    Hello @GreenLion,

    In this case, since the default widget is functioning correctly and displaying the accurate prices, we recommend using it and enabling the following option to display the buttons in the off-canvas content: https://prnt.sc/rVfv6FySK6Yf. The off-canvas content will then appear in the following design: https://prnt.sc/-phrioWPeR_f. You can further enhance the style by adjusting the settings of this widget in the header builder.

    Hello,
    Dear @Hannah,

    The Ajax results are now displayed under the search widget and will appear on any page where such a search is performed. However, the dedicated search results page is shown when the search button is clicked, displaying the content of the found items on a separate page.

    If you would like to use only the Ajax search, you can disable the redirection upon submitting the search. Please note that this requires additional customization, which is beyond the scope of our basic support. Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,

    The redirection configuration needs to be set up within your server files, such as the .htaccess file. Therefore, we kindly recommend contacting your hosting provider for assistance, as this matter is not related to our theme support.

    In order to help you with the checkout issue, could you please provide us with FTP access in the private content section?

    Hello @NxtArt_ro,

    Have you tested this with the default theme to see if such fields appear on the checkout page? It is possible that WooCommerce does not display these fields by default. If that is the case, could you please provide us with an article or documentation that describes the availability of such options?

    Additionally, if you are currently using the XStore Checkout page widget on your checkout page, we recommend trying the default shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] and checking the result.

    Hello @Acrdev,

    The spacing issue on your page is caused by the custom styles added in Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS (https://prnt.sc/tq7eMroKD-UV).

    We also noticed that you are using the header overlap setting. We recommend creating a separate header with this option enabled and applying it only to the Home page where it is required. For other pages, there is no need to use the header overlap feature (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/#eatures-gwnx12).

    Additionally, based on our review with web tools, the value for the breadcrumbs font size has been set without a unit (https://prnt.sc/L8IAsy4krbVn).

    Hello @molo,

    If you meant that only some products display a “Related Products” section, this indicates that those specific products have related items configured. The widget you added (https://prnt.sc/9NI9ZR0YRBG-) is displaying the content correctly for those products, while for others there is simply no related content available to show. All other content is loading properly across all products.

    Additionally, we have resolved the gallery overlay issue using the snippet provided in the following reply: https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-changed-the-page-background-but-the-change-didnt-sync-is-there-any-problem/#post-444647

    Hello @Acrdev,

    The issue you are experiencing is not related to our theme. We recommend checking your server configuration by contacting your hosting provider. Additionally, please try temporarily deactivating third-party plugins. Since you are using the Wordfence Security plugin, we also suggest reviewing its settings.

    Hello @ziga32,

    Thank you for providing the details of your custom rules to restrict filtering actions from bots. After our analysis, we found a recent article with updated settings in the Cloudflare documentation: https://developers.cloudflare.com/bots/additional-configurations/block-ai-bots/. We recommend that you try enabling this feature and then verify the results.

    At this time, we do not have a ready-made solution available. However, we will be glad to share one with you if we discover a working option. We would also appreciate it if you could share with us any effective solution you may find during your own testing.

    Hello @Hannah,

    As you can see, their website loads much more slowly than yours in most actions: https://prnt.sc/Z6Ht0KEllLMd. However, as you noticed, their search results load faster. We recommend trying to build a custom search results template and then checking the performance: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-search-results-page-builder-with-elementor/.

    You may also consider using an alternative search widget provided by other plugins. The main issue is that WordPress redirection to the search results page takes some time. As a solution, you can create a separate template for the search results (as described in the article we previously shared) and also create separate header and footer templates with minimum of content (no mega-menus, heavy dropdowns, off-canvas elements) that will be loaded only on the search results page (set by conditions). This will help minimize the content of the search results page and improve its loading speed.

    Hello @josephchan,

    We have created a template for your search results that includes widgets to display searchable products and posts. This allows you to manually set the content you would like to appear on the search results page: https://prnt.sc/zLNf3D7rX_6R.

    We kindly suggest reviewing it now, and we also recommend checking the following article regarding the Search Results Page Builder with Elementor: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-search-results-page-builder-with-elementor/.

    Hello @Hannah,

    We have tested your website using popular tools such as PageSpeed, and the results are quite good: https://prnt.sc/jxxIelS73QkW. We also reviewed the website from a customer’s perspective, and the loading speed is very fast on our side, with no delays or issues. Therefore, if your goal is only to achieve higher scores in testing tools, you may consider making some additional improvements as described below. However, if the website loads quickly for your customers, then it is already well optimized, since real users – not testing tools – are the ones browsing and placing orders on your store.

    As a suggestion, you may disable a few options: https://prnt.sc/krHv9C9OVMGk.

    We would also like to inform you that recent updates to our theme include several enhancements designed to improve CPU usage. If you are still experiencing performance issues, you may consider disabling certain features to evaluate their impact.

    For example, you can disable the merging of JavaScript/CSS files on the frontend by adding the following snippet to the child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter('etheme_elementor_force_load_global_assets', function($value, $in_preview) {
        return $in_preview;
    }, 10, 2);

    This way, only the necessary files for each page will be loaded and cached using your caching plugin.

    Could you please clarify in detail which specific pages or content on your website are loading slowly? This will allow us to check those areas more thoroughly and provide targeted optimization suggestions.

    Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,

    In your case, we believe it would be more effective to set up a server redirect from your homepage to the product page. This approach will allow customers to view the page you can create with all the features available exclusively in the Single Product Builder.

    Regarding the issue with the checkout sticky, we have already requested our developers to investigate it. Additionally, we noticed that you have custom scripts loaded, which are causing some JavaScript errors on your checkout page: https://gyazo.com/973205b8dfac986c60d886116a4b6ada.

