    ello XStore Support Team,

    I hope you’re doing well.

I’m currently working on building a WooCommerce website using the XStore theme (official, licensed version), and I need your help with a specific issue related to the Single Product Page layout.

    What I want to achieve:

I want to create **different Single Product Layouts for different product categories**. For example, all products in the “Shoes” category should use one layout, and all products in the “Electronics” category should use another layout.

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

The simplest solution would be to disable the debug mode https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/
or provide us with FTP access.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Dear @fahd,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Sorry for the delay in answering.

We have thoroughly reviewed the issue; however, it appears that the error originates from the Elementor plugin files. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a direct solution in this case.

As a workaround we recommend using the table layout, which allows you to modify, create, or remove any templates built with Elementor. Additionally, we suggest waiting for a short period and then checking again, as such issues can sometimes be caused by WordPress caching requests from plugins. These cached requests may take some time to clear.

Also you can think about submitting a support request through the official Elementor support forum:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
