    Hello @Cookster Creative,

Unfortunately, there is currently no fully correct solution. On one hand, it is possible to achieve a smooth progress bar animation, but this results in inaccurate calculations. On the other hand, ensuring accurate calculations causes the progress bar to appear blurred.

We have made every effort to implement a solution that meets all your requirements and also implemented some latest improves. However, due to certain technical limitations in the code and the extensive use of hooks and filters, it is not possible to achieve a perfect result. We would appreciate hearing your thoughts on this matter, as we have dedicated significant time to developing this solution for you, but the desired outcome cannot be fully realized with the current cart and checkout design.

    Hello @Recep,

Please check now – we have set the correct value for the option: https://prnt.sc/iLEWrvnB7-nJ. We also described this solution in our previous reply, which includes a video: https://www.8theme.com/topic/how-can-i-configure-the-cart-to-open-in-the-sidebar-instead-of-popping-up-when-a-product-is-added-to/#post-459698.

    Hello @Nomadak,

On the first website, you are using the Single Product Builder based on Customizer settings, so we have disabled the Zoom option: https://prnt.sc/HiEI4FCUFHR3. Please check it now: https://gyazo.com/6feabf31e74d70f9ad00ecf333cfe792.

For both the first and second websites, we have uploaded a fix related to the XStore Single Product Builder based on Elementor. This fix will also be included in the next update.

    Please check it now: https://gyazo.com/ccdff69ef59b74e19046c7d789a0560e.

    Hello @Recep,

To display the off-canvas mini-cart content when a product is added to the cart, please navigate to Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop → Shop Layout, then scroll to the bottom and locate the “Product Added Notification” option (https://gyazo.com/fd052f3696ba372f5ff5c37960bd95b4). You may also find any option by using the search function (ex. https://gyazo.com/e3fdd296af0f801dff4428db7128e9b2).

Regarding your next question, to edit the sidebar content on a single product page, please go to Dashboard → Appearance → Widgets → Single Product Sidebar Area (https://prnt.sc/pWICDnff2g4h) and modify the widgets displayed there.

If there are static blocks included, you can identify the name of the block and edit its content under Dashboard → Static Blocks (https://prnt.sc/3DMzqiv8qIGe).

To remove the brands from the single product sidebar, you can adjust their location in Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop → Shop Elements → Brands (https://prnt.sc/S2yKz5M62rtW).

    Hello @Roobinda,

After reviewing the issue, we believe it may occur in certain cases when the Sticky Sidebar scripts are not properly configured. This can happen due to a custom structure on your shop page, such as banners (https://prnt.sc/zeycncCiRvXv) placed in non-standard positions or some browser caching issues.

You can disable the Sticky Sidebar option as demonstrated in the following video: https://gyazo.com/db398ebbd5a12e0895c8d2e48af88407 and then check if the issue persists.

If you prefer to keep the option enabled, please try adding the following custom CSS code snippet under Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS:

    body .sticky-sidebar {
        opacity: 1;
    }

If you still require our assistance, please provide temporary wp-admin access in the private area.

    Hello @zitalyaar,

Since you are using the header based on the Elementor builder, please open the Header Editor under XStore Builders → Header → Elementor and click on the Mega Menu (see: https://gyazo.com/a98eacb68d6904f9b56e01f417fa65eb). To edit the menu selected for the Mobile Menu widget, click on the mentioned widget and choose the appropriate menu for that content (see: https://prnt.sc/SzLWAgeKlWuW).

If you wish to edit the menu items, go to Appearance → Menus in your WordPress Dashboard and modify the items of your menus as needed (see: https://prnt.sc/O8WjdCt32vXQ).

You can find detailed documentation about the header here:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/

For more information about WordPress menus, please refer to:
    https://wordpress.com/support/menus/

Regarding the currency or language switchers, these features were displayed on our demo as examples. To implement similar functionality on your website, you will need to install plugins that provide such features.

Our theme is compatible with popular multilingual and multicurrency plugins such as WPML, Polylang, and Loco Translate for language support, as well as WooCommerce Multilingual or Currency Switcher for currency options. We recommend using these plugins and ensuring they are properly configured according to your website’s requirements.

    Hello @Nomadak

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will upload a fix on your web-site and it will also be included in our next update.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello @Shazard Ramjohn,

We have analyzed the content of your single product page and noticed that multiple product galleries and “Add to Cart” forms have been created – some are displayed on desktop and hidden on mobile, while others are shown on mobile and hidden on desktop. This configuration may cause issues with incorrect image display, as WooCommerce scripts by default locate the first gallery on a single product page and modify the images there. If you can minimize the duplications and just re-order the elements on devices using settings in Advanced tab -> https://prnt.sc/Q-bNsiQwEEmF. It will make the benefit on page loading for your customers, so we kindly recommend you to check it and re-structure the single product template content.

