    Dear @thushar,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    If you have chosen to display the brand image, please ensure that a thumbnail image is set for the respective brand in its settings. You may refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/nhlYNHj0r9i6. The corresponding frontend result can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/w_d53g_RQcLt.

    Additionally, we have made updates to the following file: et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/dynamic-tags/product-brand-image.php. These changes will be included in the upcoming theme update. This update addresses and resolves the PHP notice that appears when a product does not have any brands assigned in its settings.

    Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @thushar,

    You have two options regarding the brand display on your product pages:

    1. You may create brands within the backend settings and assign them to your products. Please refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/UpRA8lWJfpOI

    2. Alternatively, if your store does not feature any brands, you can remove the corresponding element from the Single Product Builder content. Please see this screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/h2PtwVkSkXpJ

    Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @leveltgp,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that you currently have one template each for the Header and Single Product Builder because both are configured through the Customizer. If you prefer to use Elementor templates instead, you may create your desired templates using the Elementor editor and then disable the Single Product and Header options in the Customizer settings. This approach is also recommended for improved performance and loading speed.

    Regarding the issue with the filters not displaying certain widgets, it appears that many of your product attributes are configured in your native language, and the corresponding slugs contain special characters. You can refer to the following screenshot for clarification: https://prnt.sc/LYH_39_Pt-1V. This behavior is explained in the description of the slug field here: https://prnt.sc/k4gVlGkZi3VX.

    To resolve this, we recommend creating custom attributes while ensuring that all character and formatting guidelines are followed. Please note that this issue is not related to our theme; it is a limitation within the WooCommerce widget functionality itself. Additionally, since you are using default widgets in your “Shop Filters” area, you may observe the same issue even when using a default theme such as Storefront.

    Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Youcef,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We suggest trying the default Elementor “Cart” widget in the header instead of the one provided by our theme. Our custom widget includes a variety of configurable settings, which may affect how certain elements, such as pricing, are displayed. By using the default widget, the appropriate hooks may be triggered, potentially resolving the issue with the price display.

    Alternatively, you may consider disabling the off-canvas content in the current Cart widget in your Header content. This will redirect customers directly to the Cart page, where the correct values are displayed using the standard WooCommerce shortcode, thereby avoiding any display issues within the off-canvas area.

    Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @MonnaChu,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Regarding the issue with the blank content in your mega menu, it appears to be related to the width setting you have configured for the mega menu sublist. Please refer to the following screenshots for reference:
    https://prnt.sc/cb_fqPxsthFL
    https://prnt.sc/rjITDdQ7L_XC

    We recommend adjusting the width value to a smaller size, such as 1000 or 1200 pixels, and then checking the result. Currently, since the scripts are not fully loaded, the dropdown content of the menu is extending beyond the browser window, which is why it appears blank.

    Additionally, we noticed that you are using the Nested Carousel widget on your shop page. Please note that this widget is not included in our theme and is provided by the Elementor Pro plugin. As our support is limited to features and components developed by 8Theme, we kindly suggest reaching out to the Elementor Pro support team for assistance with this particular widget.

    If possible, we would appreciate it if you could share with us any feedback or solutions they provide regarding the issue of the Nested Carousel not displaying correctly in certain browsers.

    Should you encounter any other issues, please provide us with the URL of the affected page along with relevant screenshots. This will help us offer more accurate suggestions and support.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    In this case, if the Elementor plugin’s functionality also is not allowing the conditions to be set correctly, the issue may be related to a caching plugin installed on your website. We recommend temporarily disabling the caching plugin and checking whether the issue persists.

    Please note that this matter is not related to our theme. If the issue is resolved after disabling the cache, we suggest either configuring the caching plugin accordingly or excluding the specific page from being cached where you intend to apply these conditions.

    Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Phil_ACB_Ltd,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that ensuring full compatibility with the Gutenberg builder is currently on our development task list. In the meantime, if you prefer to utilize the default WooCommerce Cart and Checkout pages created with Gutenberg, we suggest the following workaround:

    Please begin by removing the Cart and Checkout pages that were imported with the XStore theme demo content built on Elementor builder. After that, you may follow the official WooCommerce documentation to recreate these pages by referring to the instructions provided here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/#install-pages-again.

    By default, WooCommerce will generate new Cart and Checkout pages that are not built using the Gutenberg editor, which may help achieve the desired functionality.

    We kindly ask you to try this solution and share your feedback with us regarding the outcome.

    Hello @Kulimary
    Please, try using next snippet and check the product meta then.

    add_action('woocommerce_product_meta_end', function() {
    	global $product;
    	$global_unique_id = $product->get_global_unique_id();
    	if ( $global_unique_id == '') return;
    	?>
    	<span class="global_unique_id_wrapper"><?php esc_html_e( 'Custom title:', 'xstore-child' ); ?> <span><?php echo $global_unique_id; ?></span></span>
    	<?php
    });

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    To ensure that the product title is displayed in full and not truncated, you may apply the following custom CSS:

    body #sales-booster-popup .heading {
        white-space: normal;
    }

    Currently, the product source for Sale Popup on your web-site is set to “From real orders” (please refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/GjhBxw4CpMMu). This means that the date and product information shown in the popup are based on your most recent completed orders. You may change the product source to another option such as “On Sale”, “Featured” or “Bestselling” and review the results accordingly.

