    Hello @JohnyB,

    Thank you for providing the details. Please share any private information only in the designated private area, which is visible exclusively to support managers. Sharing access details in a public area may allow others to view and connect to your FTP, potentially making unauthorized modifications.

    Hello @Steven,

    We have reviewed the issue with the Storefront theme, and the same problem occurs there as well (https://prnt.sc/74lyeQunbCE-). This indicates that the issue is not directly related to our theme. We would appreciate it if you could share the solution provided by the plugin’s author once it becomes available.

    Hello @JohnyB

    Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello @2347281,

    The solution should be applied correctly, as we have tested it on our side and confirmed that it hides the other attributes on the product listings on the Shop page built with Elementor.

    Hello @JohnyB,

    We have reviewed the mentioned settings, but they were not configured according to our recommendations. Even after we corrected the configuration, the issue still appears on the homepage sliders. Upon further inspection, we noticed that there is custom CSS applied, which restricts the title limitation set in the Theme Options (https://prnt.sc/l4ebUinAA0tq). Based on the comments within the CSS, it appears that this snippet was added from your side.

    If you would like the product title limitation to be controlled by the Theme Options, please remove the mentioned CSS or adjust it according to your requirements.

    Hello @JohnyB,

    Please check it now. The issue has been resolved by removing and re-adding the “Add to Cart” widget in the Single Product editor. It appears that the caching system caused the content to display incorrectly if it was not re-saved after the Catalog Mode modifications.

    Hello @hesham,

    The issue you are experiencing is not related to our theme. As we mentioned earlier, it can be submitted on the WooCommerce forum. The display of categories is determined by their code structure and is not controlled by our theme. Thank you for your understanding.

    If you require additional customization to meet your specific needs, please submit your request here: https://www.8theme.com/contact-us

    Dear @JohnyB,

    Please check the settings shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/JfgA1bZ3SFBV. You can configure the option to limit the title by lines or characters there. If you have already tried this but the changes were not applied, or if you need any further assistance, please provide us with additional details such as screenshots and temporary wp-admin access so that we can review the issue from our side.

    Hello @Steven,

    We have tested the issue using the default shortcode and also noticed errors related to the mentioned payment plugin (see: https://prnt.sc/pnXb7XbDwVlN, https://prnt.sc/4T3YrOLNAhDu). This indicates that the issue is likely related to the configuration or code issues of the payment plugin settings rather than our theme’s code.

    In this case, we would like to suggest the following steps:
    1. If possible, please test the functionality on your staging website using a default theme such as Storefront.
    2. May we temporarily switch to the default theme on your current website for testing purposes?
    3. Could you also contact the plugin’s support team and ask them to review the issue?

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello @JohnyB,

    While our developers were investigating the issue, it appears that the access credentials to your website were modified, which caused us to be logged out. Could you please provide the correct access details to your website and refrain from making any further changes until we complete our work?

    Hello @Hesham,

    We display these product categories using the default WooCommerce function wc_get_product_category_list (https://wp-kama.com/plugin/woocommerce/function/wc_get_product_category_list), and they appear in the order returned by WooCommerce. If you would like to modify the order of the results, you will need to use custom PHP code or create your own function to display the items in your preferred order.

    For example, you can copy the etheme_product_cats function from xstore/framework/woo.php to your xstore-child/functions.php file and modify it directly there. Please note that we are unable to provide such in-depth customization, but we are always happy to suggest tweaks or ideas to help you implement your request.

    Additionally, you may submit your request to WooCommerce support, as this matter relates to their code. You can refer to a similar discussion here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/change-order-of-sub-product-categories-on-main-category-page/

    Hello @JohnyB,

    Thank you for providing the details. As we previously mentioned, we can now confirm that the Catalog Mode was enabled for all users: https://prnt.sc/Ip0wZ5OgvDpn. We have now disabled this option, so the “Add to Cart” button should be visible. Please check and let us know if everything is working correctly.

    Hello @2347281,

    Please try adding the following custom CSS in Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:

    .etheme-product-grid-item .st-swatch-popup > .et_st-default-holder ~ .et_st-default-holder {
        display: none;
    }

    If you need any further assistance, kindly provide us with screenshots of your swatch configuration located in Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Shop Elements -> Variation Swatches, so we can better understand your settings.

    Hello @itxteam,

    We have reviewed your “Contact Us” page both from the frontend (https://prnt.sc/R4_z5vLzRb4b) and from the editor (https://prnt.sc/vtIxwJBC99CG). The layout appears identical in both views, and we did not find any issues with this page.

    Based on your screenshot of the Blog page, the layout also appears consistent between the Theme Options preview and the frontend.

    Could you please provide us with the specific page that is not displaying correctly on the frontend? According to the screenshots you shared, the pages shown in the frontend and the editor are different.

    Could you please check whether the issue persists when using the default shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] on the Checkout page instead of the Elementor widget? If you require our assistance, please provide temporary wp-admin access in the private content area.

    Hello @2347281,

    It appears that you have submitted your topic to the incorrect support forum, as your request seems to be related to the XStore theme support forum (https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/).

    Currently, there is no built-in option to display only one line of product attributes in the Products archive. However, this can be achieved by applying a custom CSS snippet. To provide you with the appropriate solution, we would like to confirm whether your store is built with Elementor or uses the default shop layout.

    Could you please share the URL of your store? If login access is required to review the website, kindly provide temporary wp-admin credentials in the private content section.

    Hello @JohnyB,

    Could you please check whether your website is loading correctly? We are currently unable to verify the issue due to an ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR. Also, regarding your request, we suggest you to check if you didn’t active the Catalog mode for all customers in Theme Options -> WooCommerce section.

    As we are unable to identify the steps required to reproduce the issue, it is unfortunately not possible for us to fully understand the problem and provide an appropriate solution. Hello @Recep
    Thanks for great idea. We will try to implement it in next update and if you want such feature now, could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,

    Have you had a chance to test the solution we provided? The wrapper mentioned in our solution is not displayed for billing or shipping notices, but only for messages, as per your request.

    If you are experiencing any issues while testing the provided solution, could you please share a video demonstrating how the issue can be reproduced on your side?

    Additionally, you may try the following CSS and test it:

    .woocommerce-checkout .woocommerce-notices-wrapper:has(.button.wc-forward) {
        display: none;
    }