Additionally, we noticed that a CDN is active on your website (https://gyazo.com/41f0e83e5f3441bda8b1da9f8b1245aa), which prevented us from making certain changes. Could you please temporarily disable it so that we can proceed with further checks?

We would also like to verify whether the functionality of your custom swatches plugin correctly switches images when using a default theme such as Storefront, as our analysis shows that all attributes were created according to the requirements of your custom plugin.

Furthermore, we observed a deeply nested structure on your page (https://gyazo.com/971e6836e74e5b4c04342af964912dc2), which may cause issues with page testers. We recommend restructuring the code to minimize the use of multiple nested containers.

    Hello @josephchan,

At the moment, it appears that there are some conflicts when displaying results from our theme’s widget while using the Relevanssi plugin. We have also noticed that there are other compatibility issues between the Elementor search results page and the mentioned plugin. The official Relevanssi plugin team has already provided some possible solutions, which you can review here:
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/conflicts-with-elementor-14/
    https://www.relevanssi.com/knowledge-base/elementor/

For now, we recommend temporarily using the default search functionality of our theme. Additionally, we suggest submitting a request on our future task board (https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/) regarding compatibility with the Relevanssi plugin, so that other customers can also vote for this feature.

Please note that we have already explored the possibility of implementing such compatibility. However, it is not a simple task and would require several hours of development time to test and achieve full integration with the plugin. We have added this task to our to-do list and will notify you once we have updates regarding the compatibility.

Could you please provide us with a video demonstrating the issue? We have tested it on our side and did not encounter any visible bugs. Additionally, we kindly ask you to temporarily disable CDN caching, as it may be conflicting with cached results and our recent modifications.

You may also try disabling the snippet on your Code Snippets page to check how the site functions when it is turned off.

    Hello @shahar klamka,

Unfortunately, there is no conditional widget or sidebar area available to display a category widget only under specific conditions. Widgets placed in the sidebar can only be shown consistently on certain pages.

If you would like to display specific widgets based on custom conditions, please submit a request for additional customization at http://8theme.com/contact-us, as this type of request falls outside the scope of our basic support.

    Hello @Shazard Ramjohn,

We have analyzed the issue and identified the following possible solutions for your case:

    1. Our theme includes built-in swatches that have been demonstrated on our demos and thoroughly tested by our customers. You may disable the third-party plugin currently used for swatches and recreate the swatch attributes using our built-in functionality. Please refer to the following guide: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/variation-swatches-3/.

    2. Alternatively, it appears there may be a conflict between our theme’s slider and the custom swatches plugin. In this case, please copy the file woocommerce/templates/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php to your-child-theme/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php and test again.

If you require our assistance, kindly provide temporary FTP access in the private content area.

    Hello @zitalyaar,

In your account on our website, you can view the licenses you have added and their activations on different websites. You can also deactivate existing activations and create new ones as needed.

The following article may be helpful: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites/.

Regarding the issues you are experiencing with the Customizer Header Builder, you may disable it and use the Elementor-based Header Builder instead, which offers more features and greater flexibility: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/. Many of our Elementor demos use this builder because it provides enhanced customization options and easier widget management.

Additionally, we offer pre-built templates for most builders on the XStore Builders page (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/), including header templates. You can explore more details through our XStudio: https://xstore.8theme.com/studio/.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to submit a topic, and we will be happy to assist you.

    Hello @josephchan,

The number of items displayed in the search results depends on the value set under Dashboard → Settings → Reading (https://prnt.sc/mfa3HtGL927B). As you can see, we have currently set it to display 5 items for your review.

At present, the search results are functioning as requested:
    – When searching for the word “Music”, several pages containing this word are displayed: https://prnt.sc/e6qvGSkCgxRZ
    – When searching for the phrase “Daoist Five-Element Music”, only one page containing the entire phrase is shown: https://prnt.sc/BNdxUOP1J20_

    Hello @shahar klamka,

Such an implementation is not possible without creating custom conditions or using custom code workarounds. You can use the Spotlight Categories widget, for example, so that the category items are displayed based on the current query. However, if you have a category archive page that includes subcategories, those subcategories will also be displayed in the widget.

If you could describe your main idea in more detail, including the URLs of the relevant categories and any other necessary information, we would be happy to suggest alternative solutions if available and the previous solution we suggested is not suitable for your need yet.

    Best regards,
