Hello @DebbieC,
With each update, we introduce various improvements and new options. Therefore, if you have been updating the template on your website regularly, it is possible that some settings were set to their default values, or alternatively, you may have made certain optimizations that disabled specific options.
In any case, we have identified a solution to your issue. You can safely reactivate the previously disabled caching, as we have resolved the related problem in another area of similar cases.
Also, we have a dedicated article about the speed improves that you can check -> https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/the-ultimate-2025-guide-to-boosting-wordpress-speed-with-xstore-theme/.
If your main request of this topic is solved, we kindly ask you to mark this topic as closed. Feel free to submit your questions on our forum, if you have any in futher.

Hello @chutipao,
1. If you wish to disable the off-canvas or dropdown content in your header (as shown here: https://prnt.sc/AgBgQBCu26wp) and redirect customers to the “My Account” page instead of opening the off-canvas content, you can do so by navigating to XStore Builders → Header → Elementor → My Account, and setting the Content type option to None (see: https://prnt.sc/qt8ZyhqLYNnq).
2. If you would like to modify the global WooCommerce login/registration settings:
1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Go to WooCommerce → Settings.
3. Open the Accounts & Privacy tab.
4. Find the option *Allow customers to create an account on the ‘My Account’ page” and make sure it is unchecked.
5. After making this change, please click Save changes to apply it.
3. If you want to disable global registration on your website, please review your WordPress settings here: https://prnt.sc/mnip4NRLQ8nj

Hello @DashDoor,
In the editor of your home page, under “XStore Slider”, you can view the details of the slide configurations and create new slides: https://prnt.sc/coqRYeUlHG3l.
By checking the “Slides” section, you will find a list of the slides you have created: https://prnt.sc/jyRDTCH48waq.
When you open the editor for an existing slide (for example, Slider 2), you will see the following options: https://prnt.sc/gyPtON03hJMa. As shown, there is an image set as the section background, which you can replace with your own custom image.
Also, you can find the dedicated information about our XStore Slider in our documentation -> https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/xstore-advanced-slider-with-elementor/.

Hello @DebbieC,
We have analyzed the issue on your live website in comparison with the Theme Options of your staging website and found that the main difference was the “Disable Gutenberg styles” option. It was enabled on the live website but disabled on the staging website. We have now disabled this option on the live website (https://prnt.sc/Dr3REoU1B-Ny), and the layouts of your single posts are now displaying correctly (https://prnt.sc/MPbv8j2TfeHn).

Hello @New York Printhub,
This feature is managed through the “Site Visibility” tab in the WooCommerce settings, providing flexibility and control over who can access your store during the setup phase.
When the “Coming Soon” mode is enabled, your site remains in a development state and is not accessible to the public. It is hidden behind a Coming Soon landing page, and only authorized users or those with a private link can view the store.
In the “Site Visibility” settings, located under “WooCommerce > Settings > Site Visibility”, you can choose between two options to manage how your site appears to visitors.
For more information, please refer to the following article:
https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/coming-soon-mode/

Hello @Omar Quddam,
Thank you for your message. The warning may indeed be related to the products. If you delete the existing products and upload only a few that you are able to edit, that would be acceptable. Please ensure that the new products are properly configured and editable to avoid similar issues in the future. Also, we would suggest you to contact the WooCommerce support (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/) as your request is related to the functionality of mentioned plugin rather then our theme’s configuration.

Hello @Niddy,
Regarding your request about the fatal error on the frontend, please note that it is not caused by the ‘etheme_conditions’ meta field but by other issues. For reference, you can review the following topic with a similar request: https://www.8theme.com/topic/issue-with-the-elementor-editor-when-using-xstore-core-after-the-latest-update/. This issue has already been resolved globally in our latest updates.
We have checked the issue on your staging website but did not encounter it on any of the pages. Could you please provide more details on how we can reproduce it on your website? Screenshots or videos would be very helpful. As a possible solution, you can try activating all widgets in the Elements Manager (https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/) and then check again.
Regarding the ‘etheme_conditions_’ meta field, this field is saved by default with a default value. This approach was implemented after receiving reports from several customers about conflicts between our built-in conditions and caching plugins. Saving a default value has proven to be an effective solution to prevent such issues.

Hello @Rok,
If you would like to change the product title tag from the default h4 to a custom tag – h2, you can use the following custom snippet (add it to xstore-child/functions.php):
add_filter('etheme_woocommerce_mini_cart_product_title_tag', function($tag) {
return 'h2';
});
Note: to see the changes you need to either remove or add any product to refresh the mini-cart cached content.
The text you see, “Recommended for you Refresh”, comes from the Header Ajax Search functionality from Show trending searches (https://prnt.sc/-KBdnW9i9_uH). If you prefer to disable this feature, you can simply turn off the corresponding option.

