Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,
We would like to suggest the following solution that can be implemented using the WooCommerce shortcode [product_page]:
https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/page-shortcodes/#product-page
By adding this shortcode to your homepage, the product will be displayed in the same way as it appears on a single product page. You can also use custom arguments within the shortcode to display a specific product by its ID.
The default predefined variation can be set directly in the product backend settings:
https://prnt.sc/EEES-lU0NWSj
If you would like to style the selected variation, you may either use the predefined settings:
https://prnt.sc/MbxdbfbR1bbG
or apply additional customization according to your requirements.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @Istos,
You may also try using the following snippet. Please note that it will work for simple and variable products (excluding external product types):
add_action('wp', function() {
remove_action('woocommerce_single_product_summary', 'woocommerce_template_single_price', 10);
add_action('woocommerce_after_add_to_cart_quantity', 'woocommerce_template_single_price', 15);
}, 70);
As mentioned earlier, you can adjust and test the priority values across your products to achieve the desired result.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @RJT,
We have noticed that you are currently using an outdated version of our theme and the XStore Core plugin. The issue you reported may already have been resolved in the most recent updates.
We kindly ask you to update both your theme and plugin to the latest versions and then check if the problem persists. Additionally, after updating, we recommend re-saving any of your existing slides to refresh the cache.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @molo,
If customizations are made directly within the parent XStore theme or the XStore Core plugin files, they will be overwritten during updates. To ensure that your modifications are preserved after updates, we recommend implementing them in a child theme or by using a code snippets plugin.

The 8Theme Team
Hello @engeldeluxe,
As @Alex Carter mentioned, our theme has not been fully tested for compatibility with the Relevanssi search plugin. While we do not officially guarantee support for it, some of our customers have successfully implemented it with a few local adjustments to achieve the functionality they needed.
At the moment, we are collecting feature requests through our task board: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. We encourage you to submit your request there so that other customers can vote on it. This helps us evaluate the popularity and priority of new features.
Additionally, as you can see in this discussion: https://www.8theme.com/topic/how-to-search-using-product-tags-within-the-live-search/#post-314298, one of our customers was able to enable the mentioned feature by adding just three lines of code in child theme. If you would like to try it, you can follow the snippet provided in that topic.

Hello @Buhle,
We have checked the functionality on a mobile device and observed the same actions and products as on the desktop version. Please refer to the video provided in the private content for details.
We kindly suggest reaching out to the developers or the support team of the plugin you are using. They may be able to implement improvements that allow adding a gift product, as they can utilize specific hooks/filters that differ from the default theme and other themes.
Could you please let us know which plugin you are using for this implementation?

Dear @Genius Tech Egypt,
We have reviewed your website and noticed that it is currently using two page builders — Elementor and WPBakery. Please note that running multiple page builders simultaneously may slow down loading times and potentially cause conflicts in page rendering.
Additionally, we observed that several caching systems are enabled on your website (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/by8-NYnuHJWU). Using multiple caching solutions at the same time can lead to conflicts and reduced efficiency. We kindly recommend selecting and configuring the most suitable caching system for your case.
With regard to website speed, please keep in mind that performance optimization is a complex process that involves several factors, including plugin configuration, image optimization, caching, server performance, and more.
To demonstrate the potential of our “XStore theme”, we have prepared an example here:
https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-woocommerce-1476984-5641372-cloudwaysapps-com/adlln2dhwa?form_factor=desktop
As you can see, our theme is capable of achieving a score of 98+ on mobile and 100+ on desktop — an exceptional result for any e-commerce theme.
We kindly recommend reviewing the following points for your website:
– Optimize all images (use modern formats such as WebP and apply proper compression).
– Configure a reliable caching plugin (e.g., WP Rocket).
– Ensure that your server is optimized for WordPress and WooCommerce.
– Limit the use of heavy third-party plugins.
All of these factors play a significant role in improving website speed and overall performance.
For your reference, we have also attached the results of a speed test performed on your website, which already shows fairly good results: https://prnt.sc/A5thr00J2Ov1.
Please note that performance optimization falls outside the scope of our support, in accordance with Envato’s support policy.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,

Hello @molo,
The different widgets are based on different templates. For example, the “Recommended Products” widget uses the theme’s default product template. On the other hand, the “Elementor Products Grid/List/Carousel/Archive Products” widgets are built with a custom template, which offers a wide range of customization options that were not available in the previous template.

Hello @harshana
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Hello @molo,
Please review the following settings and adjust them according to your requirements:
– Off-canvas on devices https://prnt.sc/w8vCCUuZpTZB
– Action for triggering sidebar off-canvas https://prnt.sc/3dNSXsboMjb4
Kindly note that the option to display a video as the featured image is not available in the Elementor Archive Products Builder. You may continue using the default product image effects, or alternatively, enhance the functionality by applying the hook etheme_product_grid_list_product_element_image as demonstrated by other customers here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/shop-page-miniature-image-swipe-with-touch-cursor/#post-451131.

