    Dear @Arjun Dangi,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Kindly consider using the following custom CSS snippet to address the issue:

    .elementor-widget-theme-etheme_account .et_b-tabs-wrapper {
        overflow: auto;
    }

    For guidance on the optimal placement of custom CSS code, please refer to our documentation at the following link:

    Dear @umer,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The widget in question is designed to dynamically display categories and their subcategories (when viewed on a parent category page). If you prefer to manually define the list of categories to be displayed, you may select an alternative “Source Data” option, such as displaying categories by ID.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please provide more detailed information, including the URL of the page where the widget is not displaying correctly. For privacy and security, you are welcome to share such details via the private area.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Raquel,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    You may try adding the following code snippet under Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS:

    .etheme-elementor-mobile-menu-search .etheme-search-form-clear,
    .etheme-elementor-mobile-menu-search .etheme-search-ajax-results {
        display: none;
    }

    This adjustment is suggested because the AJAX functionality is enabled by default for the search element in the mobile menu. By hiding the AJAX results, the search will function similarly to a standard search field.

    Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Marian Tanasie,

    If you are still experiencing any issues, we kindly ask that you provide us with further details or a video of the issue from your side so we can assist you more effectively.

    Dear @dsprinting,

    Thank you for your patience, and please accept our apologies for the delayed response due to the weekend.

    We would like to inform you that our theme does not include built-in pricing tables as a standard feature. To implement this functionality, we recommend using a third-party plugin.

    At this time, we have not received similar requests from other customers, so we are unable to recommend a specific plugin. However, if you encounter any compatibility issues specifically related to our theme, please provide us with detailed information, including the results of your testing using a default WordPress theme such as Storefront. This will help us determine whether the issue is theme-related.

    Additionally, we suggest reaching out to the support teams of the plugins you are considering to inquire about their compatibility with our theme.

    Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that we are currently continuing to work on improving the speed performance of our theme. However, if you would prefer to begin testing it on your website, we have provided a URL containing the latest archive files. Please note that these files are not yet fully finalized, but they are available for testing purposes should you wish to proceed.

    Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

    Dear @Tlp,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you please provide us with the URL of the page where both the default element and our custom widget are added, so we can review the differences in the single product content? Additionally, we kindly ask you to share the FTP access details in the private area, which will allow us to further investigate and find a suitable solution for your case.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @Rok,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It appears that an additional element is being displayed on your website, which is likely coming from one of the plugins you are currently using. By default, all elements that appear within the hover area are styled uniformly according to the theme’s design.

    Since this particular element serves only as a notice, you may choose to hide it by adding the following custom CSS snippet to your Theme Options under Theme Custom CSS:

    body .etheme-product-grid-item .footer-inner > .wlr-product-message {
        display: none !important;
    }

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @horacio1972,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing the code, we have identified that the issue pertains to images not displaying correctly for non-category post types—in this case, the swatch taxonomy, as shown on the referenced page.

    We are currently working on a solution to enhance the flexibility of the Spotlight widget to address this matter. In the meantime, we kindly ask that you provide us with FTP access via the private area. This will allow us to upload the necessary fix as soon as it becomes available.

    Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Dear @dsprinting,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We have reviewed the issue you reported and found that the products on the mentioned page were created using an additional plugin, specifically “Easy Pricing Tables.” When we attempt to add a product from your original Shop page -> Single product, the cart functions correctly and displays the added item. However, when adding a custom product – such as those created using pricing tables on your custom shop page – the cart remains empty.

    In this case, we kindly suggest testing whether the issue persists when using a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront. This will help determine whether the problem is related to our theme or the plugin itself. If the issue occurs only with our theme, please provide us with the results of your testing. You may also attach a video to help us better understand the issue.

    If the problem is not theme-related, we recommend contacting the support team for the plugin you are using, as our support is limited to issues directly related to our themes.

    Thank you for your understanding and for adhering to our support guidelines.

    Dear @Marian Tanasie,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to kindly follow up regarding your inquiry. Please note that we previously responded, explaining that the earlier product did not have the review display option enabled, and the current product also does not have this feature activated. You may refer to the following screenshot for clarification: https://prnt.sc/ws4h9upopeIN.

    Since you are using the Single Product Builder with the Elementor plugin, you have the flexibility to place the widget in any desired location on the product page. Please see the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/6s_ZUVgiV_yn.

    After configuring the appropriate settings, the correct content is now displayed on your Single Product page. You can view the result here: https://prnt.sc/NqHeHCrTZevQ.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Tlp,

    We kindly recommend that you test the product display using the default WooCommerce widget instead of the one provided by our theme. This will help determine whether the issue is related to our theme or originates from WooCommerce itself.

    Additionally, we have noticed that there are numerous overridden files in your child theme. However, the account access you provided does not allow us to review the specific changes made. In order to assist you more effectively, we kindly ask you to verify the behavior using the default widget and share the results of your testing with us.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Could you kindly provide us with the URL of your website using private content? This will allow us to review the type of Header Builder you are currently using and determine whether it is possible to disable the AJAX search functionality while retaining the default option.

    Additionally, if you prefer, you may submit your request directly through our task board at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/.

    Dear @soulaiman,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It is possible that a conflict with another plugin is preventing the “Remove” button from appearing as expected. In some cases, third-party plugins – such as Yoast SEO -> may override certain functionalities.

    To troubleshoot this issue, we kindly recommend temporarily deactivating any third-party plugins you may be using and then checking if the button appears correctly.

    In the meantime, we have made adjustments to the background settings using the Elementor builder on your homepage. You can view the changes here: https://prnt.sc/OO0DhBr9Kp8y

    Dear @leveltgp,

    We kindly suggest clearing the transient cache in WooCommerce. Additionally, please verify whether the widgets have been added to the default sidebar and test the functionality using a default theme, such as Storefront.

    Based on our assessment, the issue does not appear to be related to our theme, as the filter area is utilizing default WooCommerce widgets.

    Dear @gdd,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We would like to inform you that the Advanced Header Sticky feature currently does not support multiple header conditions. As a result, it is not possible to create multiple advanced headers, since only one can be applied across all pages.

    If you wish to implement different headers and corresponding sticky headers, we recommend using the XStore Builders feature. You can find a helpful video tutorial here:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/xstore-header-builder-on-elementor/

    This tool allows you to combine various layout settings from the basic header with custom content for sticky headers, offering greater flexibility in design.

    In the meantime, we will review the current plugin behavior to prevent the incorrect display of multiple headers.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Denurade,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the issue was not related to the product images, but rather to the product titles, which contained a non-breaking space character <0xa0> You can view an example here: https://prnt.sc/tMik7IVniS0E. This character caused the text to remain unwrapped and display inline only.

    This often occurs when text is copied from external sources. We kindly recommend reviewing and cleaning the title text in a plain text editor before pasting it into your product listings to avoid similar issues in the future.

    We have corrected the affected titles for now. Please take a moment to review your shop page to ensure everything appears as expected.

    Dear @thushar,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    If you have chosen to display the brand image, please ensure that a thumbnail image is set for the respective brand in its settings. You may refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/nhlYNHj0r9i6. The corresponding frontend result can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/w_d53g_RQcLt.

    Additionally, we have made updates to the following file: et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/dynamic-tags/product-brand-image.php. These changes will be included in the upcoming theme update. This update addresses and resolves the PHP notice that appears when a product does not have any brands assigned in its settings.

    Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
