    Dear @Kruczek WebHouse,

    We hope this message finds you well. We are currently investigating the potential causes of the issue you have reported. Our team is diligently working to identify a solution and will provide you with an update as soon as possible.

    In the meantime, we recommend reviewing recent discussions related to WordPress, as it appears that this issue may not be unique to the XStore theme. You may find the following topic particularly relevant: https://www.8theme.com/topic/issue-with-server-cpu-ram-since-last-update-not-the-first-post-to-report-this/#post-403080.

    Also, it would helpful for us if you could check the CPU usage with the previous archives with XStore v.9.3.11 & XStore Core v.5.3.11 versions. If you are able to make such test, please give us a feedback and we will send you the archives for test.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @fnhc,

    We are pleased to inform you that we have devised a solution tailored to meet your requirements without causing any complications for either party. It appears that the issue may stem from the use of a third-party plugin on your end, which separates variable products by variations in the archives.

    Please be advised that we cannot guarantee full compatibility of our theme with all third-party plugins. In some instances, it may be necessary to customize the theme or plugin further to ensure they function seamlessly together. Regrettably, it is beyond the scope of our basic support to make the theme compatible with all existing plugins, and additional customization would be required.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Niddy,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed the changes made between June 29 and July 3 and can confirm that the only updates during this period were to XStore version 9.3.14 and the Core plugin version 5.3.14, which are the latest releases. It is important to note that these updates were officially released on June 27. Based on the screenshots you provided, even if the updates were applied on your end between June 28 and June 29, the graphs indicate that everything was functioning correctly. This observation leads us to consider the possibility of updates to other plugins as well. Could you please verify if there were any additional plugin updates around that time?

    Regarding your inquiry about third-party URLs, we have thoroughly inspected the archives of both the XStore theme and XStore Core plugin and found no references to such URLs. To ensure the security of your website, we recommend double-checking any third-party plugins that may have been installed.

    Furthermore, we have submitted a request for you to consult with your hosting provider to identify the most resource-intensive requests on your website. This information will help us determine if they are associated with our XStore theme, or possibly with other plugins like Elementor or WooCommerce, all of which received updates between June 24 and June 27.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your response.

    Dear @Bumaa,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon review, we have identified that the incorrect offsets of certain blocks on your website are due to the margins being set to negative values, as illustrated in the screenshot provided here: https://prnt.sc/l3p5gPxDIcCm.

    It appears that these margin settings were configured manually by your own. As this issue is not related to a bug in our theme, we kindly ask that you review and adjust the margin values appropriately for the affected columns.

    Should you require any further assistance or clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Niddy,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed a number of discussions regarding elevated CPU usage on the WordPress support forums recently. This trend suggests that a recent update to WordPress may be causing increased CPU consumption when used in conjunction with our theme and certain plugins.

    Could you kindly review the following topic: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/high-cpu-usage-58/? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could contact your hosting provider and request that they gather the query requests contributing to the high CPU usage. This information will be invaluable in helping us identify potential areas of our code that could be optimized.

    Also, could you please, provide us an answer of what previous theme version was installed on your web-site. In such case we could identify the possible start of issues.

    Thank you for your cooperation and assistance in this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

    Dear @shopsangam,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that despite our previous requests, there continues to be a consolidation of multiple questions into single topics in your posts. We kindly ask you to segregate your questions into separate topics as per our forum guidelines. This practice not only aids in better organization but also ensures that each inquiry receives the appropriate attention and response.

    Could you please share your reasons for combining various questions into one topic? Understanding your perspective on this matter will help us assist you more effectively.

    Regarding your query about the wishlist, we have attached a video in the private area for your reference. Please review it as it addresses the concerns you raised, and we believe it should resolve any issues you are experiencing.

    We value your participation in our community and are here to assist you. We kindly request that you adhere to our posting rules to maintain a structured and efficient forum environment.

    Alternatively, you may consider deactivating our built-in Wishlist feature and installing the YITH Wishlist plugin, which is a free plugin available on the official WordPress plugins page. You can find it here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-wishlist/. Dear @Kruczek WebHouse,

    We would like to suggest that you consider testing your website with an alternative theme for a period of 1-2 days. It may be beneficial to set up a staging website for this purpose. As previously mentioned, this issue is unfamiliar to us, and we are committed to finding a solution that will be advantageous for both parties.

    Regarding the issue with lscache, we recommend reaching out directly to the plugin’s author for further insights. Their response may provide clues as to why you are experiencing CPU overloading and excessive caching.

    Additionally, we advise you to review the .htaccess files from both your previous and current websites. There may be configurations triggering frequent refreshes or recaching processes.

