  Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
  If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

  Please note that the email templates are not included in our theme if you are not utilizing the built-in Email Customizer. You can find more information about this feature here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstore-built-in-woocommerce-email-builder/

  If you are not using the built-in customizer, the email templates will instead be loaded from the default WooCommerce plugin.
