    Hello @Kalpesh Prajapati,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query regarding the menu settings for your multilingual site.

Our theme does not use Display location because it has a header builder that this option is unnecessary. WPML has a language selector for the menu translation http://prntscr.com/pz0ctr but it seems Gtranslate is limited and needs Display menu location. That’s why I ask you to contact them to clarify how to be in case you need to translate the menu if the theme does not have display location.

    Dear @Anas,

I hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing your product, it appears that the variation swatches are now functioning correctly, as evidenced by the following screenshot: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49489961?key=c442e86a313ababe894d99a16293cd1c.

Could you kindly confirm whether everything is working to your satisfaction, or if there is anything else we may have overlooked?

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Hello,

I hope this message finds you well.

We kindly request that you create separate topics for distinct inquiries. This approach will significantly enhance our ability to understand and address each of your questions effectively, as it can be challenging to track multiple issues within a single thread. Also, other customers cannot identify that your topic title “When i open wishlist page my account page is open” could give them an answer for the all other questions you asked in this topic.

Additionally, we have noticed that the current method of accessing admin rights via a generated link is not functioning properly now. Would it be feasible to implement a static login and password system instead? This change could potentially streamline our access and improve the efficiency of our support.

Furthermore, the screenshot you provided does not clearly depict the specific issue you are encountering on your website. To assist us better, could you possibly use a tool like “Awesome Screenshot” to highlight the problem areas with arrows? This would greatly help us in understanding exactly what needs to be addressed.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to resolving these issues promptly.

    Dear @Marco,

I hope this message finds you well. We would like to emphasize the importance of having complete access to your website’s backend. In instances where a missing comma or similar minor error occurs in the code, it could potentially lead to critical errors that disrupt the functionality of your website. Such issues can be challenging to resolve, especially if administrative access is restricted due to these errors.

Having full access would allow us to promptly address and rectify any issues, thereby minimizing any downtime and avoiding prolonged disruptions to your website’s operation. This precautionary measure ensures that we can maintain the stability and performance of your site without significant delays, which might occur while retrieving the correct FTP credentials.

We trust you understand the necessity of this request and its importance in ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of your website.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your affirmative response.

    Best regards,

    Dear @imguser,

We hope this message finds you well. Upon reviewing the content on your homepage, we have observed a significant number of elements that may be contributing to the intermittent loading issues you are experiencing. We kindly suggest reviewing the solutions we have previously provided to our customers, which can be found at https://www.8theme.com/topic/error-message-while-debugging-the-website/#post-405279.

Additionally, we recommend checking the system requirements on the XStore Control Panel. Please ensure that all settings are adjusted to either average or high values to optimize performance.

We also noticed that your site is currently using the “WP Fastest Cache” plugin. It is possible that the settings of this plugin are causing excessive requests, which could negatively impact the loading times of your site. We advise deactivating this plugin temporarily to determine if it improves the site’s performance.

Also, we would recommend you to contact with your hosting provider for better analys and the possible improves that can be made on hosting side.

Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,

    Dear @TSpinde,

Thank you for providing the necessary details.

We advise you to initially downgrade your PHP version to at least 8.1 or 8.2 and then verify the functionality. Additionally, we recommend testing with the default Storefront theme, as the functionality for adding/removing products is primarily handled by the WooCommerce plugin, rather than the theme itself.

Please be aware that many plugins may not be compatible with the most recent PHP versions, which could potentially lead to suboptimal performance.

Regarding your issue with the swiper js being undefined, this will be resolved once you activate patch #93158818 in the XStore patcher. For guidance on using the XStore patcher, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/.

    Dear @Sam,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you that the behavior you’ve observed with the slider is typical, as the Swiper slider necessitates a few seconds to load and initialize the slides per the configured settings.

Should you prefer a more static display of content, we recommend utilizing the Products Grid element instead of the Products Carousel. This alternative will help avoid any layout shifts.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Aulakh, Sam,

We hope this message finds you well. We kindly request that you review the following article, which addresses an issue you may encounter with patch notifications reappearing after a certain period: https://www.8theme.com/topic/patcher-shows-updates-available-even-after-i-applied-them-a-hour-ago/#post-360369.

It appears that in your situation, there is an automatic clearing of the WP transient ‘transient_update_themes’ where our activated patches data is saved. We recommend that you disregard any notifications about patches being available if you have already applied them. Please be assured that the fixes remain active even after the transient cache is cleared; only the data indicating which patches have been activated is removed.

Should you encounter any further issues, please do not hesitate to create separate topics for each issue.

    Dear @Sam,

We hope this message finds you well.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to comprehend your recent request. Could you please specify which code you are referring to that was added by our team? It is possible that the changes might have been due to backups you created or modifications you made manually.

It is important to note that updates to the parent theme do not typically affect changes made in your child theme. Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide further details regarding your issue.

For a more organized response, please address each question or concern in separate topics.

    Dear @Aulakh, Sam,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query.

We regret to inform you that we currently do not offer a specific feature that directly meets your requirements. We recommend that you consider creating a separate menu that exclusively includes the categories you wish to display and be added in your sidebar. This approach is typically more straightforward and effective than attempting to configure a more complex, customized solution.

Should you need further assistance or have any more questions, please feel free to contact us.

    Dear @Vijith,

I hope this message finds you well. We would like to bring to your attention some important information regarding the use of the XStore Shop page builder.

1, 3. As you are currently utilizing the XStore Shop page builder, please note that the settings from the main Theme Options are not applied directly. This is because the content on such pages is constructed with individual elements, each possessing its own settings and styles. To modify the shop page, we kindly ask you to navigate to XStore Builders -> Product Archive Builder. For detailed guidance, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/.

    2. We have noticed an issue with the FTP connection setup. Could you please verify the accuracy of your FTP details and share the correct access information with us? This will enable us to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Dear @Aulakh, Sam,

I hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly provide further clarification regarding your inquiry about ‘selective categories’? If your request pertains to configuring the Product Categories widget to display only the subcategories of the current category on a Product Category archive page, we would like to inform you that this functionality can be achieved by enabling the “Advanced Mode” option. You can find this setting under Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Shop Elements -> Categories.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response to ensure we meet your needs accurately.

    Dear @Sam,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to clarify that the recent theme update did not cause the issue you experienced. It appears that the off-canvas option for the Account element in the Header was previously enabled on your web-site, but it has been changed to merely redirect to the account page upon clicking. This modification inadvertently led to a bug affecting the functionality of the ‘Login to see price’ button when the off-canvas account option in the header is disabled.

I am pleased to inform you that we have successfully implemented a fix for this issue on your website. Additionally, this correction will be included in the next update of our theme. The specific changes were made in the file located at xstore/js/modules/woocommerce.min.js.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Could you share with us what example sections of texts have incorrect font on RTL mode ? Because currently by using the web-inspector we see that correct fonts are correctly applied for both modes.
Also, please take a deep look on the screenshot we shared because even now we see that .rtl prefix is added not before each h3, h4 selectors.
