Hello @artofboomerang.com
We hope this message finds you well.
Upon reviewing the issue, we noticed that the error displayed in the browser console originates from the PRO Elements plugin, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/EHypwO6WYQGD. This suggests that there may be an incorrect structure or a broken widget within the plugin.
To further verify this, you may try deactivating the XStore Core plugin and the XStore theme, and then check the Elementor header editor again. If the same console errors persist, it confirms that the issue is not related to our theme.
As a recommended solution, we suggest creating a new header template. For optimal performance and ease of use, we advise utilizing our built-in functionality for Mega Menu templates. You can refer to our video tutorial here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/03-how-to-create-a-mega-menu/. These templates can be easily imported into your website using the XStudio feature of the XStore theme: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/.
This method does not rely on additional scripts for creation, making it easier to modify and less likely to cause performance issues or loading delays in the header editor.
Additionally, the empty space appearing below your header was caused by an empty container with a minimum height of 1109px, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/Xd8vUrIzHRa_. We have removed this container, and you may now check your website to confirm the changes.
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
