    Hello @Plethora,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Our Elementor widgets are developed following the architecture recommended in the official Elementor documentation. Additionally, the slider-based widgets utilize Elementor’s built-in Swiper JS handler, ensuring they function similarly to Elementor’s default slider widgets.

    If you are looking for more in-depth information regarding Elementor’s JavaScript handlers, we recommend posting your query on the official Elementor forum, where their team can provide detailed insights into their code and scripts.

    Once you have submitted your topic on Elementor support, could you please share the URL with us?

    Furthermore, to improve loading performance, you may consider adding the following file to your exclusions list:
    /wp-content/themes/xstore/js/elementor-all-widgets.min.js
    This file contains combined script files, and excluding it can help prevent the loading of unnecessary scripts, thereby enhancing page speed.

    Hello @Plethora,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have conducted a test using the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_checkout], the default Storefront theme, and with the XStore Core plugin deactivated. This is a standard procedure we recommend to our customers in order to determine whether an issue is related to our theme. In most cases, such issues are caused by third-party plugins or customizations rather than the theme itself.

    As part of our testing, we have recorded a video demonstrating that the checkout fields remain empty even when using the default Storefront theme. You can view the video here: https://gyazo.com/bb88e2332575b0fba3840e0d26d7bf43.

    Upon further investigation, we identified that the issue is caused by the “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” plugin. This plugin appears to affect the display of checkout fields both with the Storefront theme and with our theme. When the plugin is deactivated, the fields display correctly.

    Please note that we provide support exclusively for our own themes and plugins. As this issue is not related to our theme or plugin, we kindly suggest reaching out to the support team of the “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” plugin for further assistance.

    Thank you for your understanding. If the issue has been resolved, you may mark this topic as closed.

    Hello @K.Sid,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It appears that there may be a misconfiguration in the email-related plugins on your website. The issue seems to be related to the sender email address currently in use. The plugins potentially involved include, but may not be limited to:

    – Contact Form 7
    – WP Mail Logging
    – Mailchimp
    – WP Mail SMTP
    – Any other plugins that handle email-sending functionality

    We kindly recommend reviewing the settings of these plugins to ensure that the correct sender email address is configured. It is likely that the mentioned email address has been set as the sender somewhere within these settings.

    Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @Abhinandan,

    Thank you for your update.

    We’re glad to hear that disabling the “Load JS Deferred” option resolved the issue and your page speed has improved.

    Regarding your question about using the AMP plugin included with XStore: Yes, you can certainly enable the AMP plugin to help improve your mobile performance score. However, please note that AMP has its own limitations and may not support all custom features or third-party scripts. We recommend testing it thoroughly on a staging site before applying it to your live website to ensure compatibility and desired performance.

    For any new questions we suggest you to submit new topics without mixing the content in current one.

    If you need any assistance with the setup or have further questions, feel free to reach out.

    Hello @Plethora,

    Thank you for your message.

    Let’s address the issues step by step. As you have already confirmed, the AJAX functionality does not work on the initial page load. We kindly ask you to check whether the issue persists when the WP Rocket plugin is deactivated. If deactivating the plugin resolves the problem, we recommend reaching out to WP Rocket’s support team for further assistance. Since the plugin is a paid product, you are entitled to access their support and they will be able to guide you on the appropriate configuration settings for your specific case.

    Regarding the second issue related to empty strings in the checkout form when using RTL languages, we would need access to your live website in order to investigate further. Currently, we only have access to the staging site, which does not include the necessary functionality to reproduce and analyze the issue.

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving these matters with you.

    Hello @Parag,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that, since you added a banner for your category in the description field and are using the Archive Products builder in Elementor, we have enabled the Archive Description feature to display this information accordingly. You can view an example here: https://gyazo.com/99b270558889532c522079d25f3f2272.

    As a result, the custom description will now be visible on the front end for each category where such a description has been added. Please see the following example for reference: https://gyazo.com/a048e2bfceec3bf36c3230bdd68eb396.

    Additionally, you have the flexibility to reposition the Archive Description widget within the layout to suit your design preferences.

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that we have not been able to reproduce any issues related to the quantity display in the mini cart on our end. To assist you more effectively, could you kindly provide us with a test video demonstrating the issue from your side? This will allow us to follow each step and conduct a thorough investigation based on your experience.

    Additionally, we would be happy to share a video from our side showing how the quantity is correctly displayed on the single product page, as well as on other pages after a product is added to the cart.

    Hello @Daniele,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    As previously mentioned, the editor may not function correctly if the server requirements are not configured in accordance with the values specified in our documentation.

    Upon reviewing the memory limits in the XStore Control Panel (https://prnt.sc/y_6-vKdFhLMx) as well as in the Elementor System Status (https://prnt.sc/iwZuhgkiIjj2), we have found that the memory limit is still set to 256MB, rather than the 512MB you indicated.