    The date displayed (e.g., “5 May”) corresponds to the most recent order with the “Completed” status that has been parsed by the Sales Popup feature. You can update any new order to the “Completed” status to see how the date and product information are reflected in the popup.

    Please note that the date format is hardcoded and cannot be modified using hooks or filters within a child theme.

    If you would like to increase the size of the close icon in the popup, you can use the following custom CSS:

    body #sales-booster-popup .close {
        font-size: 30px;
    }

    Kindly be advised that our basic support does not include additional customization services. However, if you require further customization, you are welcome to submit a request through your account at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account

    Dear @Youcef,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing the code of the Subscriptions plugin, we have identified that it applies its filters before our Cart widget in Elementor is fully loaded. This behavior appears to be the reason for the incorrect pricing being displayed.

    As a temporary workaround, we recommend using the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_cart] on your Cart page (please refer to the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/Pwx3hJbTxyZR) instead of the separate Cart widget provided by Elementor. When using the default shortcode, the pricing is displayed correctly. However, please note that the design may differ slightly, as shown in this example: https://prnt.sc/ud7806tS5f2Q.

    If you decide to proceed with the default shortcode, we would be happy to assist you in making any design adjustments you may require to better match your current layout.

    Additionally, we suggest reaching out to the support team of your Subscriptions plugin (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/subscriptions-for-woocommerce/) to inquire whether they are using specific hooks or filters that may not be compatible with custom Cart widgets. They may be able to provide further guidance or a solution to ensure compatibility.

    Once you implement the default shortcode, please make sure to remove any other widgets that may duplicate content already displayed on the page.

    Should you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @fahd,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Sorry for the delay in answering.

    We have thoroughly reviewed the issue; however, it appears that the error originates from the Elementor plugin files. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a direct solution in this case.

    As a workaround we recommend using the table layout, which allows you to modify, create, or remove any templates built with Elementor. Additionally, we suggest waiting for a short period and then checking again, as such issues can sometimes be caused by WordPress caching requests from plugins. These cached requests may take some time to clear.

    Also you can think about submitting a support request through the official Elementor support forum:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Ankit Khandelwal,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please note that our White Label Branding plugin is specifically designed to modify the images, names, and texts associated with our XStore theme. However, the request you have submitted pertains to changes within the core WordPress platform itself, which falls outside the scope of our plugin’s functionality.

    As such, we kindly recommend submitting your request directly to WordPress support or exploring third-party plugins that offer the ability to customize the WordPress logo. One such plugin you may find useful is available at the following link:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/change-login-logo/

    We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any theme-related inquiries you may have.

    Dear @Malene,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    You have two options for customizing the layout of your checkout page:

    1. You may use the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] within the page content. This will render the standard checkout layout from WooCommerce files. To adjust the order of the fields, you can use the “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” plugin, that is installed on your web-site, it allows you to sort and manage the fields as needed.

    2. Alternatively, if you prefer to use our XStore Checkout Page widget in Elementor, we kindly ask you to provide a screenshot indicating the desired positions of each field. Based on that, we will do our best to offer a suitable solution for your specific layout requirements.

    In the meantime, we are pleased to share an example of a CSS snippet that moves the “Country” field to the top of the billing details section, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/KM5KdGoiEXeu

    Please use the following CSS code:

    .etheme-elementor-cart-checkout-page-wrapper .woocommerce-billing-fields__field-wrapper {
        display: flex;
        flex-wrap: wrap;
        flex-direction: column;
    }

    .etheme-elementor-cart-checkout-page-wrapper .woocommerce-billing-fields__field-wrapper #billing_country_field {
        order: -1;
    }

    You can add this CSS by navigating to: Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly check whether the built-in display conditions in Elementor (https://elementor.com/help/show-and-hide-elements-on-a-page-display-conditions/) are functioning correctly? We would appreciate it if you could temporarily disable our theme’s custom conditions and instead configure the settings directly under Container → Layout → Display Conditions.

    This feature was introduced recently, and it’s possible that Elementor has released an improved version that offers better compatibility with caching plugins and other scenarios.

    Dear @Arjun Dangi,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly provide us with a video demonstrating the issue with current customer while using the default theme such as Storefront? This will help us better understand the situation, as the JavaScript requests in question appear to be related to Dokan’s functionality rather than our theme.

    Additionally, if you have made any modifications to your child theme, please note that such changes could potentially contribute to the issue.

    If the problem occurs only for certain customers and not for others, we recommend reviewing the differences between these user accounts. For example, please check whether the affected users have uploaded products as vendors or if there are any other variations in their client data.

    Also, we found few topics on Dokan support related to similar issue you have:
