    Dear @Sal G,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    To ensure that the mobile panel remains visible on your site, please insert the following custom CSS into your Theme Options:

    body .et-mobile-panel-wrapper.outside {
        opacity: 1;
        visibility: visible;
        transform: none !important;
    }

    Additionally, we noticed that there is no selection element on your Comparison page. Could you please clarify what you would like to hide or modify on this page?

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your response.

    Dear @Simeon Iliev,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have encountered an issue with the WP-admin access credentials you provided earlier; it appears they are no longer valid. It is crucial for the smooth operation of our developers that access credentials remain unchanged unless updates are communicated to us. Our developers, who are often engaged in enhancing features and optimizing our projects, rely on stable access to address customer issues efficiently. When they encounter incorrect access details, it significantly delays their work. We kindly request that you verify the access credentials before sharing them in future communications.

    Regarding the issue you reported without being able to log in, here are a few suggestions that might resolve the problem:

    1. Ensure that the development mode is deactivated on the Email Builder page of the XStore Control Panel.
    2. We recommend reviewing the documentation for our Email Builder, which provides detailed steps on creating and configuring email templates. You can find the guide here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/xstore-built-in-woocommerce-email-builder/.
    3. For accurate translation of emails, please follow the instructions provided in our documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/email-builder-translation/.

    We appreciate your attention to these matters and look forward to your prompt response to ensure uninterrupted service.

    Dear @Sam,

    We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully resolved the issues concerning the opening off-canvas actions and the redirections to the “My Account” page when the off-canvas account element is absent in your header.

    However, regarding your request to redirect users to the current product page after a successful login, we regret to inform you that this feature was not included in the initial scope of planned fixes. This request is considered an additional customization. For more details, please refer to the discussion on your topic where we already posted you same answer: https://www.8theme.com/topic/login-to-view-the-price/#post-405427.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello @QaQako

    1/ Yes
    2/ You can configure the White label settings and test it by yourself. The official Plugins page from WP will be still available even if you set to hide ‘plugins’ in White label settings. Note: it will hide the ‘Plugins’ page from the XStore control panel but not the origin WP plugins page.
    3/ No, the Sales booster Elementor widgets will be still available to be added/removed. Anyway you can test it by yourself to be sure of the results after plugin settings configuration.
    4/ If you activate the option to hide update notices then the customer will not see the alerts about ‘New theme version available’.
    5/ Sorry, but this question is not quite clear for us to understand. You can configure the plugin for the whole web-site and it is not configured for the specific client only.

    Also, you can simply make own test after the settings configuration to understand if the results are the same as you requested.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson

    Dear @veeemart,

    We are delighted to learn that you are approaching the final stages of launching your new website—congratulations on reaching this significant milestone!

    We would like to clarify that our support forum is dedicated to addressing bugs or issues related to our theme. However, we do not offer Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) services for customer websites. For such needs, we recommend exploring specialized services such as Patchstack (https://patchstack.com/) or Wordfence (https://www.wordfence.com/).

    It is important to note that over the past six months, we have received a few critical requests from our clients following assessments by such services after testing of their web-sites. All identified issues were promptly addressed and rectified in the subsequent security update of XStore v9.3.9 / XStore Core v5.3.9. You can view the update history at https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/. Since this update, we have not received further inquiries regarding these issues, which reassures us that all issues have been successfully resolved.

    We assure you that our theme is free of critical vulnerabilities. However, should any issues arise, we are committed to releasing an expedited update to address them promptly. We take the security of our projects and the trust of our clients very seriously.

    Thank you for choosing our theme for your website. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @lyubov menn,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide guidance on using the XStore Single Product Builder with the Elementor plugin.

    To enable the ‘Return to previous link’ feature, please activate the option directly in the WooCommerce breadcrumbs element. You can find this setting by following this link: https://prnt.sc/q6RaTqG4rEov.

    Should you wish to display product attributes above the cart form or elsewhere within the product content, you may add the ‘Product Attributes’ widget. Here is a link for your reference: https://prnt.sc/B83z7BZ48Ino. Please, note that it is not currently possible to display only specific attributes using this widget. If you require such functionality, you may choose to either hide all other attributes with custom CSS added within the widget or submit a request for additional customization at this link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    If you have any further questions or require additional details, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Juergen,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed a potential issue related to the modification of product items in the checkout order details, which appears to be linked to the WooCommerce-Germanized plugin currently active on your website. Could you kindly verify whether the quantity issue still occurs with the plugin deactivated? Also, you can deactivate the feature of quantity on product by navigation to Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Cart/Checkout layout (https://prnt.sc/LYH44KezZ42V).

    Additionally, regarding your inquiry about enhancing order bumps, we suggest implementing the Cross-sells/Upsells XStore Elementor widgets on your checkout page. These widgets could effectively address your requirements. For more detailed information on configuring these widgets, please visit: https://woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/#cross-sells.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your feedback and are here to assist with any further questions you might have.

    Dear @Zaid,

    We have identified a couple of potential reasons that might be causing the issues you are experiencing:

    1. The XStore ajaxify option is currently active for some widgets, which are configured may not to load correctly from China IPs. We recommend deactivating this option for the affected widgets to see if this resolves the issue.

    2. The problem may also be related to your caching systems. It appears that scripts and styles take longer to load when the website is accessed from a China IP. We suggest contacting your hosting provider to discuss this issue further. Additionally, if you are using any cache plugins, reaching out to their support team may also be beneficial.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.

    Dear @LUKITA,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have noticed that the Storefront theme could automatically incorporate the FontAwesome
    icons library. However, our XStore theme provides a flexible option to manually load this library when it needed for customer. To address the issue you reported on your website, we have successfully activated the FontAwesome library loading with version 5.15.3. You can view the update here: https://prnt.sc/E6lRXCRQ4nEP.

    As a result, the icons on your Dokan orders page should now display correctly. Please review the changes at your earliest convenience using this link: https://prnt.sc/bbVlvOphaFOx.

    Dear @Sam,

    We hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed your website and are pleased to confirm that the ‘Login to See Price’ button is functioning as intended. Currently, when this button is clicked, it redirects users to the ‘My Account’ page for login purposes.

    Please note, the redirection occurs because your website header does not include an off-canvas account element. Should such a feature be integrated, clicking the button would instead trigger the off-canvas content associated with the account element in your header.

    Should you have any further inquiries or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to provide us with more details regarding the outcomes you are aiming to achieve.

    Hello @Sam

    To lock the screen when the off-canvas content opened you can add next custom CSS in Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:

    .etheme-elementor-off-canvas--shown {
        overflow: hidden;
    }

    Please, try to use the same CSS code but without @media wrapper like next way:

    selector .etheme-elementor-off-canvas_content:not(:hover) {
            overflow: hidden;
        }

    Dear @Sam,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am pleased to inform you that we have successfully adjusted the spacing of your title in the breadcrumbs. This was achieved by implementing the following custom CSS to the Breadcrumbs element:

    selector .title {
        margin-left: 2px;
    }

    Additionally, you can access the padding settings directly through the widget. For your convenience, here is a link to the relevant settings: https://prnt.sc/qKuCZHK4GU24.

    Dear @Growthx Media,

    I hope this message finds you well. We wish to inform you that we have not yet received any feedback regarding the FTP access we previously requested. Despite this, we remain committed to delivering the highest quality service to our customers within the constraints we face.

    We appreciate your provision of the wp-admin access, which enabled us to conduct tests concerning the issues you reported. We have thoroughly examined the functionality of the ‘add to cart’ and ‘checkout’ buttons and are pleased to report that both are operating correctly.

    Additionally, we noticed that the ‘Sticky Cart’ widget had been removed. Our investigation after adding such widget revealed that the layout issues associated with the ‘Sticky Cart’, when the Yith Product Add-ons & Extra Options plugin is activated, stem from the unique structure this plugin applies to the product form. Specifically, it modifies the IDs in certain tags, which should ideally remain unique to meet HTML standards.

    To address this compatibility issue, we have implemented a new code snippet (https://prnt.sc/OzsjUdz_tk5s):

    add_action('etheme_sticky_add_to_cart_before', function() {
    	if ( function_exists('YITH_WAPO_Front') ) {
    		$yith_instance = YITH_WAPO_Front();
    		if ( get_option( 'yith_wapo_options_position' ) === 'after' ) {
    			remove_action( 'woocommerce_after_add_to_cart_button', array( $yith_instance, 'print_container' ) );
    		} else { // Default.
    			remove_action( 'woocommerce_before_add_to_cart_button', array( $yith_instance, 'print_container' ) );
    		}
    	}
    }, -9999);

    This adjustment should ensure the proper functionality of your ‘Sticky Cart’.

    We look forward to your feedback on these adjustments and any further assistance you might require. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

    Dear @TrueDylFashion,

    I hope this message finds you well. We kindly request that you allocate some time to test the functionality of your email system with our Email Builder deactivated. It is important to note that we have not made any changes or implemented any code that could potentially affect the operation of your email system actions. This functionality is managed by the WooCommerce plugin.

    Should the issue persist with the Email Builder feature inactive, we recommend reviewing the WooCommerce documentation for further guidance. Should you have any further inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to their support team, as they are responsible for the development and coding of their plugin, unlike our team, which focuses on theme development.

    Dear @Imran Khalid,

    We have investigated the issue you reported with the our own iPhone mail application and can confirm that the problem exists. However, it is important to note that this issue does not occur with official services such as Gmail, where all images are displayed correctly. This observation leads us to believe that the problem may not be with your emails but potentially with the iPhone services.

    We found similar issues discussed in the Apple Support Community, which you can view at the following links:
    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/254738960?=undefined&previousThread=253279783021&sortBy=rank
    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253279783?sortBy=rank

    It is possible that the issue arises due to specific iPhone mail restrictions settings or because the email address is not marked as trusted, which prevents the display of images from untrusted sources.

    As of now, there has been no response from their support team regarding this matter. We recommend keeping an eye on the threads for any updates that may address your concerns.

    Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Dear @Sam,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide assistance with the customization of your CSS settings.

    1. To change the space of arrow in your mobile menu element, please use the following CSS snippet for the Mobile menu widget in your header:

    selector .etheme-elementor-nav-menu-item-icon {
        margin-inline-end: 5px;
    }

    2. Regarding the scrollbar behavior, it is generally influenced by your browser settings and is not directly related to our theme. However, you can attempt to modify it using this CSS snippet to be added to your Mobile menu element in header:

    @media only (hover: hover) {
       selector .etheme-elementor-off-canvas_content:not(:hover) {
            overflow: hidden;

    Dear @Growthx Media,

    I hope this message finds you well. We are currently looking to enhance the functionality of the “Filter by Category” widget on our shop page and would appreciate your guidance on a couple of issues:

    1. Unfortunately, it appears that the widget does not natively support this feature. However, we have considered a few potential solutions:
    – Utilizing custom CSS to hide the categories that should not be displayed.
    – Enabling the Advanced mode but it will work for the default WooCommerce product categories widget. This mode includes a “Show All Categories” link and displays only the children of the current category on the product category page.

    2. Regarding the ‘Include IDs’ setting for the Categories source, it seems it does not function as we intended because you set the Categories by ids to be displayed as illustrated here: https://prnt.sc/03TaHFvRGb1b. We suggest setting the data source to ‘All categories’ to achieve the desired functionality. Please try this adjustment and let us know if it resolves the issue.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your feedback and are eager to implement these enhancements effectively.
