Hello @DashDoor,
The wp-admin access you provided appears to be incorrect. Therefore, we would like to guide you on how to modify the content based on the updates made to our local website.
Please open the Header Editor by navigating to: Dashboard → XStore Builders → Header Builder.
Next, locate the Mobile Menu widget and refer to the following screenshots for guidance:

To correct the Shop page URL, open the Header content and navigate to the Mega Menu widget by following this path:
XStore Builders → Header Builder → Elementor → Edit → Mega Menus.

Hello @elzoghby.com,
We have added the following code to the functions.php file of the child theme to disable caching for the Categories Filter Widget:
add_filter('woocommerce_layered_nav_count_maybe_cache', '__return_false');
add_filter('etheme_widget_product_categories_cache', '__return_false');
As a result, the frontend widget now displays the categories correctly: https://prnt.sc/vKbIu3nWtwKh
The other answers provided above also apply to this website.
If you have any other questions, please, clearify your requests in details with screenshots, videos.

Dear @Andrei Andrei,
As this is your testing website and it is still under development, there is no need to use caching, as it may cause the issues you mentioned during the moderation process. We recommend temporarily disabling the LiteSpeed Caching plugin (https://prnt.sc/gt9WCyRxxdWT). Alternatively, after each content modification, please clear the cache using the following button: https://prnt.sc/i9CJ20nOJ7hd.
We have also attached, in the private content section, videos from our tests in Safari and Chrome browsers on a mobile device, which show that the homepage displays correctly. This confirms that the issue is related to caching.
You may remove the widgets from your header/pages/footer and add new ones as needed.
Please note that we cannot provide unique content customization for each customer. However, we are happy to offer suggestions and guidance to help resolve issues or assist with requested implementations.
If you would like to request customization services, please submit your request through our contact form: https://www.8theme.com/contact-us/

Hello @elzoghby.com,
Thank you for contacting us and for providing detailed information about your request.
1. It appears that no new categories have been imported to your website. This may have occurred due to an incorrect migration process between different systems (Magento → WordPress). Please ensure that the export/import process has been completed correctly, and then verify that the categories are displayed in Dashboard → Products → Categories (https://prnt.sc/_1bUDluzvtEJ). Currently, only the categories from the theme are visible.
2. Please note that the Brands taxonomy and XStore Brands are separate. The XStore Brands feature is part of the theme’s built-in functionality, while the Brands taxonomy may originate from the WooCommerce plugin. We recommend using XStore Brands for full compatibility with the theme’s widgets (https://prnt.sc/TiEjSIuQ2V25). Kindly ensure that your products are assigned to the correct brand taxonomy (https://prnt.sc/4Xjxl27myvt5).
3. To edit the top banner on the shop page, go to XStore Builders → Archive Products Builder (https://prnt.sc/m-K4nLm9jpH6). From there, you can modify the content as needed (https://prnt.sc/Oq2pSjdRdnnm).
4. You can display only specific categories in the mentioned widget by configuring the Shop page content as shown in the previous step (https://gyazo.com/94ca8eeb31702ae621500de7dbeb254a).
If you require further assistance, please provide more detailed information about your request.

Hello @Cookster Creative,
Could you please check how it works when using the default shortcode [woocommerce_cart] (https://prnt.sc/v8LHlLL394zK) instead of the widgets currently in use? For this test, we have created a temporary test page and set it as the cart page in the WooCommerce settings.
It appears that the issue occurs when the progress bar is displayed in a separate area. However, when it is shown in the same area that reloads with the cart items, it functions correctly.
At this stage, we have not yet found a correct solution for the widget-based content. The good news is that the progress bar works better (although some minor bugs remain) with the default shortcode-based layout. Could you please confirm if this approach is acceptable for you?
Sorry, but we do not have a final solution yet and will need additional time to investigate and find one.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @Dezi Jeffry,
Thank you for clarifying the issue.
To edit the Shop page content, please note that it cannot be modified directly through the default page editor. Instead, open the editor via XStore Builders → Products Archive Builder → Go to Builder. We have also provided a URL in the private content section for your convenience, allowing you to access and edit the content directly.
Additionally, you can refer to the documentation for detailed instructions and an overview of the builder’s features:

Hello @Andrei Andrei,
We have made the following updates to your website:
– https://prnt.sc/CZ-AxqjZ8ONd – Adjusted the column widths on the home page for mobile devices.
– https://prnt.sc/vUksvswv54Aa – Replaced the Lottie icons, as they were not displaying correctly on the home page.
– https://prnt.sc/Kd8PViY4GSnc – Added custom CSS to each Icon Box widget to hide the description content on mobile devices.
– https://prnt.sc/NiniKIQ9jS3H – Modified the “Slides per View” option in the Spotlight Categories widget (displayed as a carousel), allowing you to adjust the number of visible categories through the mentioned settings.
Please review the changes and share your feedback.