Jack Richardson

Dear @Omar Quddam,
We have identified the cause of your issue: (check private content) https://prnt.sc/m7fjGUR7HFLt (custom PHP code). We would also like to remind you that you previously requested to display the price discount in another topic, and we have already provided an explanation regarding the reason: https://www.8theme.com/topic/create-more-than-one-discount/#post-456716.
At this time we made an exclution for customizations that is our of our basic support scope due to Envato privacy policy and have implemented a possible solution on your website to prevent the display of the custom image currency symbol in the off-canvas area, ensuring that the calculation works correctly. Please review the result here: https://gyazo.com/dd1f91b1cc1502ce2ec0ad1ea1532c12.

Hello @Recep,
We apologize for the delay in our response due to the weekend. We have tested the issue across Safari, Mozilla, and Chrome browsers but were unable to reproduce it. Could you please let us know whether you tested it on the same device or on different ones? The issue might be related to the browser cache on your device.
We recommend testing the issue on another device and sharing your feedback with us.

Could you please check it now? We have added the following exclusion: “woocommerce-all-scripts.min.js” in your LiteSpeed Cache plugin settings (see: https://prnt.sc/3b9I2NqYM8Jc). We also cleared the LiteSpeed cache from the menu and tested the issue in an incognito window, where it appeared to be resolved.

Hello @Kingsley H.,
Could you please clarify the existing issues with screenshots or videos? From your message, it seems that some parts may already be fixed, while others still have issues. Providing visual references would be very helpful for us as developers to better understand the problems you would like us to check.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but as we have many customers requiring our attention, it is much more efficient for us to review a short video to quickly grasp the issue and begin implementing the necessary fixes, rather than going through the entire conversation.
Thank you for your time and cooperation.

Hello @Cookster Creative,
In simple terms, each page (Cart, Checkout) and sections, area (mini-cart) of the website contains different hooks and filters that are unique. These may sometimes load earlier or later depending on the page, which can affect when certain calculations can be performed. That’s why we made many efforts in the implementation but yet didn’t have the universal solution for all cases on your web-site.

Hello @Howie,
We have analyzed your website and found that the issue is related to the missing security code required for the proper creation of Mega Menu items. This code is embedded in the area shown here: https://prnt.sc/E0k4Qa5YqzC8 (screenshot from our test website). However, this section is not present on your website: https://prnt.sc/CnBtLKR_L6xn therefore the security code is not shown and you have the JS errors in console.
To investigate the issue in detail, we kindly ask you to provide FTP access to your website. You can attach the credentials in the private content area.
Alternatively, you can manually generate a new Mega Menu item by opening the URL that we will share with you in the private content area.
Best regards,

Hello @JohnyB,
As previously confirmed, we did not detect any issues on your website testing the issue from different browsers (including the Chrome browser) from our side. We kindly ask you to test the issue on your mentioned store using the default theme, such as Storefront. Please note that the test should be performed on the same website where the issue occurs, in order to verify whether it can be replicated with another theme.
At this stage, we recommend testing the issue with the Storefront theme on the specified website and providing us with a video of your test results. You can upload the video to the https://fex.net/ server.
Thank you for your understanding and for following our support guidelines.

Hello @zitalyaar,
Please note that free plugins may offer fewer features and less functionality compared to paid ones. However, if you would like to try using free plugins, you may consider the following options, though it is not mandatory to use these specific ones – you are welcome to explore others as well:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/currency-switcher-woocommerce/
You can browse and test available free plugins at https://wordpress.org/plugins/, or you may choose paid plugins that provide better support and more advanced features for your website.
Also, we kindly suggest you to create separated topics for different questions without mixing all questions in one topic. Thanks for your understanding.
If the main request of this topic is solved, please, mark it as closed.

Hello @Shazard Ramjohn,
Please check now. We have activated the following option: https://prnt.sc/RHC2Ec6Zg3Yp, and disabled the following option: https://prnt.sc/UmNkrP5iCl1G.
Kindly clear your browser cache as well as the plugin’s cache installed on your website, then verify the results.

Hello @Recep,
Could you please temporarily disable the CDN on your website or clear the cache in your Cloudflare settings? We have checked the site in an incognito window and noticed that the issue persists. However, once we log in, the issue does not occur. Therefore, we believe the problem is related to the caching configuration.
We recommend temporarily disabling the caching of JavaScript files in your LiteSpeed Cache plugin and testing again.
If you have tried these steps without success, please provide us with the latest wp-admin access so that we can review the settings for you.

Jack Richardson

Dear @JohnyB,
The issue in your video appears to be related to the configuration of product settings provided by WooCommerce. You can find more information here: https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/. This means you can switch to a default theme, such as Storefront, to replicate the issue.
We recommend clearing your browser cache or checking the site using an incognito window. Please note that we can only address issues related to our theme.
Additionally, we created a test product on your website using the Chrome browser without encountering any issues. The URL of this test product is provided in the private content.
