    Hello @GigWeb,

Could you please review the following reply and the solution provided here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/shop-page-is-not-clickable-from-mobile-menu/#post-396536? If you are unable to achieve the described results, kindly share your feedback, and we will implement the solution on your website.

In simple terms, since you are using the Elementor Mobile Menu, you need to create a main link item within the submenu content. This is because clicking on the parent menu link triggers the opening or closing of the submenu, rather than redirecting to the page assigned to that link. If you are using same menu for desktop and mobile versions, you can create separated menu for mobile version that can be modified according to your needs.

    Hello @bolekproduction,

We are currently unable to check the homepage content in the Elementor editor due to certain restrictions (please refer to the private content). However, we suggest trying the following solution: since you would like to have a stretched main container on your homepage, you can test the available options for any container as shown here: https://prnt.sc/g1XnL_tia6HC.

If the issue persists, please provide us with the necessary permissions so that we can modify the content accordingly.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Pasindu Dulanjana,

After reviewing your website, we noticed that your header content is created using Elementor. Therefore, the settings under “Theme Options → Header” do not affect the header content.

To modify your header template, please go to “Dashboard → XStore Builders → Header Builder → Elementor”.

    Hello @Iñigo

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson

    Hello @katarasg,

If you are attempting to import templates from Elementor PRO while using the PRO Elements plugin, please note that this process is not possible due to the limitations of the free PRO Elements plugin. To use the templates provided by Elementor PRO, you will need to purchase and install the official Elementor PRO plugin. However, if you do not require the Elementor PRO templates, you may continue using the free (though slightly limited) version of PRO Elements.

If you are experiencing issues importing our theme templates, such as Single Product, Shop Archive, Single Post, or Header templates, please provide us with detailed information about the steps you are taking so that we can investigate the matter further.

    Hello @Niddy,

It is quite unusual, as we followed the same procedure and did not encounter any issues during our testing. Could you please attach the specific static block you updated, as well as a video of your testing process, so that we can replicate it step by step?

We will also review the logs, as there might be another underlying issue. Since it was previously displayed correctly, the code itself should not have changed, unless there were some modifications in your server caching configuration or similar settings.

    Hello @VoyagerVA,

During our testing, we noticed that the products are still not displayed on the non-builder Shop page. This may indicate either cached data on your server or an incorrect WooCommerce configuration.

Could you please check the server cache by contacting your hosting provider? Additionally, we kindly ask you to switch your website to a default theme, such as Storefront, and verify if the issue persists.

If you prefer, we can perform this test on your website ourselves, but we would like to request your permission before proceeding.

Could you please provide us with a video demonstrating the issue? We have tested the latest version of WPBakery, which you can also download from the “My Account” page on our website: https://prnt.sc/DU9stltb7I1J. The latest version is 8.7.2, so you may try installing it manually on your website and check if the issue persists.

    Hello @ERIC,

Could you please clarify how you added the “Features” tab on the single product page? Did you use the “Custom Tab” option in the Single Product Elementor Builder, or did you apply a different method?

If you would like to display custom information for each product in this tab, you can use a dynamic tag, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/J4XjzmSChht4. For this purpose, we recommend exploring the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin. This plugin allows you to add custom content to your single product pages in the backend and then display that content dynamically in any widget that supports dynamic tags.

For more detailed information on how to use ACF fields with Elementor’s dynamic content feature, please refer to the following link: https://elementor.com/help/elementor-acf/.

    Hello @KSP ELECTRONICS,

Could you please check again? The issue you experienced with your homepage banner was related to the section settings (https://prnt.sc/bTbRt2gDK31f). The section was set to stretch to the full height of the device, which caused it to stretch on tablet and mobile devices while the background image was set to “contain.”

We have updated this setting to “cover” (https://prnt.sc/5IF-k3FpUjlv). Please clear your cache and check the result now.

    Hello @Kingsley H.,

Could you please check whether removing the “autoplay” attribute from your product video allows the Instagram in-app browser to display the product link correctly, without any video overlay pop-ups?

As noted in the following article: https://medium.com/@python-javascript-php-html-css/resolving-instagram-in-app-browser-video-autoplay-issues-on-first-load-c63d25b7149a, this issue appears to be related to the Instagram browser’s internal code rather than the website’s theme.

If the issue is resolved after disabling the autoplay attribute, you may keep it removed. Alternatively, if you prefer to retain the autoplay functionality, you can modify your custom code to enable autoplay only for desktop devices by using the default WordPress function: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_is_mobile/.

    Hello @Niddy,

We apologize for the delay in our response, as we have been reviewing possible solutions for this issue. Could you please check it again now?

We have made modifications in the following files:
    – et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/modules/general.php
    – xstore-child/functions.php

We carefully tested the issue on your staging website and did not notice any styling changes after re-saving a static block. Could you please verify this on your side?

Could you please check now? The results are as follows:
    1. On the shop page, the banner is displayed according to the Customizer settings you configured: https://prnt.sc/hNvbGZiGsfoA
    2. On categories with a custom static block set in description area, the corresponding banner is displayed: https://prnt.sc/zRzwYPU6mAcR
    3. On categories without a static block set, the banner area remains empty: https://prnt.sc/k8IXmRNKhTlN

    Hello @Portia Hinmon,

Each of our prebuilt sliders may have different dimensions depending on the template you imported from our prebuilt options. If you create a template from scratch, you can set a custom minimum height, such as 450px. For detailed information on using our slider templates, please refer to the documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/xstore-advanced-slider-with-elementor/.

If you need specific assistance, please provide us with screenshots or additional details about your request.

    Hello @Parag,

As some time has passed since this topic was initiated, we would like to clarify the following points:

    1. How should the main shop page look?
    2. What banner would you like to display on shop page only?
    3. Should each product category page have a custom banner configured in the Elementor builder, or should the banner be set from the Category backend editor (as shown here: https://prnt.sc/Vsn4mELbrS5J)? Or such pages should inherit the banner displayed on Shop page ?

If you could provide us with screenshots or examples of the desired frontend result, we would be happy to assist you with the implementation of your request, as some details are still unclear to us.

    Hello @GigWeb,

Thank you for clarifying your request. This means you would like to adjust the image size displayed in the product tabs. By default, the ‘woocommerce_thumbnail’ size format is used, which can be configured in Theme Options → WooCommerce → Product Images (see: https://prnt.sc/gBlip2EcjDv4). The default value is set to 300.

We have now modified this value to 500, so your images should appear in better quality. If you wish to change the size further, you can set your preferred value in the mentioned settings. Please remember to clear the cache after making changes if you are using any caching plugin.

We have added the following code to the functions.php file of the child theme to disable the cache for the Categories Filter Widget:

    add_filter('woocommerce_layered_nav_count_maybe_cache', '__return_false');

    Hello @esi,

Since you are using the “Select” type for quantities, you can adjust the options in the following location: Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop Elements → Quantity. Choose the “Select” type and set the desired values in the “Range” option (see: https://prnt.sc/oQvVriq37rL0).

After that, you may switch the “Quantity Type” option back to “Input” to keep the input type globally while using the select type only on single product pages. Once done, please publish your changes.

    Examples:
Theme options -> https://prnt.sc/SJ3mp1AaT5gM (but you can modify the range setting and keep the “Quantity type” to input)
    Single product select -> https://prnt.sc/BMazA951gBDS

If you prefer to modify the quantity type specifically for single products, you can do so by opening the Single Product editor and adjusting the corresponding option (see: https://prnt.sc/O8Tt6oCu8C5i).