    At this stage, we recommend minimizing the content on your checkout page for customers by enabling the Checkout Page Multistep widget: https://prnt.sc/Q4Pkgjk2JtWc and applying it to your checkout instead of the basic version. This will provide a more advanced layout for your customers, which we believe will also enhance the overall design of your website.

    Hi @Hannah,

    Thank you for your update.

    Regarding the website speed, please note that performance optimization is a complex task that involves multiple aspects of your website — including plugins configuration, image optimization, caching, server performance, and more.

    To demonstrate the potential of our XStore theme, we’ve prepared an example here:
    https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-woocommerce-1476984-5641372-cloudwaysapps-com/adlln2dhwa?form_factor=desktop
    As you can see, our theme is capable of achieving a 98+ score on mobile and 100+ on desktop, which is a rare result for any e-commerce theme.

    We kindly recommend checking the following on your website:

    – Optimize all images (use modern formats like WebP and compress them properly)
    – Configure a caching plugin (such as WP Rocket)
    – Ensure your server is properly optimized for WordPress and WooCommerce
    – Minimize the use of heavy third-party plugins

    All of these factors significantly affect website speed and performance.

    Please note that such performance optimization is outside the scope of our support, as per Envato’s support policy.

    Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,

    The functionality you are requesting is not related to our theme, as the Site templates (single post, single product, etc.) are generally managed by the Elementor Pro plugin installed on your website. Therefore, we recommend submitting a topic on their support forum regarding the issue of the single product layout not displaying correctly when using the default WooCommerce shortcode [product].

    As the support team for our theme and plugins, we can only assist with issues directly related to them. Since your question concerns the display of templates provided by Elementor Pro, their support team will be best suited to help you.

    We would also appreciate it if you could share the feedback you receive from them, as it will help us better understand possible solutions for other customers who may encounter similar questions.

    Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,

    Regarding the question: https://www.8theme.com/topic/xstore-woocommerce-widgets-are-locked-on-homepageany-page-other-than-product-page/#post-456036, we kindly ask you to open the page settings from the backend and set the sidebar area to “None” → https://prnt.sc/BLHt128_Mbp4.

    Concerning your inquiry about email priority, please note that this option works with the default Checkout layout displayed using the “[woocommerce_checkout]” shortcode on a page. However, since you are using the XStore Elementor Checkout widget, this option is not available in that case.

    With respect to the display of product content, it appears that you set the shortcode parameter to display the product by SKU, which resulted in incorrect product content. We recommend setting the parameter to “ID” → https://prnt.sc/Q8121cJE9JIJ, which will display the correct product content → https://prnt.sc/bnIK7eu_-k5j. Please also note that since you have implemented some custom styles in the Single Product Builder → https://prnt.sc/8cKYyKzI5eCt, if you would like these styles to apply globally to the single product cart form, you will need to add them in a different location.

    For further guidance, please refer to: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/

    Dear @ziga32,

    We understand your concern regarding the high number of hits on your website. After reviewing the situation and based on the information shared, we would like to clarify that a significant portion of the traffic appears to be generated by automated bots.

    These bots are designed to crawl websites and often bypass standard restrictions such as robots.txt or inline blocking methods. Their primary goal is to extract as much information as possible from your website, and they often simulate real user behavior, which makes them difficult to detect through basic analytics.

    As AI technologies continue to evolve, these bots have become more aggressive in their crawling behavior. This results in a high number of requests to your server, which in turn leads to increased CPU and memory usage. This is likely the reason you’re observing high resource consumption despite having a relatively low number of actual users.

    To mitigate this, we recommend implementing advanced bot protection measures such as server-level firewalls, rate limiting, or using services like Cloudflare to help filter out unwanted traffic. Please, ask your hosting provider for more details as it is more server-side implementation case.

    Please let us know if you need assistance with any of these steps. We’re here to help.

    Hello @Crazystar,

    You may try adding the following custom snippet in xstore-child/functions.php:

    add_action('woocommerce_register_form_start', function() {
    	if ( did_action('etheme_header_end') ) return; ?>
    	<div class="full-width align-center custom-register-button-wrapper">
    		<a href="yourcustomurl.com" class="btn btn-active custom-register-button">Custom link</a>
    	</div>
    <?php }); ?>

    https://prnt.sc/kNNQ6IeffXkp

    Additionally, please include the following custom CSS:

    .woocommerce-form-register .custom-register-button-wrapper ~ * {
        display: none;
    }

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/

    You can see the frontend result here: https://gyazo.com/aa74dfc99f8a7668ad94951d8fa34196

    Dear @molo,

    Please rest assured that the changes we previously made have not been lost. It appears that we recently implemented another improvement related to the placeholder on the Single Product page. However, your current request concerns the display of videos on your Shop page across products.

    We have now implemented the requested improvement in your “child-theme/functions.php” file, and we will also include this enhancement in our documentation. You can review the result here: https://gyazo.com/28b879251f983f38621f3f0f8a18c7eb.

    Please note that we have also made several additional modifications across theme files and the XStore Core plugin. These changes will be included in the next official update, so you will not lose the adjustments we have applied in your child theme.

    Hello @Chris0483,

    Regarding the issue with your Lottie animation not being displayed, we have identified that the JSON files required for the animation are missing from your server. For testing purposes, we uploaded a custom JSON animation, and the Lottie widget was displayed correctly (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/TROUwjQ1-2_-). Therefore, we recommend locating the necessary animation files and re-uploading them within the footer sections of your website.

    Concerning the order confirmation issue, we suggest reviewing your server logs and performing a test purchase directly on your website. This will help you verify whether there are any problems related to order processing in your store.