    Please note that our theme offers the flexibility to choose your preferred builder for creating the header—either the Customizer editor or the Elementor builder—depending on your server’s capabilities and your personal preference.

    We provide the header documentation so you can check it:

    Hello @tlongurov,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    For inquiries related to displaying categories of a custom post type in the sidebar, we kindly recommend contacting the support team of the specific plugin you are using. They are best equipped to assist you with generating a custom widget tailored to your needs.

    Please note that the default WordPress widget only displays categories from standard posts. As such, any questions regarding custom post types fall outside the scope of our theme support. We suggest submitting your query on the plugin’s official support forum for more accurate assistance.

    Additionally, you may test the tags, categories, and sidebar widgets using a default WordPress theme to confirm that the issue is not related to our theme.

    We appreciate your understanding. As the 8Theme support team, we are dedicated to providing assistance exclusively for our own products.

    Hello @tlongurov,

    Thank you for your message.

    Please note that it is not possible to create different layouts for various post types using the default layout. If you wish to modify the content or add custom sections to these pages, we recommend doing so via your child theme.

    To make changes to the archive page, you can copy the file from xstore/index.php to xstore-child/index.php and apply your desired modifications there.

    Kindly be advised that such customizations fall outside the scope of our standard support. However, you are welcome to submit a request for additional customization through the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account.

    If your initial question has been resolved, we would appreciate it if you could mark the topic as solved.

    Hello @Daniele,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to refer you to the following article provided by Elementor, which outlines the common causes of the 500 error: https://elementor.com/help/500-error/. One of the key points mentioned is related to server resources, as illustrated here: https://prnt.sc/aTzwebC9-j6e.

    According to your system status, your current PHP memory limit is set to 256MB. However, Elementor recommends a minimum of 512MB for optimal performance. Since each theme includes its own set of custom widgets, the required resources and loading times may vary. Our theme, for instance, includes approximately 100 widgets.

    To improve performance and avoid such errors, we suggest either of the following options:

    – Increase the PHP memory limit to at least 512MB, as recommended by Elementor.
    – Limit the number of widgets loaded in the Elementor editor by disabling those you do not need via the Elements Manager.

    We hope this helps resolve the issue. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @tlongurov,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed your setup and noticed that you have created custom post types and would like them to be displayed on the archive page. Currently, you are using the Elementor builder to design the archive page and have added the “Posts” widget. Please note that this widget, by default, only displays standard WordPress posts and does not support custom post types. As a result, only the default posts are being shown (please refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/qK8pPQDQlc2t).

    To display custom post types such as Episodes, Recipes, or other custom entries, we recommend using the default (non-builder) layout for the archive page. If you remove the conditions set in your Archive Builder (as shown here: https://gyazo.com/4eeb8a872b725be147a6c402e38ecca9), the custom post types (e.g., Episodes) will be correctly displayed on the archive page. You can view an example here: https://prnt.sc/J0Nl0u5kekcm. The layout of this page can be configured via Theme Options → Blog → Blog Layout (https://prnt.sc/SlubFsX_PmxB).

    Alternatively, if you prefer to continue using the Elementor builder, please note that it will only display posts from the default post type. In this case, you would need to assign tags or categories to those default posts accordingly.

    For your convenience, we have temporarily disabled the conditions in your Archive Builder so you can verify that all custom post types are now correctly displayed on their respective archive pages.

    Should you require further customization or assistance, please feel free to submit a request through your account at: https://www.8theme.com/account/.

    We have attempted to manually configure the related products using your plugin, and we have also verified that the products are assigned to the “Related Products” category. However, we are not seeing any related products displayed on the frontend.

Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the URL of that product so we can better understand the expected behavior and identify what might need to be adjusted on our end.

    Hello @Plethora,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    In this case, we kindly recommend waiting for the plugin developers to implement compatibility with PRO Elements. From a technical perspective, it appears that only a minor code adjustment is required, as illustrated in the following comparison:

    – Current implementation: https://prnt.sc/jwzGRlFCNpBK

    if ( is_plugin_active( 'elementor-pro/elementor-pro.php' ) && 'no' === get_option( 'wcgwp_lt6_templates', 'no' ) ) {
    			return true;
    		}

    – Suggested modification: https://prnt.sc/uRizzTjIh32e

    if ( (is_plugin_active( 'elementor-pro/elementor-pro.php' ) || is_plugin_active( 'pro-elements/pro-elements.php' )) && 'no' === get_option( 'wcgwp_lt6_templates', 'no' ) ) {
    			return true;
    		}

    Please note that this compatibility issue is related to the plugin itself and is not associated with our theme. We suggest submitting this proposed solution to the plugin’s support team. They may be able to provide you with a beta version that includes improved compatibility.

    Alternatively, you may choose to manually apply the code modification. However, please be aware that any manual changes may be lost in future updates if the plugin developers do not incorporate the fix into their official release.

    Should you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.
