    Dear @vadims,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We would appreciate it if you could kindly provide more detailed information regarding your request about the template files. Specifically, could you clarify which files you are referring to for import/export purposes?

    If your inquiry is related to product attributes, we recommend contacting WooCommerce support (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/) directly, as this falls under their area of expertise. Please note that our support is limited to the projects developed by 8Theme, and we may not be fully familiar with the features or code structure of third-party plugins.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Elon,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed your Home page using the Elementor editor, and we were able to load the editor successfully without any issues. Please refer to the screenshots provided in the private area for your reference. We recommend trying to access the editor using different browsers to determine whether the issue persists on your end.

    Additionally, we kindly request that you create separate topics for different questions in the future. This approach allows our support team to address each inquiry more efficiently and ensures that discussions remain organized. It also helps other customers find relevant answers more easily when topic titles accurately reflect the content of the question. For example, the current topic title refers to an email issue, while the actual question pertains to the Elementor editor.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @vadims,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    It appears that you are currently using the default WooCommerce widget, which is part of a separate plugin and maintained by its own support team. However, since you have contacted us, we would like to assist you as best we can.

    To customize the default widget text (https://prnt.sc/Kufrbzj_p29w), you may consider adding a custom code snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file. For example:

    add_filter('woocommerce_layered_nav_any_label', function($default_text, $taxonomy_label, $taxonomy) {
        return 'My custom text';
    }, 10, 3);

    We recommend making such modifications via FTP access for file editing actions. This approach allows you to easily remove or adjust the snippet in case any issues arise.

    Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Khurram Virk,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Dear @mkwong,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We kindly recommend submitting any inquiries or topics related to the SalesMax plugin functionality through the appropriate support forum, where the relevant team will be better equipped to assist you.

    Additionally, we attempted to access your website; however, it appears to be unavailable. Could you please provide us with the correct website URL so we can investigate further?

    Furthermore, based on the video you shared, it seems that after adding a product to the cart, the user is automatically redirected to the cart page. Please note that the Boost popups are designed to appear during AJAX add-to-cart actions without redirection. Therefore, we suggest testing this functionality from the shop page with disabled auto-redirect to Cart page rather than from a single product page to ensure proper behavior.

    Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Namaste,

    We kindly ask you to first ensure that all system requirements are properly configured. Additionally, please review our article on optimizing WP Rocket settings for use with the XStore theme, which can be found at the following link:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

    Once you have completed these steps, we also recommend updating both the XStore theme and the XStore Core plugin to their latest versions.

    Should you still require further assistance after implementing the above recommendations, please do not hesitate to reach out. We will be happy to investigate the issue further at that time.

    Thank you for your inquiry regarding the product title limitations.

    In response to your question, we kindly suggest reviewing and configuring the relevant settings according to your specific requirements. You may refer to the following link for guidance: https://prnt.sc/AO8expnR1E_j

    Please feel free to adjust these settings as needed and test the results to ensure they meet your expectations.

    Dear @Yasir Alam 8Theme,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please note that the solution provided is not a global fix, but rather a custom snippet specifically designed to address your individual request. Our patcher is intended to resolve global issues that affect all customers. However, in this case, we have offered a tailored solution that you are welcome to implement on any website of your choice.

    Kindly be advised that this fix will not be included in future global updates or added as a patcher item, so you should add such CSS on any web-sites you want to use it.

    Hello @Essex Banners Ltd

    It is not allowed to have such content inside the rendered DOM structure. You can only set the content without mentioned above tags as they should load only once. https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_doctype.ASP. The same is related to meta, title tags you have inside the tab content -> https://prnt.sc/RqXAwG3CvmOY. So, you should keep the origin content only. More details you can check -> https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Reference/Elements/meta#technical_summary.

    Dear @nedimzidane,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    To resolve the issue you are experiencing, please consider adding the following custom CSS snippet globally in Theme Options or child-theme/style.css file:

    .etheme-flip-box-effect-slide.etheme-flip-box-direction-right,
    .etheme-flip-box-effect-slide.etheme-flip-box-direction-left {
        --slide-delay-percent: calc(1% + 3px);
    }

    It appears that a few pixels are necessary as offsets for the flip boxes due to the way some browsers render sub-pixel values, which may cause a portion of the hidden section’s background to become visible.

    For guidance on the optimal placement of custom CSS code, please refer to our documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/

    Dear @Essex Banners Ltd,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the incorrect styling on the single product pages is being caused by custom HTML and styles applied within one of the tabs in your “Single Product Tabs” widget, located in the Single Product Editor. Dear @Terpsauce,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the “Home” text appearing in black within the breadcrumbs on the Contact page is due to a custom CSS rule that sets the color of all breadcrumb links to black. You can view the relevant CSS configuration here: https://prnt.sc/CeMZBPRhSEC_.

    After removing the custom CSS as shown in the screenshot, the breadcrumbs now display correctly. Please see the updated result here: https://prnt.sc/vSfkukpxbWKg. We kindly ask you to review the changes.

    Regarding the spacing issue of the breadcrumbs on the Shop page, it was caused by the current padding settings you had configured. You can view the previous configuration here: https://prnt.sc/LfExGBLcGy77. We have now adjusted the settings to appropriate values, and the updated layout can be seen here: https://prnt.sc/nltNZq-kzSti. Please take a moment to check the results.

