    Hello @buf
    Please, check private content.
    Also, please, provide us the screenshot or video of the issue as we don’t see the issue on your web-site from incognito browser -> https://gyazo.com/f5b3592bc40230193ed059f88c416c67.

    Dear @Tal,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    At this time, the feature you mentioned does not support AJAX functionality. This is because, for stability reasons, adding products with the parameters associated with this feature is currently handled via a full page reload.

    If you have a suggestion or would like to propose a new idea for SalesMax, we kindly invite you to submit your request through our Feature Taskboard: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. Once submitted, your idea will be reviewed by our development team for potential inclusion in a future update.

    We appreciate your feedback and continued support.

    Dear @Marian Tanasie,

    Following the clearing of the template file cache, we have not encountered any further issues of this nature.

    However, we did identify one remaining issue, which does not appear to be related to our theme. It seems that a plugin installed on your website has overridden some WooCommerce files, which is not a recommended practice. We kindly suggest reaching out to the plugin’s author for further assistance in resolving this matter.

    Dear @Darius,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that our team is currently working on a major global update for our theme, which is scheduled to be released soon. We are aware of the issue you mentioned and will do our best to include a fix in the upcoming update. If it is not possible to include it in this release, rest assured that it will be addressed in the following update. We will notify you as soon as the fix becomes available.

    In the meantime, we recommend temporarily disabling the AJAX “Add to Cart” feature if you wish to continue using the Booster feature on your website. Please note that implementing this fix requires significant adjustments to the AJAX functionality, and we want to ensure thorough testing before its official release.

    We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve your experience.

    Dear @Hannah,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing the issue, we have found that the outdated file originates from your child theme, not from the parent XStore theme. This indicates that the modifications were made specifically for your website by your developers.

    As the notice pertains to a file within your child theme, we kindly recommend that you reach out to your development team to review and address the matter. Please note that we are not responsible for any customizations made by customers through the use of a child theme, as these changes fall outside the scope of the default XStore theme.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @luc,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have noticed that the current widget is not fully responsive due to its structural design. To enhance the user experience for customers accessing the site via mobile devices, we kindly request that you consider hiding this widget on responsive layouts. In its place, it would be beneficial to implement a carousel or an alternative widget that is more suitable for mobile viewing.

    We believe this adjustment will significantly improve the overall UI/UX for mobile users.

    Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response.

    Hello @Kulimary

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance – Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Dear @Marian Tanasie,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Yes, you may try adding the default shortcode above the current Checkout page widget and then save the changes. This will allow you to verify whether the fields are displayed correctly according to the configuration set in your checkout editor plugin.

    If the issue does not occur when using the default shortcode, you can remove the Checkout Elementor widget and use the default shortcode. Also, please provide us with the name of the plugin you are using. We will be happy to check its compatibility with our Checkout page widgets.

    In the meantime, if having the fields sorted correctly on your checkout page is critical, we recommend using the default shortcode as a temporary solution.

    Dear @Ravinder,

    We kindly suggest trying the following CSS code snippet to address the issue:

    .etheme-elementor-cart-checkout-page-wrapper .woocommerce-input-wrapper input[aria-invalid=true] {
        border-color: red !important;
    }

    You may add this code by navigating to Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS.

    Please let us know if this resolves the issue or if you need any further assistance.

    Hello @crobere

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Dear @Marian Tanasie,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We kindly recommend that our customers create separate topics for different questions to ensure more efficient support. However, since you have already posted your inquiry here, we would be happy to assist you further.

    Could you please provide more details regarding the plugin you are using to modify the checkout fields? Additionally, are you utilizing the XStore Checkout Page Builder?

    If so, we suggest testing the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] instead of using our Elementor widgets. This is because custom plugins may not apply their filters correctly to Elementor Checkout page widgets.

    Should you require further assistance, please feel free to share your website access credentials in the Private Content area.

    Dear @Mirza Ahtsham,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Unfortunately, the effect you are requesting cannot be achieved using the current settings available in Elementor. At this time, Elementor does not support creating such an effect directly through its built-in options.

    You may continue using the existing sticky effect as it is. However, if you would like to implement a specific effect that triggers only when scrolling upward, we kindly suggest submitting a request through your account at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account. Please note that this is additional request that falls outside the scope of our basic support.

    As an alternative, you might consider exploring third-party plugins that offer custom animations and advanced sticky effects for Elementor containers. There are several free plugins available that may suit your needs.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you please confirm whether you have reviewed the default conditions built into the Elementor plugin and tested how they function in conjunction with caching plugins? We would greatly appreciate it if you could share your feedback and the results of your testing using the default conditions.

