    Hello @artofboomerang.com

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing the issue, we noticed that the error displayed in the browser console originates from the PRO Elements plugin, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/EHypwO6WYQGD. This suggests that there may be an incorrect structure or a broken widget within the plugin.

    To further verify this, you may try deactivating the XStore Core plugin and the XStore theme, and then check the Elementor header editor again. If the same console errors persist, it confirms that the issue is not related to our theme.

    As a recommended solution, we suggest creating a new header template. For optimal performance and ease of use, we advise utilizing our built-in functionality for Mega Menu templates. You can refer to our video tutorial here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/03-how-to-create-a-mega-menu/. These templates can be easily imported into your website using the XStudio feature of the XStore theme: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/.

    This method does not rely on additional scripts for creation, making it easier to modify and less likely to cause performance issues or loading delays in the header editor.

    Additionally, the empty space appearing below your header was caused by an empty container with a minimum height of 1109px, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/Xd8vUrIzHRa_. We have removed this container, and you may now check your website to confirm the changes.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Kingsley,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Please note that the video is not appearing in the WordPress media library either, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ZV88IqZl-jQF. This indicates that the issue is not related to our theme.

    We recommend trying to upload a different video for testing purposes. You may use an alternative video recording application or download a sample video from YouTube or other video web-sites to verify the functionality.

    Hello @Micksc62,

    Thank you for contacting us and for providing a detailed explanation of the issue you are currently experiencing.

    At this time, the behavior you described is not a commonly reported issue with the et-core-plugin. However, based on your observations, it is possible that certain features or background processes within the plugin may be generating a higher volume of requests than your hosting environment permits – particularly in shared hosting environments that enforce strict rate limits.

    To assist you more effectively, we kindly ask you to review the following:

    1. Plugin and Theme Versions:
    Please ensure that you are using the latest versions of both the et-core-plugin and the XStore theme. Our updates often include performance enhancements and bug fixes that may address the issue.

    2. Hosting Environment:
    Shared hosting plans typically impose limitations on the number of requests allowed per minute or hour. We recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to request detailed server logs or to inquire whether they can temporarily increase the request threshold for testing purposes.

    3. Optimization Recommendations:
    To reduce the number of direct server requests, we suggest implementing caching (via a plugin or server-side), minimizing the use of dynamic elements, and enabling a Content Delivery Network (CDN).

    To proceed with a more in-depth investigation, we kindly request the following:

    – Confirmation that you are using the latest versions of the et-core-plugin and XStore theme.
    – Temporary WordPress admin and FTP access (to be shared securely via the private area of our support system).
    – Any relevant server logs or error messages provided by your hosting provider that may help us identify the source of the excessive requests.

    Additionally, you may activate debugging mode and review the error logs while the XStore Core plugin is active to gather further insights.

    We are committed to resolving this matter as promptly as possible and greatly appreciate your cooperation.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello @whym,

    Thank you for providing FTP access. However, the credentials granted access to an incorrect directory. As a result, we utilized an alternative method to investigate the source of the error logs.

    Please find the relevant details attached in the private content section. Our investigation indicates that the issues originate from the Jetpack and Jetpack Boost plugins. To restore site functionality, we have temporarily disabled these plugins, and the website is now loading correctly. You are welcome to verify this on your end.

    As the issue is not related to our theme, we kindly recommend reaching out to the respective plugin support teams for further assistance in resolving the matter.

    Hello @Nancy,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    As you are currently using the Elementor builder to create your pages, we would like to inform you that it is possible to utilize our Search Results Page Builder. You can find detailed documentation and instructions at the following link:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-search-results-page-builder-with-elementor/

    Within the page content, you may add any of the available widgets such as Searched Products, Searched Posts, and Searched Projects. Additionally, you can incorporate other Elementor widgets, including text areas, static blocks, flip boxes, and more, to further customize your search results page.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to provide us with more details, including relevant screenshots. Kindly share your WordPress admin and FTP access credentials via the private area so we can assist you more effectively.

    Furthermore, we recommend reviewing the following topic, which offers a solution for enabling search functionality for custom post types, in case this is relevant to your needs:

    Hello @Danna,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    By default, the requested options are not available. However, you can configure the trigger option to activate “on click.” Additionally, it is possible to hide the hotspot widget on mobile devices and within the Elementor editor. You may consider replacing it with an alternative widget, such as a banner or a simple image.

    Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @OnlyCBD,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    To resolve the issue, please consider adding the following custom CSS:

    .mobile-header-wrapper .et-off-canvas-wide .et-content:has(.woocommerce-mini-cart__empty-message.empty) {
        display: grid;
    }

    Additionally, we kindly ask you to provide the URLs of the products where we can test multiple SalesMax offers, as the feature currently appears to be functioning correctly on our end.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello @kmc,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Kindly add the following custom CSS to your Theme Options under Theme Custom CSS:

    body .single_add_to_cart_button.button:has(+input[name=gtm4wp_product_data]) {
        margin-right: 0;
    }

    This adjustment addresses the extra spacing that appears next to the button, which is caused by a custom input field with the name “gtm4wp_product_data”.

    Hello @luzactual
    Please, check now. We improved the CSS code:

    .product-type-variable .images.woocommerce-product-gallery .onsale.with-percentage, .product-type-grouped .images.woocommerce-product-gallery .onsale.with-percentage {
        text-indent: -7ex;
        word-spacing: 0.7ex;
        overflow: hidden;
    }

    .product-type-variable > .content-product .onsale.with-percentage,
    .product-type-grouped > .content-product .onsale.with-percentage {
        text-indent: -7.3ex;
        word-spacing: 0.7ex;
        overflow: hidden;
    }

    As we previously wrote in next reply (https://www.8theme.com/topic/woocommerce-discount-badge-icon-translation-or-side-text-removal/#post-452000), we implemented the solution using CSS code as we don’t have the FTP access.

    Please note that we have implemented a temporary solution using custom CSS, as we currently do not have FTP access to your account. If you are able to provide FTP access, we kindly ask that you share the credentials via private content. With access, we will be able to explore a more permanent solution using PHP, without relying on CSS modifications.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    If the issue has been resolved after disabling the mentioned plugin, you may keep it deactivated. For the pages where content was previously added using that plugin, we recommend recreating the content using our built-in elements or the default elements provided by the WPBakery plugin.

    Hello @CuteVirus,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Our built-in Sales Booster offers basic functionality. For more advanced customization options, we recommend using a separate plugin tailored for such purposes.

    Regarding your inquiry about displaying hours in the Estimated Delivery feature, we would like to inform you that we do not plan to implement this functionality. Based on our previous evaluations, incorporating hours has led to various issues related to time zones and shipping services, which significantly affect the accuracy and reliability of the feature.

    We appreciate your understanding.

    Hello @Kingsley,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please note that the issue you are experiencing is not related to our theme. You can verify this by opening the video file directly in a new browser tab using the following link:
    https://maisonkingsleycouture.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/Womens-Lime-Green-Python-Snakeskin-Jacket-With-Hood.mp4

    As the video does not display correctly there either, it appears that the issue is related to the WordPress upload system or the method used to upload the media file.

    We recommend checking the uploaded video on different devices to ensure compatibility and to help identify any potential issues with the upload process.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Kindly check the issue again at your convenience. The problem was caused by the custom CSS that was added to the textarea, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/rOmBTKSNcnCc. Please note that only shortcodes or HTML content are supported in that field.

    As a workaround, you may also consider zooming out your browser window to better configure the settings. You can find instructions on how to do this here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/96810?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop.