    Thank you for your attention to these suggestions. We look forward to resolving these issues together.

    Dear @Bumaa,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that the URL for the specific template page was not included in your previous correspondence. Unfortunately, without this URL, we are unable to locate the page on your website.

    Additionally, it appears that the template may have been manually created by you or implemented using a third-party plugin. This could potentially lead to layout issues on mobile devices.

    Could you please provide us with the URL at your earliest convenience? For confidentiality, feel free to send this information through a private communication channel.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to resolving it promptly.

    Dear @Zoljargal,

    I hope this message finds you well. I would like to address your queries as follows:

    1. Currently, the option you are looking for is not available directly. However, you are welcome to submit a feature request on our request board at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. Alternatively, if you require additional customization, please submit a request through our customization panel available at https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    2. We provide the filter ‘etheme_elementor_ajax_search_categories_args’ which allows for the modification of the Categories query in Ajax search Elementor widgets. We have implemented the following snippet for you to prevent subcategories from appearing in your Categories dropdown:

    add_filter('etheme_elementor_ajax_search_categories_args', function($args) {
        $args['hierarchical'] = false;
        return $args;
    });

    You can view the changes here:
    – Before: https://prnt.sc/GActS3PrheeU
    – After: https://prnt.sc/Wdpe_kC1BGvU

    3. For translation purposes, please use the Loco Translate plugin to search for the strings you need to translate. The string ‘All categories’ should be located within the translations for the XStore Core plugin. You can find more detailed information in our documentation at https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @fnhc,

    We have reviewed the display of product information using the default WooCommerce Storefront theme. You can view the current display at the following link: https://prnt.sc/ffdeabF42FwL.

    To enhance the presentation and address issues with product title characters, we have implemented a code snippet in your child-theme/functions.php. This adjustment ensures that product titles now include variation attributes and corrects any incorrect characters previously observed. Below is the code snippet we added:

    add_action( 'after_setup_theme', function() {
        add_filter( 'woocommerce_product_variation_title_include_attributes', '__return_true' );
    }, 999 );

    You can see the result of these changes here: https://prnt.sc/CZEPTcYDK_jh.

    Dear @bradbrad,

    I hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you of several methods available for clearing cache, which may enhance the performance and display of your website:

    1. Browser Cache
    2. Cache Plugin Caching Files
    3. CDN Cache

    Should you not have a cache plugin or CDN, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache or accessing the website using an incognito browser to view the uncached version. Additionally, we suggest utilizing the “Clear Cache” extension to ensure that your browser cache does not interfere with the proper display of your site. You can download the extension from the following link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn.

    Dear @Giorgi,

    I hope this message finds you well. We would like to kindly suggest that you reach out directly to the plugin’s author to inquire about its compatibility with our Email Customizer. Upon reviewing their official documentation, we noticed that such details about compatibility with any Email Customizers are not mentioned on their page. You can view the documentation here: https://prnt.sc/gPLwiu8pyWLE.

    It may be necessary for the compatibility features to be integrated into their code, as there could be an issue with the initiation of triggers required for loading the customized email templates. For further assistance, you might consider contacting the plugin’s support team directly at: https://wphowto.net/contact.

    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    We can’t provide support for plugins of other developers. Thank you for understanding.

    Dear @Kruczek WebHouse,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We acknowledge that you are experiencing unique CPU-related issues while utilizing our XStore theme. After conducting extensive tests on our demo environments, local sites, and the development sites managed by our support team, we have not encountered similar issues. Consequently, we find ourselves at an impasse, as all conventional solutions have been exhausted without success. It appears that a specific interaction between our theme and your WordPress configuration may be contributing to these challenges.

    Regarding the management of WP Cron, particularly for higher traffic websites, disabling WP Cron could be a viable strategy. It is essential to configure your server to execute wp-cron.php periodically, ensuring that automatic updates for plugins continue to occur, whether daily or at another interval of your choosing. Although Wordfence does not manage this aspect, I recommend visiting the following link for guidance on how to disable WP Cron: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/disable-wp-cron/

    We hope this information proves helpful to you. Should you require further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @bradbrad,

    We hope this message finds you well. Upon reviewing the issues you reported regarding category visibility on your widget, we have identified that the setting “Hide Categories With All Hidden Products” was responsible for the problem. Seems like the products for making this option correctly works were cached in WP. You can view this setting here: https://prnt.sc/xgPFpusse079.

    To address this, we have temporarily disabled the aforementioned option. As a result, all categories should now be visible in your widget, except for those explicitly excluded in the query settings. You can confirm the current display here: https://prnt.sc/4lZ1t9O9rfpO.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we strive to ensure optimal functionality of your settings.

