    Hello @gewoonbovenaan,

    We apologize for the delay in our response.

    After thoroughly checking and debugging the code to identify the cause of the issue, we found that some code from your plugins or custom snippets modified the order in which styles were loaded. Specifically, the registration of styles occurs after they are enqueued.

    During further debugging, we discovered that disabling the “Product Filters for WooCommerce” plugin (https://prnt.sc/yAMGY5Jb-KDt) resolved the issue (https://prnt.sc/08VcUOLEp3qy). Since the problem occurs only when this plugin is active, and as it is a paid plugin, we kindly ask you to contact the plugin’s support team to request assistance with fixing or debugging the issue. We will await your feedback.

    For now, we have deactivated the mentioned plugin so that you can review the frontend layout.

    Best regards,

    Hello @molo,

    We have carefully reviewed your request. Please note that it is not possible to achieve this with the current settings, as the default variation is defined in the Product settings provided by the WooCommerce plugin. This configuration determines how the pre-selected variation is displayed for products both in the Shop and on the Single Product page.

    You may create a custom JavaScript script to reset the variations on the Single Product page; however, please be aware that this is considered an additional customization and falls outside the scope of our standard support, in accordance with Envato’s privacy policy.

    Hello @Vagelis,

    We apologize for the delay in our response. We have analyzed the reasons for this issue. In the latest updates, we indeed made some changes related to Google Fonts, which could have caused similar problems; however, in your case, this was not the reason.

    Could you please check if everything is working correctly now? It seems we have identified the cause of why it was displayed properly on your staging website but not on your new one and implemented a fix on your new web-site.

    Hello @ozzy00200,

    1. You may use any of our available demos for the import process. Regarding multi-vendor functionality, you can install and use multi-vendor plugins such as Dokan, WCFM, or other supported options alongside our demos. These plugins are fully compatible with our theme and will help you create a multi-vendor marketplace. The demo you mentioned serves only as an example of the layouts and design options our theme provides for such plugins. Please note that you will need to configure any of multi-vendor plugin (you choose) settings according to your specific requirements by following the plugin’s documentation.

    2. The main difference between a Marketplace/Mega Store and a Multi-Vendor prebuilt theme lies in their functionality and layout focus. Marketplace or Mega Store demos are designed for large product catalogs managed by a single vendor, while Multi-Vendor demos are optimized for use with vendor plugins such as Dokan, WCFM, or MultivendorX, allowing multiple sellers to manage their own stores within your site.

    3. We have the Content Reset feature (https://gyazo.com/91ef1e4c5bcb6f6ce7c9536c7617c44a) provided by our theme. You can install any demo version you prefer, test it, remove its content, and then install another one. However, we recommend performing this process on a fresh WordPress installation or after creating a full backup. Importing a new demo over an existing one may result in content duplication or layout conflicts.

    4. You can use any available Elementor widgets, either the default ones or those provided by our theme (https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/design-elements/). In particular, you may use the Product Filters widget if you wish to implement custom-built filters (https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/product-filters-element/). You can create pages such as the Search Results, Archive Products, Specific Product Category, Single Product, Single Post, and Blog templates using our XStore Builders and customize them as desired. For more details, please refer to our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/.

    5. All of our demos are optimized; however, please note that some demos may include around 20 sample products, less count of media files, while others may feature up to 50 items, and many different media and other sources. Similarly, some homepages contain minimal content, while others include longer pages with multiple sections. As a result, loading times may vary depending on the amount of content.

    Hello @Andrei Andrei,

    There are no available workarounds to implement sorting options for the Spotlight widget with categories by IDs configuration, as we have previously mentioned.

    Regarding the brands functionality, could you please attach some screenshots or a video to help us understand the locations of the brands that are not displaying correctly? We also requested temporary wp-admin access in case the issue was not resolved after following our recommendations, but it has not yet been provided in the private content. Without this access, we are unable to investigate the issue in detail.

    Hello @Andrei Andrei,

    1. Please locate the Spotlight Categories widget you would like to modify. If you wish to display the full category titles, you can adjust the following settings: https://prnt.sc/2QylkPpjkGP7.
    To change the font size for responsive layouts, please refer to: https://prnt.sc/5ZmtG9Ijx6CB.
    There is no option to reorder categories when they are manually set by IDs. However, if you choose to display all categories, you can use the “Order by” option: https://prnt.sc/lVbNBy-NqDn9.

    2. We recommend creating XStore brands and assigning them to your products. To display the XStore brand on the single product page, you can use a combination of widgets, such as an image widget with the dynamic tag for the brand image: https://prnt.sc/q4x6I1deKkLS. The image set in XStore Brand (https://prnt.sc/A-dzz-XXzSP3) will then appear on the frontend: https://prnt.sc/WcA0nrcmMuAS. You can also set the brand URL using dynamic tags: https://prnt.sc/p3z3mMjRPRr8. Alternatively, you may use an Icon Box widget with the following configuration: https://prnt.sc/7lcFJaO2xD5u.

