Dear @spes31,
Thank you for reaching out.
Please note that the order tracking page is not supported by default. However, you may consider using third-party plugins to enable this functionality. Below are a few options that might be helpful:
– WooCommerce Orders Tracking: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-orders-tracking/
– YITH WooCommerce Order Tracking: https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-order-tracking/
Additionally, you can explore more solutions on the WooCommerce Marketplace:
https://woocommerce.com/search/?q=order+tracking&collections=product&page=1
We hope this information is helpful. Should you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,

Dear @dekauk,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you kindly provide more details regarding the caching issue you are experiencing? Additionally, the URL you shared appears to be returning a 404 error and is not displaying correctly. We would appreciate it if you could clarify the issue you are encountering with the mobile menu—if possible, please attach a video demonstrating the problem.
Regarding the search text placeholder, you can modify it by navigating to the Header Builder and adjusting the settings in the Header Ajax Search widget.
Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Dear @Rok,
We hope this message finds you well.
Could you kindly provide us with the specific search term you would like us to use? This will allow us to compare the search results on the front end with the products listed in your backend.
Additionally, we recommend recalculating the terms (please refer to the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/NSP6fsoXHZ0v), as some products were imported manually and may not be displaying correctly as a result.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,

Hello @Niddy,
Thank you for reaching out.
To better understand the issue, could you please confirm the following: when you add a product to your wishlist and then refresh the page, does the button display correctly? However, if you navigate using the browser’s back or forward buttons, does the button then display incorrect text?
If possible, we kindly ask you to provide a short video demonstrating the issue. This will help us investigate the matter more effectively from our side.
Best regards,

Dear @Juan Zapata,
We hope this message finds you well.
Please note that the Shop page displays the correct widgets on the frontend when using the default WooCommerce shop page. However, if you are using a custom-built page, the sidebar filters and related widgets may not appear as expected.
You can verify which page is set as your main Shop page by checking the WooCommerce settings. This page serves as the origin Shop page. For your reference, please see the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/mUmnHCu2Atuy.
Additionally, if you would like to customize the XStore titles or branding, we recommend installing the White Label Branding plugin. You can find more information and installation instructions here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/white-label-branding-plugin/
Should you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear @KB Ads,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Please find our responses to your inquiries below:
1. You may enable the display of the product meta information and use custom CSS to hide any elements that are not required in that section.
2. To modify the breadcrumb structure, please adjust the URL permalink settings by navigating to Dashboard → Settings → Permalinks. For your reference, here is a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/uyMW55AoONT_. We have already updated the structure, and your breadcrumbs should now appear correctly: https://prnt.sc/obZ_C-Bts2rh.
3. Currently, we do not offer built-in table designs. However, if you are using a page builder, you should be able to find elements that allow you to style and design your tables accordingly.
4. Please ensure that you select the correct path for your translation files and make any necessary changes within that directory.
5. The AJAX search functionality is operational when enabled. However, please note that there is no separate setting to enable or disable AJAX search specifically for the sticky header.
6. At this time, dynamic tags for search queries are not available. If you would like to request this feature, we encourage you to submit your suggestion on our task board: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/
7. Kindly review the sidebar settings within the Archive Page Builder content. If possible, please provide us with a screenshot of the widget configuration so that we can offer more specific guidance and solutions.
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear @Niddy,
Thank you for reaching out.
The process should function automatically; however, if you are utilizing any caching plugins that delay JavaScript execution or implement lazy loading for scripts, we kindly recommend temporarily disabling those features and checking the result.
If the issue is resolved after doing so, you may consider excluding the relevant script files from lazy loading or delay settings to ensure they load correctly, while allowing other scripts to continue benefiting from those optimizations.