    Dear @kmc,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    The hover effect for the menu items under the “Furniture” section has been implemented by adding custom CSS to the inner section, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/iYnz3gdsEJL7. Specifically, we added the following improved CSS snippet (https://prnt.sc/aClJmffKFzuW):

    selector .item-design-dropdown .etheme-elementor-nav-menu-item .elementor-item {
        flex: 0 0 auto;
    }
    selector .item-design-dropdown .nav-sublist-dropdown .etheme-elementor-nav-menu-item .elementor-item:after {
        content: '';
        position: absolute;
        left: var(--menu-sublist-padding-left, 0.9em);
        bottom: var(--menu-sublist-padding-bottom, 0.5em);
        right: var(--menu-sublist-padding-right, 0.9em);
        width: 0%;
        background: currentColor;
        height: 1px;
        transition: all .3s linear;
        opacity: 1;
    }

    selector .item-design-dropdown .nav-sublist-dropdown .etheme-elementor-nav-menu-item:hover .elementor-item:after {
        width: calc(100% - var(--menu-sublist-padding-left, 0.9em) - var(--menu-sublist-padding-right, 0.9em));
        left: var(--menu-sublist-padding-left, 0.9em);
        right: auto;
    }

    Result -> https://gyazo.com/75786b8c99efa06b64cf58c4b76bdb1a.

    Kindly check the result at your convenience and let us know if any further adjustments are needed.

    Dear @Martin,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed the code of our built-in Quantity Discounts feature; however, we have not yet been able to identify a solution to the issue. Additionally, we have found that attempting to resolve one aspect of the problem may inadvertently cause inaccuracies in other calculations. So, it seems that implementation of such solution for your request will not be possible because it will create other issues. Our theme provides basic functionality for Quantity discounts that covers the most amount of our customers requests but making something specific can make issues for others. For more advanced functionality of boosters our customers install the SalesMax plugin and configurate the settings to make the booster more advanced and make the sales on their shops to increase simultaniously.

    For this reason, we recommended using the plugin, as it has been developed from scratch with an optimized user interface and user experience. Furthermore, it includes configuration options that cannot be implemented within a WordPress theme due to the specific functions and code snippets it utilizes.

    Please note that the changelog item you referred to does not pertain to the issue you mentioned. Instead, it addresses a separate bug related to the incorrect refreshing of prices when using the plugin referenced in that changelog entry. It is not connected to the Quantity Discounts feature.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Kingsley,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing your product category page, we identified a JavaScript error originating from the Isotope script during the initial page load. This issue was affecting the proper functioning of other scripts on the page.

    Additionally, we observed that the masonry layout is not essential for your product archive pages. Therefore, we have disabled the “masonry” option for product display (https://prnt.sc/-kPIgaExKHOC). Please note that the visual layout remains unchanged due to the image aspect ratio currently in use.

    Kindly check the page now and let us know if everything is working as expected.

    If you have any further questions that are not directly related to the main topic of this request, we kindly ask that you submit them as separate topics for better tracking and support.

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Our support team has attempted to access your website using various browsers, and several of our support managers have also tested the login process. Unfortunately, we are still unable to gain access due to the current verification steps in place.

    Dear @Belinda Lindhardt,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing your website, we identified that when configuring the Smart Product Recommendations Booster to display in either the “Top of the Cart page” or “Before Cart items table” positions, the booster appears in the same location. This behavior is due to the structure of your theme, which places the WooCommerce hooks woocommerce_before_cart (associated with the “Top of the Cart page”) and woocommerce_before_cart_table (associated with the “Before Cart items table”) in the same location within the theme files.

    By default, WooCommerce places these hooks in distinct positions, as outlined in their documentation: https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-cart-page/. However, theme developers may modify these placements, which can lead to such inconsistencies. For optimal compatibility with third-party plugins, we recommend adhering to WooCommerce’s default hook structure.

    To ensure proper display and compatibility with your current theme, we have configured the Smart Product Recommendations Booster on your cart page using the following steps:

    1. Added the shortcode manually – Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/XWO93kLZfzcO
    2. Set the display location to “Cart Collaterals” (that is missing on such page) – Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/yH0HNVZDfXdS
    3. Verified the frontend result – Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/fPpBB82Vc9xL

    Additionally, we kindly remind you to activate the custom snippet we implemented to ensure it remains functional after future plugin updates. As previously mentioned, the snippet was added directly to the plugin files on your website, and these changes will be overwritten during updates unless the snippet is activated separately. Please refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/-I_VVjM05LHc.

    Furthermore, we noticed that when using the Divi Builder to construct the Checkout page, multiple instances of the same WooCommerce hooks are rendered. This results in the SalesMax Booster being displayed multiple times on the Checkout page. We recommend reaching out to Divi theme support for assistance in preventing the repeated use of identical hooks.

    In the meantime, we are actively working on an enhancement that will allow the booster to be used exclusively as a shortcode. This will help avoid such duplication issues. We plan to include this improvement in an upcoming plugin update. At this time you can temporary disable the Smart product recommendations booster on Checkout page and once we fix the issue, you can simply re-activate it.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