Hello @chutipao
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Hello @Hamza Hafeez,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate you providing the details of the issue.
Please note that if your website score is not improving after installing the latest version of XStore and using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, the problem may be related to plugin compatibility or specific cache settings. We recommend temporarily disabling the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and checking if the issue with disappearing buttons and missing features persists.
Also, did you check the documentation of Litespeed plugin and configured it according to your need or just installed the plugin ?
Additionally, please provide us with your website’s temporary admin access (in a private reply) so that we can investigate the issue directly and assist you in resolving it as soon as possible.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Hello @mantolis,

Hello @Lani,
You can enable or disable the navigation in the Elementor editor by following this link: https://prnt.sc/der7iRXq10As.
Watch the tutorials about the Page navigations: https://elementor.com/help/navigator/.
You may select the Flexbox type and then choose the number of Containers (formally: columns) you would like to add. This process is demonstrated in the video shared earlier by another support manager, so please review it carefully.
We also recommend watching some tutorials, such as this one: https://elementor.com/help/container-element/, to become more familiar with working in the Elementor editor, as we noticed you have a few related questions.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @Andrei Andrei,
Could you please clarify which areas you would like to modify? The websites differ significantly, and we are not sure which specific sections you would like us to advise you on.
If you wish to edit the header, you can do so via XStore Builders → Header Builder → Elementor.
If you would like to modify the content of your home page, please go to Dashboard → Pages → Edit Home Page.
For specific areas, locate the corresponding widget on the desired page and adjust its settings. If you require assistance with particular widget settings, please specify which widget you would like to modify and what settings are missing. Attaching screenshots or videos will help us better understand your request.
Best regards,

Hello @nickporter,
This setting should be applied to all mega menus. However, if you would like to adjust the opening speed for specific menu items, please clarify your request in detail and include screenshots.
The message you see on some mega menu items may appear if the mega menu content has been deleted. You can reassign the content for these items by navigating to XStore Builders -> Header Builder -> Elementor -> All Departments -> Select Mega Menu Content: https://prnt.sc/W-j6iStMelQJ

Hello @josephchan,
You can add this code snippet directly to the “child-theme/functions.php” file without using an additional plugin such as the Code Snippets plugin. This is one of the advantages of using a child theme.
You may also refer to the snippet provided in the following topic:
https://www.8theme.com/topic/how-to-search-using-product-tags-within-the-live-search/#post-314298
add_filter( 'etheme_ajax_search_products_query', function( $args ) {
$args['relevanssi'] = true;
return $args;
} );
This will enable the Relevanssi-type search functionality within our built-in search feature.
At this time we don’t have some custom settings for Relevanssi search so, could you please clarify which specific features or options you would like our theme to include? We will review your request with our development team and consider the possibility of implementing it in future updates.
We truly value our customers’ feedback, as it helps us improve our products.

Hello @nickporter,
It appears that there was a conflict between permalinks. We have resolved this issue by configuring the “Brand base” URL, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/U2RrrmKw3uRE. You can now view the product pages for each brand by navigating to Dashboard -> Products -> XStore Brands: https://prnt.sc/ElcJwhYfKozy. Additionally, the URL in your header menu has been automatically corrected and now redirects customers to the appropriate page: https://prnt.sc/NIbYz4my76XB.
We also recommend using a child theme, as it allows you to modify hooks or filters without losing your changes after a theme update. This will not affect your website’s performance or cause any loading issues, so there is no need for concern.
If you would like to display a custom template in XStore Builders -> Archive Products Pages for a custom product taxonomy, you can configure it by setting the appropriate conditions (please refer to the private content for details).
You can also review our documentation on XStore Builders here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you for choosing the XStore theme.

Hello @DashDoor,
Could you please provide us with a screenshot and url of page for the search area you would like to modify on your website? The information you have provided so far is insufficient for us to proceed. Based on our understanding, you may want us to improve the search area on your homepage, similar to the example shown here: https://prnt.sc/cfeI8WIZ0nSA. To implement this, we will need temporary wp-admin access to your website (you can attach it in the private content section).
Regarding your request about the “Read More” button text, we can see that the correct text appears on your products here: https://prnt.sc/OtFqkKapL7pD. Please note that some products may display the “Read More” button because they are out of stock. Kindly check the product statuses, and if you need further assistance, please provide us with more details about your request.