Hello @wdbcar,
Please note that the previous access credentials are now outdated.
Upon reviewing your site using the browser inspector, we noticed that the sidebar column is set to 30% width on responsive devices. As a result, it appears too narrow and does not stretch appropriately on certain screen sizes. You can view an example here: https://prnt.sc/jgPN7Y7chKQT.
We kindly recommend reviewing the column width settings for responsive layouts, as well as the configuration of your “Product Categories” widget. Adjusting these settings may help improve the display across various devices.
If you require further assistance, please provide updated access credentials to your WordPress admin panel so we can assist you more effectively.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @Siddharth,
Thank you for reaching out.
In order to investigate the issue further, we kindly request access to your website’s WordPress admin panel (wp-admin) as well as FTP access. Please note that FTP access is essential for server-level diagnostics and cannot be compromised during the troubleshooting process. It is important to understand that FTP access pertains to your server configuration and is not affected by any actions taken on the website’s frontend.
Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide access to your server logs, which are typically available through your hosting provider. These logs will help us identify any potential server-related issues. It is possible that certain server requirements are not fully met on your new website, or that some plugins have been updated to versions that differ from those used on your original site.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this matter promptly.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @jozef,
We hope this message finds you well.
We have noticed that you have switched the page builder on your website to WPBakery. Based on this change, we assume that you intend to use WPBakery for creating pages and other post types.
Please note that you can import any of the available demo content compatible with WPBakery by following the instructions provided in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/. Alternatively, you are welcome to create your content manually from scratch, according to your own custom design preferences.
Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Dear @Juan Zapata,
Thank you for reaching out.
We would like to clarify that the widgets are not appearing because, according to the official WooCommerce documentation (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-widgets/), WooCommerce widgets are designed to display only on archive pages such as Shop, Tag, and Category pages.
The “Construcción” page you are referring to is a custom page created using a Page Builder and is not recognized as an archive page by WooCommerce. As a result, the widgets are not rendered on that page. This behavior is not related to our theme, as our widgets rely on WooCommerce’s PHP classes, which inherently restrict widget visibility to archive pages.
For further assistance or to request additional functionality, we recommend submitting your inquiry directly to the WooCommerce support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
We appreciate your understanding.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hello @Steve,
You may select any menu from the list of available menus created in your dashboard to display in the mobile content, based on your preference.
Regarding your question about AJAX preload, we apologize, but we did not fully understand your inquiry. If this setting is enabled through a caching plugin, we recommend testing your website’s functionality with the setting active. If no issues are observed, it should be safe to keep it enabled.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Dear @Jozef,
We hope this message finds you well.
We kindly ask you to consider downgrading the PHP version on your website to 8.2. It appears that the current version, PHP 8.4, may be causing some issues with the editor functionality.
Also, we suggest you to check the temporary solution from next reply -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/issue-with-the-elementor-editor-when-using-xstore-core-after-the-latest-update/#post-453791.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear @KB Ads,
We hope this message finds you well.
The issue you encountered was due to a missing closing tag in the custom code, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/E53_WbRBup5d. We have now corrected the code, and the tabs are functioning properly.
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Dear @Siddharth,
Thank you for reaching out.
The issue you have described does not appear to be related to theme support. It seems to be associated with the server migration process, and we kindly recommend that you contact your hosting provider for further assistance.
Please note that FTP access and similar server-related matters fall outside the scope of our theme support. However, if you are experiencing issues specifically related to our theme or core plugin, we would be happy to offer guidance and suggestions.
For all other concerns, especially those involving server access or configuration, your hosting provider will be in the best position to help resolve the issue.
Best regards,

Hello @Istos,
We would like to inform you that we have activated the built-in translation feature available in our theme, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/DGed376G6MGh. However, if you prefer to manage translations manually, you may switch back to the default English version using the same option.
Please let us know your preference:
Would you like to continue using the automatic translation for your custom language across the website, or would you prefer to retain the previous version and manually configure the theme’s text strings?
Kind regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hello @wdbcar,
Thank you for reaching out.
Based on your test results, it appears that the default WooCommerce functionality is correctly triggering the email. Our email customizer is designed in such a way that if no specific template is set for a particular email type, the default WooCommerce content will be used.
Therefore, it is possible that the emails are being sent through our builder but may be landing in the Spam or Junk folder of your email platform because it contains some custom content. We also recommend checking your server’s mail logs for further details. You may contact your hosting provider for assistance in reviewing these logs.
Should you have any further questions, please feel free to let us know.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Dear @mickmickmick,
We hope this message finds you well.
Following a detailed analysis of the fatal error issues occurring on certain Control Panel pages, we have identified that the problem originates from custom code added to your child theme’s functions.php file. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/jdkHT3Ocl8PP.
After temporarily disabling this custom code, we were able to successfully load the Social Authentication page, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/cONxlouEdKip.
As the issue is caused by customizations made within your child theme, we kindly recommend reviewing and updating the code accordingly. Alternatively, you may consider temporarily removing the custom code to ensure that all theme features and pages function as intended.
Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Given this, we are unsure why the deactivation may not have taken effect on your side. Could you kindly verify whether you are now receiving emails with the correct data?

Hello @hdowthwaite,
I hope this message finds you well.
We kindly request temporary FTP access to your staging website in order to further investigate and assist with the issue you are experiencing.
Additionally, please note that the popup layout is currently styled according to the default layout settings for the single product page, as configured under Theme Options → WooCommerce → Single Product. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify these settings at the moment due to some JavaScript errors, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/wM5Jh4l9aqZl

Dear @Plethora,
Thank you for your message.
As you have already conducted a test with the WP Rocket plugin disabled and the issue still persists, it is possible that the problem may be related to the WooCommerce plugin itself.
We kindly recommend performing a test using the default [woocommerce_cart] shortcode on your cart page, instead of the current XStore Elementor widget. Additionally, for more accurate troubleshooting, we suggest temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme such as Storefront.
Please let us know the results of these tests so we can assist you further.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hello @Tommy,
We hope this message finds you well.
We attempted to switch themes on the website you mentioned. However, due to the use of a CDN on your site, we are unable to properly test the script loading times. The website continues to display the XStore theme, even after we activated the Storefront theme, likely due to caching. Could you please, temporary disable the CDN on your staging web-site or provide us the video of test with default theme active and another video comparing to the test with our theme.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