    Dear @fnhc,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have observed that updates made to files on your server do not appear to reflect on the frontend. This suggests that there may be an active CDN cache causing this issue.

    To assist us in diagnosing and resolving the issue, could you please carry out the following steps:

    1. Test your products’ titles using the default Storefront theme. Since you are utilizing a separate plugin for handling variations in Variable products, it is possible that the issue may persist with default theme too.

    2. If the issue is not present when using the default theme but occurs with the XStore theme, we kindly ask you to either temporarily disable the CDN on your website or provide instructions on how to clear the CDN cache manually.

    Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to resolving this matter efficiently.

    Dear @Ankit Khandelwal,

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the issue you are experiencing is due to the use of the ‘Elementor Full-width’ template for certain pages. If you opt for the ‘theme template’, breadcrumbs will be automatically included on these pages via the XStore theme hooks. For your reference, please see the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/v_JmaJXyrKjv.

    As detailed in the description of the ‘Elementor Full-width’ template, you can view which components are incorporated within this template here: https://prnt.sc/fvKGbPUXaQ8k.

    To address this, we have implemented a custom snippet in your child-theme/functions.php file:

    add_action('elementor/page_templates/header-footer/before_content', function() {
        do_action('etheme_page_heading');
    });

    This code snippet is designed to ensure that breadcrumbs from the XStore theme are displayed on pages using the ‘Elementor Full-width’ template. For further details, please view this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/VYTEL5v_NWYJ.

    Dear @Jennifer,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have conducted a review of the Theme Settings on your website and would like to inform you that you are currently not utilizing the Single Product Builder (Customizer Based) available at [https://prnt.sc/V9NBkDOXljt8], nor the Single Product Builder (Elementor Based) at [https://prnt.sc/pgL9ddTbICNg].

    As a result, your site is employing the standard prebuilt layouts, and the applicable modifications are managed through the global WooCommerce hooks, which can be reviewed here: [https://wpsites.net/product/woocommerce-single-product-hooks/].

    Additionally, you may find it useful to examine the file associated with the filters/hooks used for displaying the Product Gallery at: xstore/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php.

    We have added for you next code in xstore-child/functions.php:

    add_action('woocommerce_before_single_product_summary', function() {
    	echo '<div class="sale-wrapper"><span class="onsale left">' . esc_html__('Custom Label', 'xstore-child') . '</span></div>';
    });

    Now you have custom label added on each single product -> https://prnt.sc/gijC-EqE9Sen.

    Should you require further customizations, we kindly invite you to submit a request through our customization panel at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel . Please note that customization services will incur additional charges.

    Dear @Alpha111,

    We hope this message finds you well. We have identified the issue you reported regarding the ‘relative’ positioning of menu items with simple dropdowns. This positioning affects how overflow is handled, which is why you may have noticed discrepancies.

    We propose a solution that involves displaying the simple dropdowns on hover, but they span the full height of the block. You can view the proposed display here: https://prnt.sc/vH-30bAqzhdC. If this solution meets your requirements, please check the following CSS:

    selector .etheme-elementor-nav-menu .item-design-dropdown {

    }

    We have already applied this fix to the “All Departments” widget in Header builder on your site. You can check the updated functionality here: https://prnt.sc/w7JXyhXvtG_V.

    We have provided a workaround that allows you to edit any of your theme builder templates by accessing the editors from the Table view. You can find the detailed steps here: https://prnt.sc/h6HVMT9GWbBG.

    Please note that the error you encountered is associated with the Elementor plugin, not our theme. You can view the issue and its resolution on their GitHub page: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/20423. Since the problem persists, we recommend that you post a topic on the Elementor forum for further assistance.

    If you are experiencing any other issues, please describe them and include screenshots if possible. Based on our records, all your previous queries have been addressed.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our support team’s time.

    Best Regards,

    Dear @Bagwani,

    We kindly advise you to initiate a separate topic due to the multitude of messages within this current thread, which makes it challenging to follow. This will facilitate a clearer discussion and ensure your concerns are addressed more efficiently.

    Additionally, we have noticed occasional issues with the Popup Theme builder. For your convenience, you can view the templates directly from the table view at this link: https://prnt.sc/sb19c9wRh9Fs. Here is the result you should expect: https://prnt.sc/h6HVMT9GWbBG.

    Upon reviewing the screenshot you provided, it appears the notice originates from a third-party plugin, WordPress SEO. Please note that resolving issues related to third-party plugins falls outside our support scope.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
