Comments box isn’t included into pages by default in WordPress. It can be used only in posts.
If you want to show it on pages then you have to use some plugin.
Please note we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.

As I see you’ve added 8theme-Search Form widget in Appearance > Widgets > Left Side top bar area.
Unfortunately it can’t be moved to the place you want.

To change background color of fixed header add this code in Global Custom CSS:

    background-color: black;
    border-bottom: 1px solid black;
}

To change background color for drop down menu use this css code:

.fixed-header-area .menu .nav-sublist-dropdown ul {

.fixed-header-area .nav-sublist-dropdown {
