    We recommend that you contact your hosting provider regarding the combination of your staging and live websites. This configuration was created on their side and appears to be linked with the plugins and other modifications applied to both websites, which is not ideal for testing purposes. Please reach out to them and ask them to review this setup.

    Thank you for sharing the testing videos. However, we still need to perform a theme switch without causing any issues on your live website. Therefore, we kindly ask you to first resolve the issue related to separating the websites, as they currently appear to be connected and changes are being applied to both simultaneously.

    Thank you for providing us with the correct access to your staging website. We have temporarily disabled the WP Rocket plugin and noticed that the issue in incognito browser tab related to the PayPal description on the single product page has been resolved (see: https://prnt.sc/6im9DzfiwpPT). This indicates that the issue occurs only when the WP Rocket plugin is active.

    To resolve this matter, we recommend contacting the WP Rocket support team, as we provide support only for our own products. The WP Rocket plugin is developed and maintained by a separate team with its own dedicated support.

    Additionally, we did not observe any issues with the “Cart totals” section overlapping after deactivating the WP Rocket plugin. We kindly ask you to review this issue on your side as well.

    1. If you are using any cache provided by plugins or CDN caching, please temporarily disable it and check again. This issue may occur due to an incorrectly cached version of your pages or because the CDN cache of your website has not been cleared for some time.

    2. You can create multiple templates by setting conditions to display specific templates for certain categories. Alternatively, you can use a general Shop template for all shop archives and add the widget named “Archive Description” In each category, you can add a description in the category settings, and this content will be displayed in the widget. You may also explore the use of Dynamic Tags: https://developers.elementor.com/docs/dynamic-tags/.

    If you need any specific area to be unique for each category, please clarify your request by providing some screenshots or videos.

    Unfortunately, there is no functionality that allows dynamically changing the type of searchable post types based on the page the customer is currently viewing. However, you can configure which post types to include in the search by navigating to “Theme Options → Header Builder → Search”. For example, you can set the search to include only posts, but please note that this setting will apply across all pages, including the home page, shop, single product, single post, and others.

    As we previously mentioned it would be good to have a staging website for such testing purposes. Please note that we are responsible only for providing support for our products, while the PayPal functionality is managed by other plugins. Therefore, the issue might also occur with a different theme, including the default one such as Storefront.

    Additionally, if you have a caching plugin installed on your website, it could be contributing to the issue. For testing purposes, you may temporarily disable it, even on your live website, to check whether the problem persists.

    In our Single Product Gallery widget, we use the default Elementor lightbox functionality. You can check how it works by testing any other widget, such as the Image widget, with the option to open the lightbox on click. If the issue occurs regardless of the widget you are testing, it indicates that this is how the Elementor lightbox functions. Otherwise, please provide us with a video demonstrating your testing process with other widgets so that we can better understand your step-by-step procedure.

    Please note that a different hover type is currently set in Theme Options → WooCommerce → Product Design. You can change this setting to “Default” to display a static button, as the current hover design shows the button in a simple link style.

    Here is an additional tip for you. It is not necessary to create multiple shop templates with same content and set the Query taxonomy for each category in the Products Grid widget. You can create a single template with the “All Product Archives” condition and use the Archive Products widget instead of the Products Grid widget. This is because the widgets in the sidebar will function correctly only with the Archive Products widget or with the Product Grid/List widget when the data source is set to “Current Query.”

    We have created a new menu (https://gyazo.com/982c3b8e5fd545cd739c556bf3317432) for the mobile version, which includes a “parent” menu item and selected such menu in Elementor header settings -> https://prnt.sc/D39K_5kTrDHA. You may rename this item as needed. When the parent item is clicked, it will open a submenu containing clickable items that redirect users to the corresponding pages. Please, check the mobile version of your web-site now.

    Please note that the parent menu item (which contains the submenu) cannot redirect users to a page, as it is configured to toggle the attached submenu. Therefore, you will need to include items within the submenu for display and navigation purposes.

    Could you please clarify the results you would like to achieve and let us know whether you have had the opportunity to test this from another device or in an incognito browser? We have conducted a test and found that the lightbox appears on the second click, but there is no zoom function when clicking on the image from a mobile device (a video is attached in the private content).
