    Dear @Siddharth,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the issue with product display was related to the type of widget and the source of the products being shown, as illustrated here: https://prnt.sc/s1x28dA1KeUA.

    Since you are utilizing the XStore Archive Products Builder, it is necessary to use the “Archive Products” widget, which is specifically designed for this purpose. You can view the correct widget here: https://prnt.sc/rwgGo-Xe_eux.

    We have now implemented the appropriate widget, and as a result, the products are correctly displayed on all category, tag, and archive shop pages relevant to the page term. Please refer to the following screenshot for confirmation: https://prnt.sc/2XPfJsTrq-lu.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @Martin,

    You may remove the -30px margins and apply the following custom CSS:

    .mobile-header-wrapper .header-bottom-wrapper .et-container {
        padding-left: 0;
        padding-right: 0;
    }

    Please note that if you wish to adjust the stretch container in the mobile header for other sections, you can modify the following selector accordingly: header-bottom-wrapper (bottom, top, main).

    Hello @Istos,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Please note that it is only possible to place the product price in the following location: https://prnt.sc/uLi5EsbncAif. To achieve this, we have implemented the following code snippet in your child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_action('wp', function() {
        remove_action('woocommerce_single_product_summary', 'woocommerce_template_single_price', 10);
        add_action('woocommerce_single_product_summary', 'woocommerce_template_single_price', 25);
    }, 70);

    You may adjust the priority value (currently set to 25) to suit your desired position. We recommend experimenting with different values to find the most suitable placement for your layout.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @Martin,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that we have updated the appearance of the Customizer. You can view the changes here: https://prnt.sc/XFiUPPSoNFX4. As a result, the input fields for the Promo Text are now visible: https://prnt.sc/AbFKvS0A_JW7.

    Additionally, we kindly ask you to clarify your request regarding the container stretch. From our end, it appears that the “Full Width” option is currently active: https://prnt.sc/rKFpsNEysiWc, and it is displaying correctly on the frontend.

    Please let us know if you have any further questions or if there is anything else we can assist you with.

    Dear @wemakemarketing,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing your website, we noticed that certain CDN settings (as shown here: https://prnt.sc/TMyKFPuivu7m) may be affecting the proper loading of styles. This configuration could potentially lead to display issues.

    Additionally, we have addressed and resolved an issue related to incorrect hover icons on some product items.

    To ensure optimal performance and to verify the resolution of these issues, we kindly recommend temporarily disabling the CDN and reviewing the website’s behavior thereafter.

    Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.

    Hello @Istos,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    You may consider adding the following custom CSS to address the issue:

    .content-product .quantity-wrapper .button {
        font-size: 0 !important;
    }

    It appears that a plugin or custom script on your site is applying specific font sizes to various elements, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/wDz8FFkespBk

    Hello @EdmondS,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly grant administrator permissions for the customer credentials you previously provided? At the moment, we are unable to review the modifications made in your child theme due to limited access.

    Additionally, we would like to inquire whether we may temporarily deactivate certain plugins on your website for testing purposes. Alternatively, if you have a staging environment available, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with access credentials for that site instead.

    Thank you for your cooperation and support.

    Hello @Crashraider,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Regrettably, the modification you are requesting cannot be implemented via the child theme, as it involves a built-in theme file that cannot be overridden or copied into the child theme.

    As an alternative, you may consider creating a custom shortcode manually and displaying it using the same hooks and actions utilized by the Estimated Delivery feature. For your reference, you can review the implementation of this feature in the following file:

    xstore/framework/features/woocommerce/estimated-delivery.php

    Please note that our support forum does not cover additional customization services. Should you require further assistance with custom development, we kindly invite you to submit a request through the following link:

    Dear @Istos,

    We kindly ask you to try using the following custom CSS. You can add it by navigating to Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS:

    body:has(.back-top~.et-request-quote.mtips) #tidio-chat {
        bottom: 45px !important;
    }

    body:has(.back-top.backIn~.et-request-quote.mtips) #tidio-chat {
        bottom: 100px !important;
    }

    @media only screen and (max-width: 992px) {
        body:has(.back-top~.et-request-quote.mtips) #tidio-chat {
            bottom: 75px !important;
        }

            bottom: 135px !important;

    Dear @Martin,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We kindly ask if you could temporarily disable the WP-Captcha feature, as we are currently unable to access your WordPress dashboard. The login process requires an email address, and since our developers work from various locations and use multiple email accounts, IP-based access restrictions are also not feasible in this case.

