"Insert Coupon Code" does not work in the responsive mobile site

Hi,

there seems to be an issue with adding coupon codes while being in the cart site when using the mobile version of our website.

You can see here, how adding coupon codes into the cart page works flawlessly on a desktop, however when using the same page with a mobile and tablet browser, one is not able to write anything in to the space.

Surprisingly though, the mobile page in the ‘checkout site’ allows inserting coupon codes…

Hello,

Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:
```
.col-md-6 .checkout_coupon {
    display: inline-block;
}
```