    If everything is working correctly with the default settings, you may continue using them as is. Additionally, we recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to request the exclusion of specific pages from server-side caching, and then verify the results.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @CuteVirus,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the issue regarding the duplicated text has been successfully resolved. You can view the result here: https://prnt.sc/EnellwLxWwTf.

    Upon investigation, we found that the issue was primarily related to the Elementor sticky sections feature. This feature duplicates content using the CSS property visibility: hidden while maintaining opacity: 1, which caused the unexpected behavior.

    To address this, we created a custom code snippet and have implemented it within your Single Product content.

    Don’t forget to clear your cache before testings.

    If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Andrea,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly review the following solution and let us know if it meets your requirements? You can find a preview of the implementation here: https://prnt.sc/aaXyehdDni-n.

    This solution enables the Estimated Delivery feature to be displayed within any Product grid, list, or carousel widget. You can choose to show this information only in the widgets where it is relevant.

    To implement this functionality, we have made modifications to your child-theme/functions.php file by adding the following code snippet:

    add_filter('etheme_product_grid_list_product_elements', function($elements) {
        $stock_position = array_search('stock', array_keys($elements));
        if ( $stock_position > 1 ) {
            $elements = array_slice( $elements, 0, $stock_position, true ) +
                        array( 'et_estimated_delivery' => esc_html__( 'Estimated Delivery', 'xstore-child' ) ) +
                        array_slice( $elements, $stock_position, count( $elements ) - $stock_position, true );
        } else {
            $elements['et_estimated_delivery'] = esc_html__( 'Estimated Delivery', 'xstore-child');
        }
        return $elements;
    });

    add_action( 'etheme_product_grid_list_product_element_render', function($key, $product, $edit_mode, $main_class) {
        if ( $key == 'et_estimated_delivery' ) {
            add_filter('etheme_sales_booster_estimated_delivery', '__return_true');
            $estimated_delivery = \Etheme_Sales_Booster_Estimated_Delivery::get_instance();
            $estimated_delivery->init($product);
            $estimated_delivery->add_actions();
            $original_tag = $estimated_delivery->args['tag'];
            $estimated_delivery->args['tag'] = 'div';
            $estimated_delivery->output();
            $estimated_delivery->args['tag'] = $original_tag;
            remove_filter('etheme_sales_booster_estimated_delivery', '__return_true');
        }
    }, 10, 4 );

    You can view the frontend result here: https://prnt.sc/WkWw91mYOpyU.

    We would greatly appreciate your feedback to confirm whether this solution addresses your request.

    Dear @CuteVirus,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Regarding your request to display specific items in the Categories widget, we are pleased to inform you that this can be achieved using the following method: Please utilize the default “Product Categories” widget and add it to your sidebar area. After doing so, enable the option shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/LE-ZwvG-F6ag. Once this option is activated, the display will change from this (before): https://prnt.sc/AA0zUYriei6J to this (after): https://prnt.sc/Jl9W5dHe8C1A. At this time we implemented the solution so you can check now.

    At the moment, we do not have an alternative solution available. However, if you require a more specific customization, we kindly invite you to submit a request through your account at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account.

    Additionally, we would like to inform you that the issue related to the “Add to Cart” functionality has been resolved. The fix will be included in the upcoming update. As you are currently using a testing archive, some issues may still occur, and we sincerely appreciate your assistance in identifying them.

    We have also addressed the JavaScript notices you encountered with the Query Monitor plugin. Furthermore, we have disabled the XStore Advanced Sticky Header plugin, as it appears you are using Elementor header templates across all pages instead of the Customizer header.

    Thank you once again for your cooperation and continued support.

Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide further details regarding the issues you are experiencing – such as screenshots or a video demonstration – related to the mentioned products.

    Dear @makeitsimple,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    To resolve the issue with the breadcrumbs on your website, we have removed the following custom CSS: https://prnt.sc/euIRHQa4aT9c.

    Regarding the issue with incorrect product categories being displayed, we have applied the solution provided in the following forum reply: https://www.8theme.com/topic/sidebar-is-not-showing-on-shop-page-please-advise/#post-437366. As a result, the current display on your website is as shown here: https://prnt.sc/8zYcpl5tAMhv.

    Please note that we do not offer customization services, as this falls outside the scope of our standard support. However, if you wish to modify the content of the related products section on the single product page, you can do so by navigating to Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop → Products Design. These settings apply globally to the related products section.

    Alternatively, you may use a different Elementor widget – such as the Products Grid, List, or Carousel widgets – to display related products. By selecting “Related Products” as the data source, these widgets will offer additional customization options specific to the widget you choose.