    Additionally, we have noticed that the “Stretch Container” option has been enabled, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pEZgknT1mesW. Could you please clarify if there are any remaining questions or concerns you would like us to address?

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @Crashraider,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed the plugins currently installed on your website and noticed that there do not appear to be any active plugins related to the functionality in question. Could you kindly clarify how you have implemented these add-ons?

    Additionally, we recommend referring to the documentation for the relevant add-on or plugin for further guidance.

    If you are looking to modify the countdown data displayed on product pages, you may find the etheme_product_countdown() function located in the xstore/framework/woo.php file. You are welcome to copy this function into your child theme and make any necessary customizations there.

    Hello @EdmondS,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We would like to inform you that we have encountered a few similar requests in the past, which you may find helpful:

    https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-would-like-to-modify-my-account-navigation-link-on-header/#post-454013
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/registration-button-is-not-working-in-side-menu-and-only-redirect-to-registration-page/#post-451877

    In most of these cases, the issues were resolved by adjusting the configuration of additional third-party plugins installed on the customer’s website or by modifying certain hosting redirection settings.

    Therefore, we kindly recommend that you temporarily disable any third-party plugins and check if the issue persists.

    Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @Plethora,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have conducted several tests on your staging website and are pleased to report that we did not encounter any issues during our review. Additionally, we observed that the WP Rocket plugin is currently deactivated on the staging environment, which may have contributed to the resolution of the issue.

    At your convenience, could you please verify the staging website from your side to confirm that the issue has indeed been resolved with WP Rocket remaining inactive?

    If the issue persists, we kindly request that you provide us with the appropriate access credentials to your live website. This will allow us to review the WP Rocket settings directly and configure them accordingly to ensure optimal performance. Also, you can check the WP Rocket articles about compatibilities of plugin with WooCommerce pages (https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/54-exclude-pages-from-the-cache).

    Dear @thesicilian,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have identified the issue you reported: the main product displayed in the popup is currently showing the sale price by default, whereas it should display either the regular price or the sale price as configured in the product settings. Please note that the other products shown in the popup are displaying correctly.

    In order to implement the necessary fix, we kindly request temporary access to your WordPress admin panel and FTP. This will allow our development team to apply the correction directly. Additionally, the fix will be included in the next theme update for your convenience.

    Dear @Usha,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    It appears that your inquiries cover multiple unrelated topics. To assist you more effectively, we kindly suggest addressing each issue individually.

    Firstly, could you please confirm whether you are experiencing any critical errors while using the Elementor editor? Additionally, are you currently using the latest version of the plugin?

    Since you are utilizing the XStore Elementor Single Product Builder, we recommend reviewing the settings of your Product Images widget. You can adjust the layout specifically for mobile devices within those settings.

    To help us better understand the issues you are facing, please attach relevant screenshots. This will allow us to provide more accurate solutions. Alternatively, you may consider separating your questions into different topics for more efficient support.

    Hello @Plethora,

    We kindly recommend testing the issue using a default theme, such as Storefront, along with the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_cart] on the Cart page.

    We have conducted multiple tests on our end and observed that the issue is intermittently reproducible—sometimes it occurs, and other times it does not. Additionally, we noticed that a CDN is active on your website (please refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/KOBsdqf–3LK), which may be contributing to content caching and potentially causing the issue.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best regards,
