Add to Cart/Checkout Popup Does Not Work

    Hi,

    The Ajax option is ON in single product page settings, however when I add an item to cart, on a single product page, it just says “Item has been added to your cart” with the view cart button. It used to have the actual popup, which is what I want, but now it doesn’t exist. Please let me know how to fix this…

    Actually it could be down because of an SSL installation. Not really sure.

    Please give us full permissions to view all settings in wp-admin panel.

    I am having the same issue. Also the cart widget’s don’t update after you add or remove a product unless to click on another page. It adds to the little number but when you hover over the cart it says “No products in cart”. shoptailspin.com/shop

    Try to clear browser cache and check again.

    Yes I figured out Cloudflare was causing that conflict. Do you have any idea why that would be? I had to disable cloudflare.

    unfortunately Cloudflare is not officially supported by our theme so we can not guarantee its work with Royal theme. Sorry for inconvenience.
