    Hello @YT,

The product variation images on your single product pages are displayed using the third-party plugin YITH WooCommerce Advanced Product Options Premium. If you have recently updated this plugin, the issue may have been introduced in its latest version.

As a temporary test, please switch to a default theme such as Storefront, with no additional plugins active except for WooCommerce, and check if the issue persists. Additionally, we recommend contacting the plugin’s support team so they can verify whether the problem originated from their recent update.

    Best regards,

If you are using the Single Product Builder in Elementor, please activate the Auto Height option for your Single Product Gallery. Should you require our assistance, kindly provide temporary WP-Admin access so that we can review the issue on your website and offer an appropriate solution.

    Hello @GigWeb,

    Thank you for your message.
To make the two items you have circled appear as submenus, please go to Appearance > Menus in your WordPress Dashboard. Then, drag each of those menu items slightly to the right under the main menu item where you want them to appear as submenus. Finally, save the menu to apply the changes.

If you need further assistance, please provide temporary admin access in a secure way, and we will check the settings for you.

    Hello @Enmanuel Rostran,

This import/export process is not covered by theme support, as it involves data stored in your database, media files uploaded to your server, the list of installed plugins, etc.. We recommend contacting your current hosting provider for assistance with the migration process. They can provide guidance or execute the necessary commands to export your data and import it to the new hosting environment without any data loss.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello @Kingsley H.,

Could you please ask your hosting provider to check whether a staging website is available? We would like to perform some tests, and if we do them on your live website, your customers might temporarily see some changes during the testing process.

If you are comfortable with us conducting the tests on your live website, we will proceed accordingly. Otherwise, please provide the staging URL and login credentials so that we can carry out the tests there.

    Hello @Cookster Creative,

Thank you for your detailed message and for sharing the results of your thorough troubleshooting. We truly appreciate the time and effort you’ve invested in identifying the possible cause of the issue.

At this time you can temporary disable the off-canvas content type in the My account widget of Header content so your customers will be correctly redirected to the “My account” page so they can login correctly with no refreshing needs.

We will review the described behaviour on the latest XStore version with WooCommerce to determine the logic of redirections within the off-canvas login/register component. We will test this scenario and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

Thank you also for providing staging site access — this will help us inspect the setup directly and verify the issue more efficiently.

    Best Regards,

    Hello @esi,

You previously had the following settings configured in your Sales Booster → Estimated Delivery (https://prnt.sc/SsOWkfZ9qQTQ). This is why the related content was not visible on your single product pages.

Please check again, as we have now disabled the mentioned checkbox to ensure the Sales Booster is displayed for all product types.

    Hello @Kingsley H.,

Do you have a staging website available for testing purposes? This would allow us to review the issues you mentioned using the default theme, as we believe some of them could be reproduced even with the default theme, such as Storefront.

    Hello @Cookster Creative,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We would like to inform you that we have encountered a few similar requests in the past, which you may find helpful:

    https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-would-like-to-modify-my-account-navigation-link-on-header/#post-454013
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/registration-button-is-not-working-in-side-menu-and-only-redirect-to-registration-page/#post-451877

In most of these cases, the issues were resolved by modifying certain hosting redirection settings or by adjusting the configuration of additional third-party plugins installed on the customer’s website.

Therefore, we kindly recommend that you temporarily ask your hosting provider to check if there are any redirections set on your web-site and check if the issue persists.

Should you need further assistance, please, provide us the access in private area as we don’t keep the customer’s access for long time due to safety reasons.

    Jack Richardson

    Hello @JohnyB,

You have renamed the default WooCommerce category “Uncategorized” to “New.” By default, all categories are displayed in the category list within the sidebar widget. However, you can choose to hide empty categories by adjusting the settings under Dashboard → Widgets → Shop Sidebar → Filter by Categories.

    Hello @Kingsley H,

Thank you for your detailed message and for sharing the additional information. We appreciate the time you have taken to investigate the issue and to provide comparisons with the Shopify version of your site.

We understand that the problem occurs only on iPhone devices when the site is opened through the Instagram browser, and not through other browsers or platforms.

We will await the solutions your team can provide, as the issue has been documented and appears to be an Instagram-related bug. Once your team or the support channel you contacted has any updates or solutions, please share their feedback with us so that we can understand how the issue was resolved.

    Hello @JohnyB,

Since your shop page is built using the Elementor builder, you can edit the template and adjust the hover image settings in the Archive Products widget: https://prnt.sc/KhFiCD0wPqjS.

To modify the product categories list, please remove any unused categories by navigating to Dashboard → Products → Categories: https://prnt.sc/EhyNaNtDQRuK, and delete the categories you no longer need.

    Hello @Iñigo,

Thank you for providing the details. Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the issue on our local website. You may use the following custom CSS snippet:

    div.mobile-menu-content .open-child ~ .open-child {
        display: none;
    }

    Hello @GigWeb,

We apologize for not checking this earlier. Could you please try the solution described above?

In simple terms, since you are using the Elementor Mobile Menu, you need to create a main link item within the submenu content. This is because clicking on the parent menu link triggers the opening or closing of the submenu, rather than redirecting to the page assigned to that link. If you are using same menu for desktop and mobile versions, you can create separated menu for mobile version that can be modified according to your needs.

    Hello @Iñigo,

If the issue appears only on your staging website and you have already resolved it on your live website, could you please clarify the solution you implemented there? We do not encounter this issue on our local websites, so we need to examine it in detail on your staging website. It is possible that some files were modified directly in the theme or the XStore Core plugin, which might explain why the issue occurs only on your website.

    Hello @S,

During the import process, you can select or deselect the specific parts of the demo content you wish to import. By combining different demo imports – for example, importing only the menus from one demo, the homepage from another, and the products from a third – you can create a customized setup using content from multiple demos.

Additionally, our theme includes the XStudio feature (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/), which allows you to import sections from various demos into the desired areas. If you are using the Elementor builder, you can also import templates such as the header, single product, product archive, and others directly within the builder.

If you have any specific questions regarding particular parts of the import process, please clarify your request and include screenshots. This will help us better understand your needs and provide a complete and accurate response.

    Hello @GigWeb,

Could you please review the following reply and the solution provided here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/shop-page-is-not-clickable-from-mobile-menu/#post-396536? If you are unable to achieve the described results, kindly share your feedback, and we will implement the solution on your website.

In simple terms, since you are using the Elementor Mobile Menu, you need to create a main link item within the submenu content. Hello @bolekproduction,

We are currently unable to check the homepage content in the Elementor editor due to certain restrictions (please refer to the private content). However, we suggest trying the following solution: since you would like to have a stretched main container on your homepage, you can test the available options for any container as shown here: https://prnt.sc/g1XnL_tia6HC.

If the issue persists, please provide us with the necessary permissions so that we can modify the content accordingly.
