I’ve edited it to this:

and enabled Page Heading in Page Layout box in the editor.

I’ve just tried to import xml file with Twenty Fifteen theme and media files couldn’t be imported there too, so the problem persists on your server. Try to check error logs with your hosting provider. There should be some notices about this issue.