    More information about dynamic tags you can find on Elementor documentation: https://developers.elementor.com/docs/dynamic-tags/

    3. Such an implementation is not possible.

    4. Thank you for your feedback.

    5. There are settings that allow you to display arrows, arrows with navigation, or none of these options: https://prnt.sc/BqXQHgH2JOaW. We kindly ask you to review the widget settings to better understand the available features and functionality. Our Elementor widgets have been developed from scratch using the best UI/UX practices to ensure our customers can easily find and use all available options.

    6. Please activate the “Disable Pjax pagination” option (https://prnt.sc/C9St-tMiUjZy) under Theme Options -> Speed Optimization and check again. If the issue persists, please provide us with the correct wp-admin access in the private content area.

    7. To remove, add, or modify content on your Archive Products page, open the editor (XStore Builders -> Archive Products Builder) and edit the template. You can remove the desired widget by right-clicking and selecting “Delete”: https://prnt.sc/_Y8jkrNHobbk (example).
    To change the type of navigation on Shop page: https://prnt.sc/BQDL6pgtfB9X
    To configure the number of products displayed on your shop page, go to Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Shop -> Layout -> Items per page: https://gyazo.com/8ecfea1b70cce29f78b3fcde6b5f55de.
    Tip: Use the search function in our options panel to quickly locate the desired setting: https://prnt.sc/42jRsqEmh0-u.

    Hello @jeroenberings,

    Thank you for your message.

    At the moment, there is no built-in option in our theme to set a minimum order amount based on the customer’s country. However, you can achieve this functionality by using a custom code snippet or a dedicated plugin that allows conditional minimum order amounts depending on the customer’s location.

    We recommend checking with your developer or exploring suitable WooCommerce extensions that provide this feature.

    Hello @Digital-Boutique,

    Based on the details you have provided, we recommend that you consult with your developers regarding the implementation steps we previously suggested. Since you have been collaborating for three months, you may be able to find a suitable solution based on those recommendations.

    Additionally, please review the code of your importer to determine whether there are any available hooks or filters that would allow you to inject custom code during the import process. Your developers can then implement a custom PHP snippet following the steps we outlined earlier.

    As you are using the PRO version of your importer plugin, you may also consider submitting a request on their support forum to explore any additional solutions they can offer.

    We look forward to your feedback.

    Hello @jepesat,

    We apologize for the delay in our response due to the weekend.

    If you would like to use the built-in shop and category templates on your website instead of the templates from XStore Builders → Elementor templates, please set the conditions for the requested templates to an empty list (remove all conditions) and save:
    https://prnt.sc/tx3C9CPQ8ecy
    https://prnt.sc/B4ACxy8HyR7C

    More information about our Archive products builder you can find on our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

    In this case, the template will be loaded from our theme files instead of the builder content. You can reactivate the builder content later if needed. This functionality can be applied to most of the available builders in the XStore Builders panel.

    After that, all options for the Shop, Single Product, and Product Categories pages can be configured only from Theme Options → WooCommerce.

    If you need further assistance, please describe the issue in detail and provide temporary wp-admin access in the private content section.

    Hello,

    Have you updated your code for the other strings that need to be translated? Please refer to the following example:

    function n2t_text_strings( $translated_text, $text, $domain ) {
        switch ( $translated_text ) {
            case 'Magazin' :
                $translated_text = 'Your custom text';
                break;
            case 'Prima pagină' :
                $translated_text = 'Your custom text for the home page text';
                break;
        }
        return $translated_text;
    }
    add_filter( 'gettext', 'n2t_text_strings', 20, 3 );

    Hello @Digital-Boutique,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing such a detailed explanation of your project requirements. We truly appreciate the time and effort you have invested in preparing your data and choosing XStore for your WooCommerce site.

    Regarding your concern about importing multiple images per variation via CSV, we understand the challenge of managing image post IDs for a large number of variations. At this time, the XStore variation gallery feature stores additional images using the image post IDs, which are generated once the images are uploaded to the WordPress Media Library.

    To work around this limitation, we recommend the following options:
    1. Use a custom import script or plugin that allows mapping image URLs or file names to post IDs automatically during import. This can be achieved by extending the import process to upload images first, retrieve their post IDs, and then assign them to the et_variation_gallery_images meta field.
    2. Consider third-party import tools such as WP All Import, which can be customized with PHP functions to handle this mapping automatically.
    3. If you have a developer on your team, they can create a small function to process the imported data after the initial import, converting image URLs to post IDs and updating the variation meta accordingly.

    We understand this may require additional setup, but it will allow you to maintain your bulk import workflow while taking advantage of XStore’s multi-image variation feature.

    Also, could you please, clearify if you exported your products from another web-site or you have all images in local folders and are going to manually upload each product. Did you use a custom plugin on another store for those products for making the variations images ? If so, then it might be also as a solution to analyze the plugin import/export feature and then migrate those images to our built-in functionality from plugin post meta keys.

    Hello @Digital-Boutique,

    We have set the “Inherit” value for the built-in Size Guide widget (https://prnt.sc/6htTF17ie-wG). As a result, on the frontend, a button will appear for products that have a corresponding file attached (https://prnt.sc/ZqC9kxoyygxf). Each product will display its specific file.

    If you would like to use a single global file for products that do not have a custom file, you can configure it in Theme Options → WooCommerce → Single Product → Layout (https://prnt.sc/gOZtqmnmLyYc).