Hello @LVRB,
We have reviewed the code you received from ChatGPT’s suggestions, and it appears that most of the recommendations are based on the standard functionality provided by common caching plugins. You may add these snippets to your website; however, please be aware that certain features could be affected, such as script loading, responsive image display, and similar elements.
Therefore, we recommend thoroughly testing the implementation across your key pages – such as single product pages, shop archives, and product filter systems – to ensure everything functions correctly. If the functionality remains intact, you may keep the code. Otherwise, we suggest temporarily removing the snippets and rechecking the site’s performance.
Best regards,

Hello @Kyle,
We have reviewed the issue on your website and attempted to reproduce it on our local environment. However, we were unable to encounter the same problem.
As a possible solution, we recommend adding the following custom CSS snippet:
body .et-mobile-panel-wrapper.outside {
transform: none;
opacity: 1;
visibility: visible;
}
This adjustment will ensure that the mobile panel is displayed across all pages.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hello @Dgdesign,
The issue you are experiencing may be related to the SiteGround caching currently active on your website (https://prnt.sc/A4MuCQwY3Dvp). We recommend temporarily disabling this caching to check whether the problem persists. Alternatively, you may review the JavaScript delay settings in your caching plugin and temporarily disable that option for testing purposes.
From our observations, the products displayed in the carousel (including those that show only one product) are loading multiple items. It appears that the carousel initialization script is not being executed correctly. However, when the browser window is resized (you can resize the window and check), the carousel refreshes and functions as expected. This behavior suggests that the issue may be connected to a JavaScript delay feature.
We kindly suggest reviewing the above settings to verify if this resolves the problem.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hello @Niki,
We would like to clarify that our theme provides the option to add videos to the single product gallery carousel either by uploading them directly or by using iframe video codes. However, built-in support for Pinterest videos is not available.
That is why we asked how you obtained the code snippet for adding Pinterest video codes. As an alternative, we recommend either downloading the videos and uploading them properly to your products via the WordPress media uploader, or using iframe codes from YouTube videos and placing them in the designated textarea field.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hello @GreenLion,
Our theme applies the following filter to display product prices in the mini-cart:
$product_price = apply_filters( 'woocommerce_cart_item_price', WC()->cart->get_product_price( $_product ), $cart_item, $cart_item_key );
The same filter is also used for displaying products on the Cart page (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/iQxNFvXi_83P).
We tested this with a customer assigned to the “vapeshop” role. The price is displayed correctly in the mini-cart (https://prnt.sc/IcYs9VXlrkmZ), but it does not display correctly on the Cart page. Since you are currently using our built-in widget to display the Cart page content, we recommend replacing it with the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_cart]. Please add this shortcode to the Cart page and remove the Cart page widget (https://prnt.sc/ejB1zrjHU3di). With the shortcode, the prices should display correctly (https://prnt.sc/JADqHbvtmLiA), as it includes more hooks and filters, though it offers fewer customization options.
If you notice similar issues on the Checkout page, we suggest applying the same approach there as well [woocommerce_checkout].
Additionally, we recommend contacting the developers of the B2B plugin you are using. They may be relying on hooks or filters that are not included in custom widgets but can be added to the page using the WC Hook widget (https://prnt.sc/ppMsyVFE7p98).
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @movileanu,
Since you are using the Footer template based on Elementor, we kindly recommend setting a custom footer for specific pages by applying the appropriate Elementor display conditions. You can find detailed instructions here: [Elementor Conditions Documentation](https://elementor.com/help/conditions/).
If you have any other questions, please, clearify your request in more details with screenshots or video.

Hello @Siddharth,
Thank you for your message.
The notification you are referring to is not generated by our theme, but rather by the WooCommerce plugin (please see the reference screenshot: https://prnt.sc/lID4NybvPkbH). This message is displayed using the browser’s default alert box, which cannot be customized with CSS or styled directly, as it is a system-level element.
If you would like to achieve a custom design, you would need to create an HTML element that replicates the alert() functionality.
To modify the text of this popup, you may use the Loco Translate plugin:
https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/#creating-custom-translations
For further assistance, we recommend submitting your query directly to the WooCommerce support team:

Hello @Omar Quddam,
We have reviewed the issue, and this is how the Google Maps widget is currently displayed on your homepage: https://prnt.sc/Bnn2JHj–jY5.
We re-saved the page using the following parameters in the Google Maps widget settings: https://prnt.sc/LPM9706ME7jx. For further clarification, we kindly recommend reviewing the official Google documentation here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/load-maps-js-api https://prnt.sc/5KB_4hh1mPZ8.
As an alternative, you may also consider using the default Elementor Google Maps widget. Please note that while it offers fewer configuration options, it relies on a different method of integrating Google Maps scripts, which may better suit your case.

Dear @parshva,
Upon review, we can confirm that the previously reported missing file is indeed present on your server: https://prnt.sc/2MqVmM-ECdoi. Additionally, we do not see any error notices on either the frontend or backend of your website. The mentioned plugin is currently active as well. Could you please confirm if you have already resolved the issue?
It also appears that the problem is not related to our theme, but rather to the “W3 Total Cache” plugin. A similar issue has already been reported on their support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/w3-total-cache-error-some-files-appear-to-be-missing-or-out-of-place-5/.
We kindly suggest that you check whether the issue still occurs on your end. If it does, please provide us with the exact steps to reproduce it on your website so that we can better understand the source of the problem.
