    https://prnt.sc/Y6xAaZwTcYqK

    To enhance the flexibility of your template, we suggest using dynamic values for certain widgets. This approach ensures that the template can be reused across multiple brand pages, rather than being limited to a single brand such as “Braun.” For example, incorporating dynamic brand names will allow each brand page to display its unique title appropriately.

    We also noticed that you have used the Archive Title widget, which is an excellent choice:
    https://prnt.sc/SkVC24vmghhu

    If you wish to display the archive title using a specific widget, you may follow these steps:

    1. Add the “Advanced Heading” widget (as an example).
    2. Click on the dynamic tag icon.
    3. Select “Archive Title” from the list of dynamic options (https://prnt.sc/FnbNZvv1Nhel, https://prnt.sc/4fG1A0B0t0zg).
    4. Customize the widget’s style, text, and other settings as needed.
    5. Save the page and preview it on the frontend (https://prnt.sc/86u1CpMtRhyj).

    For more information on using dynamic tags in Elementor, please refer to the following guide:
    https://developers.elementor.com/docs/dynamic-tags/

If you are satisfied with the service and improvements provided, we would greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to leave us a positive review on ThemeForest.

    There is no need for concern, as these enhancements will be included in our upcoming update. Dear @Mk,

    1. The “Filter by Categories” widget operates in AND query mode by default. This means that when you select a category and then click on another one, the filter will add the new category to the URL for redirection, rather than replacing the previous selection.

    If you require a different filtering behavior, we recommend using the default WooCommerce Product Categories widget, which may better suit your needs.

    Alternatively, if you would like to prevent users from selecting an additional category when one is already selected, you may use the following custom CSS snippet:

    .etheme_widget_cats_filter:has(.current-item) li:not(.current-item) a {
        pointer-events: none;
    }
    .etheme_widget_cats_filter:has(.current-item) li:not(.current-item, .etheme_sidebar-widget-list-expand):hover {
        cursor: not-allowed;
    }

    For guidance on where to place custom CSS, please refer to the following documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/

    If you wish to disable multiple categories filters for the Spotlight Categories widget, please refer to the solution provided in this post:
